We enjoyed our weekend stay in Cabin 1. Our outside tables were a little weather-warped and wobbly, but other than that, the cabin itself was cozy and we enjoyed the location so much!

We love the piney woods area and the cabin that we stayed in was just fine. It wasn't my most favorite KOA that I've stayed at. Maybe it was the time of year and it had rained a lot prior to our arrival. The campground was very spread out and I personally like when the cabins; tents and rv's are all in the same vicinity. I'm also not a fan of the shower/bath setup.

This KOA is our second home! The owners and office staff are beyond welcoming, the entire park is well maintained, and the location could not be better!

Had a great time at the koa! We rented the bigger cabin for 8 , it was nice and clean! The ac was a little loud and didn’t work to good but we will be back! The grounds where pretty and I caught a nice bass out the pond!

Stayed in the cabin by the pool It’s very big , I had no idea because the pictures online are terrible We had a blast over the holiday just wish i didn’t have to walk outside to the shower

This was our first time at a koa and we absolutely loved it. Cabins were perfect for us. Camp ground was very clean and well kept. Employee's were very friendly. Will definitely be back!

It was great..a lastmin get away. That worked out to be wonderful... The only thing a little odd was the way there was no privacy in the small #7 kabin for the toliet.. I was with my son of 18 and have to walk to the office to use the facilities was A little off. But really a wonderful place to be and the area was so nice and clean and the people there was great as well.

The only complaint I have is the half bath in the cabin I understand it is a small space to work with but really the toilet right next to the bunk beds.

We had a few minor issues with our cabin, and spoke to the office. They quickly upgraded and moved us to another cabin. Always friendly there!

The cabins were very clean and the atmosphere was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay. The only recommendations would be having a sink or wash area to clean the dishes we used to cook and more fish in the “stocked” ponds. It would have been fun to see the kids catch a fish.

We all had a great time. Cabin was nice. I would say the only complaint would be the dirt roads instead of paved roads.

We loved it. Very nice cabin. My Girls loved feeding the ducks and the pool. My only complaints would be: 1. A pull string on the light of the ceiling fan. We had to turn off the whole thing at night. 2. We purchased food from the store. One item had expired 3 months ago. We will come back and have already suggested it to friends.

The "Deluxe Cabin" was not quiet what I expected but that is no fault of the camp grounds. Tony and his staff are very courteous and professional. I've stayed 3 times so far and have yet to have a bad experience.

Our family had a wonderful stay. Everything from the staff to the cabin to the activities was top notch and perfect. We even found that our 4 teenage kids didn't HAVE to be on their phones all the time. It was a perfect weekend and we will definitely be back

This is the 4th family reunion we've had there And they always make our stay a very good one. Some family members bring campers. Some stay in cabins. We also use the horse barn to have our activities to be protected from the rain. We'll be there again the first weekend in June 2019!

We had our family reunion here. Everyone enjoyed staying at the Brookeland/ Sam Rayburn KOA. The staff is wonderful and the facilities are great.

Really a very nice campground!! Big comfortable shower rooms, nice laundry, 2 pools, hiking trails and 2 Ponds. We had the very best location Cabin with kitchen close to pond. Our grandkids had a Great time and so did we. Very impressed. The employees were very nice, helpful and attentive. The Ponies on the grounds made for eztra fun for the kids too.

Love all the staff and friendly ppl. Crawfish boil was awesome..thanks for all the hard work. We went 3x in a 6 week period. Going back in June and we have found our new get away.

I really liked the new mattress in Kottage 1. We had what we needed from our family also staying at the facility; however the kitchen had 2 large colanders and a large steam basket but no large pot. There were 2 small sauce pans and 2 small fry pans. Just so you know, we will always be back. Kottage 1 is our favorite home.

We had such a great time here! The cabin was pristine and comfortable. We really enjoyed sitting out by the fire looking out at the pond, and the three resident ducks were great company! I love that there is so much to do here, with two pools and canoe rentals. We also found the store well stocked for anything we needed during our stay. Highly recommend!

Great campground and facilities. Bathrooms were clean and well maintained. Close to the lake and had some trails in the woods on the property to explore. Pool is open year round but is not heated in the winter. Had no issues with the RV hookups everything worked great
