The site was set up poorly. The site next to us water and electric were set right in the cement patio for our site. Sewer hook up was right next to our cement patio.

What a great surprise this campground was! It is so very nice, clean, great sites, fabulous staff, super showers and bathrooms. The Wi-Fi is the VERY BEST we have every experienced, (5G) and available everywhere! We will definitely visit again.

Nice park. In the process of expanding number of rv sites which looks really good. Tent area was by stream with level tent pads and tables. Well maintained pool and laundry. I’d absolutely stay again.

Fantastic campground. Great bathrooms and showers that were very clean. Everything was great. Can't say enough good about this KOA. Definitely stay there again!!

Great spot and staff. The pull throughs could be longer. It’s nice to see there expansion and will definitely come back because of the location and staff.

This was our first long trip with our travel trailer. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the facilities were very nice and clean! I would recommend!

Had to pay $5 to check in an hour early! Sites cramped, narrow travel lanes.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Check in time (1:00pm) is on all reservation confirmations. Guests arriving before 1:00pm can check-in early with a fee. Our staff needs time to prep before afternoon guests arrive. Buffalo has ample free parking for rigs downtown for folks arriving early who do not want to pay a fee.

Bathrooms and showers were exceptionally clean. Hosts and desk staff were very friendly, conversational, and helpful in pointing us to local amenities. If I could recommend any one detail about the location, I would suggest making walk-down access to the tent sites a little easier. (Although we are avid hikers, climbing down to the tent pad to pitch camp late at night was bothersome.)

Worst KOA ever stayed at, no cable hook up, no local channels, asked them if they could help me , figure out how to stream with wi fi, I was told they would be there in 15 minutes, 4 hours later still no one showed up. Definitely will never stay there again. Lots need cleaned up .

I am surprised you didn't mention how you were desperate for a site and we made accommodations so you could be at the Occidental for your anniversary. SO glad we could work that out for you. We talked with you multiple times and you never mentioned needing help. If we don't know we can't help.

I loved being next to a babbling creek, it was soothing and my dog loved jumping in the water. The park had a nice place for the dogs to run off leash that is fenced. The price was fair and they are adding a new section that looks like it will be done by the end of summer for next year. Great place!!!!

The place is great and if it wasn't for this. There is a woman possibly the owner whom patrols the grounds. She has no people skills, yelled at me about where I had parked my truck confronted me if I even had a spot. Then she confronted my son in law about his parking and what he was doing . She also confronted my son out in the main parking lot near the highway . How demoralizing. Lighten up

As a private campground we enforce the guidelines agreed to at check-in. I have never yelled at a guest - ever. I do ask that people respect the guidelines and other campers. Don't impede traffic, park in designated areas, don't drive through sites, don't speed and respect other peoples campsites.

Too tight for big rigs. New development in the back will help.

You wanted a pull-through and we had you on the list to upgrade if one became available. Our back-in sites are economy sites that will never measure up to a pull-through experience but meet the need in a time where so many people are camping and space is at a premium.

We had a group meet-up and then caravan into the FMCA convention in Gillette. The Peoples were very accommodating and helpful. They are pleasant to work with. The facility was well-kept and the entire staff was friendly and positive. It is too bad that KOA was not an exhibitor at the convention.

We only spent one night. Though we didn't use the facilities they appear to be very clean and nice. The park is well maintained and the staff very friendly and helpful.

Great time- people running we’re kind and welcoming. - but it was 99 degrees and the air conditioning in the cabin was broke. Didn’t say anything because arrived late and left early. Only stayed one night. Was amazing otherwise!!

Moved from Ohio to WA. Motorhome with 7 rescued dogs and 3 rescued cats. Of all the KOA's we stayed at this was by far the best. Clean, beautiful facilities..just a great place over all. Great if you have pets!

Not usually a big fan of KOAs, but this place is great. Stayed during winter protocols, so only had electric hookup. Lovely campground with lots of trees and grass and space between sites. Excellent wifi, though, since it was winter, the utilization was low. Will happily stay here on our way home.
