cabins were clean,nice park and pond. close to lake.only problem was the a/c was not working very well.

I've been staying here since the first time the campground was turned into a KOA. The cabin was clean on the inside and the AC worked great. The added linen feature/option was a plus. The exterior of the cabins and the bathrooms could use some attention. I recommend this KOA as a good place to get you close to the lake.

Cabins weren’t very clean. Price is high for what you get. Food in store was outdated. Staff weren’t too friendly and accommodating.

The staff here are awesome. We had a family reunion and used the hall for our gathering. The staff had everything ready and open for us upon our arrival. The kids had a blast swimming while the adults ate and visited. Cabins were clean and stayed cool throughout the night. Next time we will stay longer than 1 night.

Enjoyed the stay as always.. As I was fishing a local bass tourney, my wife and kids had plenty of fun at the swimming pool. Also enjoyed the movie Saturday night on the projector screen under the stars.. Can’t wait to see you guys next time!

We go every year to Brookland/SamRayburn KOA and stay in the cabins which are perfect and the staff is very nice and helpful. I will continue to visit this KOA and let my co-workers and friends know about the wonderful time we have when we visit the Brookland/KOA.

Poor lighting inside the cabin. The pull cord on the ceiling fan light was not accessible so you had to turn off the whole fan to turn the light off. Need a hook/bar outside shower to hang towels on (had to get out of shower and walk other side of bathroom to get towel). No TV remote

These people are awesome! This is our 5th or 6th year having our family reunion there. We are made welcome by their big smiles! If we need anything they do what they can to make sure it's provided. We were looking for something to cover BINGO spaces and they loaned us some pennies. The pennies worked perfectly and we returned them when we were finished. We're already booked for 2020!!

our cabin was at a slant. we had to change the end of the bed we laid on. it was nice having a toilet and sink in the cabin. but having a shower curtain around it didnt work. there was no light or mirror in the dark corner behind the door where the toilet and sink was. we loved the covering over the picnic table. we were perfectly located near the office, bathrooms, showers and the pool.

We were only there for a couple of nights but it was a wonderful experience! The staff were very friendly and held a very nice event for all the campers for Easter weekend! We came home with a bunny rabbit� Met some great people too! There were convenient, and clean accommodations, pool was clean ...even a washer and dryer.. Was very satisfied and will be spending slot of time there�

It was our 1st stay at the KAO. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Our Cottage was very cozy and comfortable. We made friends with 3 ducks, who visited us several times throughout the day. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing.. most definitely will be returning.

We stayed in the deluxe cabin by the pond and it was beautiful. The only thing I wish they would have had a sink to wash dishes in. Other than that it was a great weekend stay!

Older cabin was our accommodation it was clean inside. Outside around cabin the area is heavily wooded around cabin not well kept. For the price I expected a little more upkeep. The cabin felt tilted and had move to foot of bed so my head wasn’t tilted down. Could not find where to take my trash when leaving luckily a worker was available as we were leaving park to take.

The workers/owners are extremely friendly and accommodating to our needs. Beautiful place!! Kids are already asking when we are going back. They had a blast!! Will definitely be going back!

The cabin was great! It needed a large garbage can in the kitchen area and one outside for trash. It could also really use some more counter space. The microwave takes up most of it! You made it possible to have a great weekend with the fam!!

Great 2 night stay! Cabin met our needs. The kids enjoyed both pools and playing tetherball. Mom enjoyed the hiking trails and quiet time around the campfire. I can see where things might get loud with so many ATV riders, but they were always very curteous and kept to the quiet hours.

The campground is really amazing, its well-kept and very clean! The common bathrooms are very likely the nicest we have ever witnessed in a KOA campground.

My daughter and our friend stayed 3 nights. We had a cabin with a very nice porch looking out over a pond. It was very peaceful and pretty. The place was very clean and the people friendly. We love KOAs and I always plan my vacations so that I can stay at a KOA.

We had such a great time here! The cabin was pristine and comfortable. We really enjoyed sitting out by the fire looking out at the pond, and the three resident ducks were great company! I love that there is so much to do here, with two pools and canoe rentals. We also found the store well stocked for anything we needed during our stay. Highly recommend!

Great campground and facilities. Bathrooms were clean and well maintained. Close to the lake and had some trails in the woods on the property to explore. Pool is open year round but is not heated in the winter. Had no issues with the RV hookups everything worked great
