The stay was nice and everything was great except the shower in my cabin was not clean.

Everything was great. Facility and cabin were clean. Workers were friendly. The only issue we had was in the description it states that the cabin has 1 bedroom when in fact there is no bedroom. It is more of a studio where everything is in 1 room. With it stating 1 bedroom we were under the impression the bedroom would be a separate room.

I enjoyed my stay with my sister and nephew and we had a great time, the wood provided was great for roasting marshmallows we had so much fun in the pool and walking the trails. I will definitely be coming back to enjoy another stay!

Wonderful wonderful stay great environment great outdoors entertainment for me and my kids we love fishing always kept a nice bath and caught the biggest Appaloosas cat fish that I’ve ever caught in my life in the pond on our last stay!!!! This place will always be our family go to vacation spot

Our first camping experience and we had a great time. It was very quiet. Grounds were well kept and buildings clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. We look forward to to staying there again in the Fall.

nice place with lots to do, however with the extreme heat while there couldn't take advantage of many. Host very receptive and friendly. Love having shady areas for most of the RV spots. We will be coming back.

Owners were very accommodating for our family reunion, grouped us as close together as they could, some of us have rv's others stayed in cottages. Pools & Restaurants were well kept.

we love to stay at KOA Brookeland but however, there needs to be an investment made in the mattresses on the beds. When laying in the beds you can feel the boards and it is very hard for handicap people to get out of the beds. We enjoy cabin #7 by the pond, our little ones enjoy fishing in the pond. Also, the toilet, needs immediate attention. Will see you next time.

Get rid of carpenter bees at cabin kt1. Also the humidity in the cabin is bad. Loved the pond and the ducks. Felt safe.

I believe this is the 10th year we’ve had our family reunion at this KOA. The owners go out of their way to make us welcome and make sure we have everything we need. Every year they have worked hard to improve cabins and the grounds. It’s an awesome place and we’ll all be back again in 2022!!

We have had our family reunion at the KOA for the last 8 years and it has been great! For the last 3 years we have stayed in the same lodge and I forget to come and let you know that the toilet is very loose and wobbles when you sit on it.

It’s a koa with camp sites stacked on top of each other. WiFi was slow but it worked. Pool was great, store was great, nice layout of the land, gravel pad was level, and full hookups are always nice. One of our parties had a rotten deck on their spot and one of our kids got hurt when he was playing, office was informed of the deck and said they would correct it. We will stay again but as a last

Everything was wonderful except the site they put us at you had to share the electric and water with 2 other sites. That was very annoying b/c we had to constantly walk over in someone’s camp site to get water...there were only 2 plug ins, 3 sites. Honestly it should be labeled as a primitive site. Also we rented a golf cart for 2 days...but you had to turn it in by 5. That really sucked

Great company good locations. Campsites a little close and bathrooms far away from tent area. Crawfish boil was amazing and a movie on the big screen was awesome.

We stayed in the Farmhouse (3 bedroom). It actually has beds for 16 people. 3 full size beds and the rest are bunk beds. All beds had good mattresses. Everything was clean. Kitchen was stocked for about 4 people so bring your own if you have 5+. Staff was super useful, even moving an extra outside table over to our area. My only complaint would be that they did not have a dust pan.

Lock the pool at 645 after pouring a whole bunch of shock in it when we were still swimming no towels one garbage bag for a whole weekend couldn’t park by the cabin cause it was nothing but mud for the money I spent I will not be returning will be taking my business to fin and feather on teledo bend

I absolutely loved this property! Beautiful! While I spent much of my time in the lodge due to weather, I did fish the pond, and enjoyed the ducks as they welcomed me upon my arrival. I cannot wait to return.

We had such a great time here! The cabin was pristine and comfortable. We really enjoyed sitting out by the fire looking out at the pond, and the three resident ducks were great company! I love that there is so much to do here, with two pools and canoe rentals. We also found the store well stocked for anything we needed during our stay. Highly recommend!

Great campground and facilities. Bathrooms were clean and well maintained. Close to the lake and had some trails in the woods on the property to explore. Pool is open year round but is not heated in the winter. Had no issues with the RV hookups everything worked great
