We had an absolute blast this past weekend. The staff was very friendly, our cabin was clean when we arrived Friday, the showers and the laundry room were clean also. We can't wait to come back!! SO much fun.

Beds were uncomfortable all of us had back and hip problems after sleeping the tile and front of the shower was extremely slippery fell the first night and hit my head other than that was a really nice place if y'all can fix those two problems will come stay again

My wife and I ,along with our grandson came to spend the night. The next day we had family over for a big Easter dinner. The kids had a blast coloring and hunting Easter eggs in the woods and everyone was so friendly in the park. The cabins were so clean. We will be back again and thank you for an awesome stay !!

The beds were very uncomfortable for us larger people; i wish I had brought my air mattress to put on top of the bed;the grounds and cabin were very clean and well maintained; kids did not catch not one fish even though they tried real hard; overpriced; i could have stayed at holiday for the price i paid and slept much better; we had to leave a day early due to illness of family members

All was clean and exceptionally great personnel. Only complaint was it was a little pricey for the accommodations. Supply and demand I guess but the sting on the pocketbook hurt.

This was our first KOA stay. The staff at the Brookeland, TX KOA was very nice and friendly. They were so accommodating and friendly that we have told alot of people about their service. We will be back so stay another weekend soon. The area was clean and comfortable.

We had a great week. If I had any complaint it would be finding the paper towels or toilet paper not replenished quick enough in the main restroom area. Other than that, it was awesome.

very clean, friendly staff, cabin was small but welcoming. My kids had a great time and we will visit again. The showers didn't have hot water at times but other than that the park was great.

We we're greeted with very nice employees that went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The place was beautiful and very clean. We will definitely stay there again.

Great time had by our entire family! This was our 2nd stay and we hope to stay again. We love the fact that it is quaint, keeping it small lends well to a relaxing get away! And at the same time we were able to bring our ATV and dirt bikes and enjoy some time on the trails.

We went as a men's retreat for our church four wheeler riding fishing canoeing hiking and just to be outdoors. I think Tony and Miss Kate they do a great job with that Park. I will recommend this park to anybody well kept park friendly place to be. Sincere scooter Baker

My wife and I had a wonderful time. It is always very nice to stay there. The campground is clean and the staff is always extremely nice and friendly. My wife and I always stay in the cabins which are very nice. I just wish they had several more cabins because they are usually booked up. We usually have to book several weeks in advance. I guess we’re not the only ones who love their cabins. HaHa

only problem -- we arrived late and wifi access code not listed on paperwork. we would have liked to have had access. Also, instructions on unique door handle would have been helpful.

Really enjoy our stay. Do plan on being back. Would highly recommend KOA to family and friends. Have stayed at the Brookeland KOA before a few years back when Son and I was building his Camp in Sam Rayburn and decided wife and I would try this site just to get away and relax for a couple of days. We really enjoy ourselves and do plan on using KOA in the future.

Love this place!! Personable friendly & responsive staff every time we visit. Had the same cabin last year and the mattress was sparse and not good at all. This year, new mattress in the cabin and LOVED it. We slept great!! Coded locking doors is an excellent addition and as always the bathrooms are clean and well stocked. We'll be back next year again!! Thank you!

honest response to help improve moment I think it was a little expensive for little amount of time we were actually there we killed about 10 real roaches not wood roaches the customer service there was amazing had a smile and was very nice the bed were comfortable downside no privacy for cabin bathroom but we'll try another go just a little pricey 4 less then 24hrs but will try again thanks y'all

Love this place! Our cabin was nice and secluded, even on a busy holiday week. However, the reason I didn't give the highest ratings is because the mattresses were like sleeping on a rock and the commode didn't work correctly, even after it was looked at by maintenance. BUT, that being said, the owner and managers are wonderful and the setup for horseback riding is excellent!!

There really is no lake access from here so you have to drive a bit. The rustic cabins (the one we were in) were right next to each other. We also had food freeze (salad) in the mini fridge. Other than those things, we had a grand time! Friendly staff, complimentary firewood, heat in the cabin, slept deep.

The camp ground is always clean and always fun. Definitely a favorite place for us to get away for the weekend and ride ATV’s.

We had such a great time here! The cabin was pristine and comfortable. We really enjoyed sitting out by the fire looking out at the pond, and the three resident ducks were great company! I love that there is so much to do here, with two pools and canoe rentals. We also found the store well stocked for anything we needed during our stay. Highly recommend!

Great campground and facilities. Bathrooms were clean and well maintained. Close to the lake and had some trails in the woods on the property to explore. Pool is open year round but is not heated in the winter. Had no issues with the RV hookups everything worked great
