We stayed in the Farmhouse (3 bedroom). It actually has beds for 16 people. 3 full size beds and the rest are bunk beds. All beds had good mattresses. Everything was clean. Kitchen was stocked for about 4 people so bring your own if you have 5+. Staff was super useful, even moving an extra outside table over to our area. My only complaint would be that they did not have a dust pan.

Lock the pool at 645 after pouring a whole bunch of shock in it when we were still swimming no towels one garbage bag for a whole weekend couldn’t park by the cabin cause it was nothing but mud for the money I spent I will not be returning will be taking my business to fin and feather on teledo bend

I absolutely loved this property! Beautiful! While I spent much of my time in the lodge due to weather, I did fish the pond, and enjoyed the ducks as they welcomed me upon my arrival. I cannot wait to return.

Shower head was brutal, needed bigger shower curtain the water ran out on floor, sleeping situation was so so but the rest was awesome

The owners were very informed and very helpful. Very beautiful and quiet place to stay. Lots of things for the children to do and family friendly place. We had a great weekend experience. We will return again.

The park itself is nice. But the beds & bedding in the cabins are the worst we have ever slept on. The beds were atrocious. For the daily price per unit, bedding should have been included. Instead we paid the $10 PER BED and the bedding itself was cheap junk.

We had a great time! The only thing that bothered me was that the toilet in our cabin (KL10) was slow to flush, and made me think it was going to overflow a couple of times (it eventually went down) My husband told me that that is just how it goes with septic tanks, and I just took his word for it. But, that is the only thing that wasn't great. We would definitely use your campgrounds again

It was very clean in the cabins, the whole area was well taken care of period the pet zone was nicely trimmed and people were kind enough to take care of their dogs business. The front desk was more than helpful and always willing to extend an extra hand. This is a really great place for R v's and family camping

Me and my family had the most awesome time there we really enjoyed our stay. I had my 36 birthday and it was the best birthday ever thank you so much we will be back again.

I stayed in KO1 and order 3 sets of linen but was charged for 4!. The name is Erica Walters Thomas 469-263-6232. The playground is extremely small and looks thrown together. Utilize the space and add some more ammenties to the campground. No basketball court or anything. Kids were very bored. Rooms are overrpriced for the subpar campgrounds. $45 for a golf cart .Worse KOA ever. Will not be back.

The park is beautiful and well maintained. However the smell coming from the sewer line through the bathtub drain was almost unbearable. They even put us in another cabin from the one that we picked out because of the smell in that cabin. I only went in two cabins so I don't know if they all have the same sewer problem or not.....however I have a feeling that it goes against EPA standards.

We enjoyed the fishing pond and the pools! Staff is very friendly and helpful. The only suggestion I have would be that your KOA provides a hose to the outdoor spicket for the cabin by the pool.

This was our first Koa, and my granddaughters first camp trip. We loved the amenities, the playground, pools, fishing ponds. I would request you consider putting down mulch by the steps of the cabins, as the mud made walking up to the cabin slippery and messy. (K2). Definitely will return again in the future.

This was our first time at the Brookeland KOA. It was very clean as all KOA’s are. We stayed in the Deluxe Kabin. We really liked having a toilet and sink in our cabin. It was also nice having DirectTV as that is what we have at home. We will be telling people about the Brookeland KOA. We are already looking at other KOA’s for our summer vacation with our grandsons.

Our cabins were comfortable and we enjoyed walking on the trails! We had a good time relaxing by our campfire and eating at our picnic table.

This was my first time staying at any KOA and I have to say, it was absolutely AMAZING! We stayed in the farmhouse which was beautifully remodeled. We spent most of a Saturday hiking their trails, playing in the creeks, swimming, and just exploring. No need to go anywhere else. The owner was incredibly kind and complimentary of his team. We will DEFINITELY be going back soon!

Absolutely loved it! Was hoping to be able to take the gold cart out to the trails as we wanted to keep exploring but unfortunately we were told we couldn’t due to ATVs destroying the trail areas. Other than that we absolutely loved the cabins, ponds and kayaking! We enjoyed our honeymoon and look forward to going back with our kids!

My family & I stayed the weekend for my sons 7th birthday & our stay was nothing short of amazing! The staff was very friendly & accommodating. I highly recommend to anyone considering a camping trip. We will for sure be returning in the future!

Nice place. Good trails to meander through. Clean cabins. The pleasant surprise of seasoned fire logs on our porches for the fire pit made this stay very enjoyable.

Area is nice, cabin is nice, but i rented a cabin but by all means i should not have had to buy everything for it! Toliet paper, trash bags, sheets to lie on and coverup, coffee maker was gross and a dishes had to be washed before use and had to buy soap and towels...!

We had such a great time here! The cabin was pristine and comfortable. We really enjoyed sitting out by the fire looking out at the pond, and the three resident ducks were great company! I love that there is so much to do here, with two pools and canoe rentals. We also found the store well stocked for anything we needed during our stay. Highly recommend!

Great campground and facilities. Bathrooms were clean and well maintained. Close to the lake and had some trails in the woods on the property to explore. Pool is open year round but is not heated in the winter. Had no issues with the RV hookups everything worked great
