We had a quiet relaxing stay. Beautiful trees. Pools were nice. Front driveway had several pot holes, but the place was kept nice. Friendly staff.

We had a great time! Love, love, love this campground! The staff is friendly and helpful. There is a variety of activities to do and everything was well maintained, clean (inside and outside)and cabin was bug free (except for mosquitoes of course,lol). I highly recommend this campground to any and everyone. Awesome experience!!

Had to purchase sewer extension due to electric on 1 end and sewer at rear. Prefer utilities be closer together. But nice camp area

It's always perfect at Brookland KOA we love the cabins and Staff. It the best getaway in Southeast Texas.

Nice property. Nice staff. Nice pools & showers. Enjoyed the outdoor movie. Wish there were more trees in the tent camping area to shade the tents. Had to shove tents as far back as possible to get any shade, which puts tents on a slope. And being informed that the restrooms near the tent sites were closed would have been nice. They were unlocked with no close sign & SCARY.

Cottage was super cute! Enjoyed having the deck by our cabin for easy fishing access. The ducks were so much fun to watch and enjoy.

Everything was great! Thanks to the construction workers that let me borrow their power tool and gave me some screws. Staff was super nice! Everyone loved the Kampground Kat, except for me, but that was okay.

Love this place. Staff is super friendly and we caught some nice catfish and perch in the pond and it's a clean well maintained campground.

We had an amazing time! The campgrounds are huge and the cabin was just perfect for my little family! We had such an amazing time roasting marshmallows, renting a golf cart, swimming, and walking the nature trails. We did not need to leave the grounds for anything and was able to do everything we wanted right there and enjoyed our family time! We will be back soon for another stay :)

We got in late left early. Just spent the night. We were going to stay another night but it was supposed to rain all day so we left. This stay was the last night of a two week trip to Michigan and back. This KOA looks very nice and we will come back.

My stay was ok the beds was very uncomfortable. Some of my family stayed at the barn cabin we went over there the flies were horrible and you could smell the sewage out back bad. in there cabin it smelled like crap so we covered all the sink drains to Keep the smell out it stunk so bad plus they had ants get all over in the kitchen. And for the price they all pd I think it wasn’t worth it at all

No Wi-Fi is advertised also no local channels, campsite somebody with not a lot of rain very uneven site. On the plus side it’s very quiet peaceful has two pools.

The place seems nice. The managers are very helpful. They had to relocate our reservation. Unfortunately the spot we got was a very low spot and there was rain, so it was a 4 inch deep pond around our location. (Site 25 for reference) most of the other sites are elevated enough to drain well.

We had planned to spend our 35th anniversary in Australia, but that just didn't work out. Instead, we booked at B/LSRKOA for the big weekend, and were not disappointed! From the initial booking, to the check in, to the incredible time and attention the owner and staff provided, it was a 5 star experience all the way. Tony clearly knows what he's doing and will help his guests in any way!

Well the trees need to be trimmed, n I hit a tree limb trying to get into my spot (with an employee guiding me into the spot) n the owner told me he wasn’t liable n is not going to fix my camper!! Also there are trees everywhere on all the spots n there small trees that aren’t trimmed properly!! Never coming back to this place!!

It’s okay for a KOA. The parks around the lake are better but this is an okay backup camp site till the parks on the lake open back up.

The Cabin was perfect for our family. My only suggestion would be that we did not extra toiletries (paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags)

The pools were very nice, lots of hiking area and the restroom and shower areas were immaculate! Very nice place to stay - we will be back! The check-in staff was most helpful and friendly.

We had such a great time here! The cabin was pristine and comfortable. We really enjoyed sitting out by the fire looking out at the pond, and the three resident ducks were great company! I love that there is so much to do here, with two pools and canoe rentals. We also found the store well stocked for anything we needed during our stay. Highly recommend!

Great campground and facilities. Bathrooms were clean and well maintained. Close to the lake and had some trails in the woods on the property to explore. Pool is open year round but is not heated in the winter. Had no issues with the RV hookups everything worked great
