Water spout was broken. Called office to report the problem. Christy who had little concern, rude saying they would try to fix. I ask that they come fix asap as water is a necessity r put in another spot. She refused, said she would have someone to come look. I told her I was going to call KOA corporate. Tony manager called was rude, unprofessional and wanted to escort off the property. Hurricane

Due to made up conflict and a total misunderstanding in the front office I would give this place a way less than average stay.

We had a fantastic time and plenty to do! The trails could use clearing from large downed trees blocking the path and they aren’t very well defined anymore. Also you may want to avoid site #42, it has a street light right over it. Bugs got pretty bad at night and doesn’t offer complete darkness when going to sleep. (Especially in our pop-up) The staff were very friendly and prompt! :)

Cabin 11 was filthy and overpriced. Clean the mildew from the AC units. Bathrooms smelled moldy. Office lady was rude. We understand recent Hurricane Laura damaged the nature trails but overall the park was unkept and disappointing in comparison to other KOAs we stayed at this year.

When we pulled into the park i really thought we were pulling into a trailer park not a camper ground. The grass was over grown. Sites were mud pit. One of spots didn't have a picnic table the other site had a broken picnic table. I would not reccomend this park to anyone.

The rain was bad due to the mud. The roads are too narrow for two vehicle to pass. The roads are mud and has a lot of holes. The pull thru sites are not pull thru sites due to the tree limbs being to low to pull thru.

Although I love trees, I don't like the low branches. It was difficult to drive our 40' 5th wheel in order to not hit branches. The drive into park is very narrow - like one lane, and dusty. We didn't interact with office so no comment on staff - except for gentleman picking up trash was very friendly. Plenty of cabins.

Main reason for visiting is access to creek for kayaking to lake. Would love to see more clearing and accessible path to creek.

We had a wonderful stay at this KOA. The process was easy for reservations, the staff was friendly, and the site was very nice. We will be back!

Nice place. Great hiking trails. Only complaint was the pool water being so hot it wasn’t worth a second trip.

It was great, but your facility needs some maintenance in horse stalls. Lots of leaks, non working water traughs. Lots of sewer smells around our camp ground #39. Horse trails out back need some attention. One of the bathroom outside door knobs came off and the key pad did not work.

We had a great stay. The park is always nice and clean and the staff are very friendly. We are a family of six and my children love the beautiful swimming pools. We were disappointed that we couldn't bring our atv but we understand. We will be back very soon!

The campground was full, but it was kept clean. Our particular site was right by the road, so too much traffic for us and our campsite. I would stay again but just not on site #10.

The Staff was very helpful. Park was nice. We stayed in the back section & it was nice to have a pool back there also. I would recommend the campground.

Arriving at the park late afternoon we were less than happy about the spot we have been given. Upon calling the office and telling them this, we only had to wait until they checked and made sure an alternate spot was clean and ready. I have to say that Chris and his crew did an outstanding job and we enjoyed our five days there. We will definitely return.

Nice park with a lot of amenities. Close enough to Jasper for convenience and very close to the lake for recreation. Quite and clean with a friendly and helpful staff.

This was our first time to stay here. We had a great time in spite of the rainy weather. Our site had a newly built deck which was perfect to help stay nice and dry outside while it rained. The owners were very nice and came around to check on us several times. Will definitely be back again.

This is a great KOA! Every staff member we had contact with was so awesome. They were able to put us and my brother and his family next to each other. And my sister and her family had a great cabin. The park itself had great amenities, although, we didn’t use all they had available because of the weather but we will be back. Thanks again to Tony and the entire staff!

We were first time campers in a brand new travel trailer. We were nervous but they helped us and made us feel comfortable from the moment we checked in. Great place for family time with lots to do. Park is also extremely clean.

We had such a great time here! The cabin was pristine and comfortable. We really enjoyed sitting out by the fire looking out at the pond, and the three resident ducks were great company! I love that there is so much to do here, with two pools and canoe rentals. We also found the store well stocked for anything we needed during our stay. Highly recommend!

Great campground and facilities. Bathrooms were clean and well maintained. Close to the lake and had some trails in the woods on the property to explore. Pool is open year round but is not heated in the winter. Had no issues with the RV hookups everything worked great
