I was scolded about parking on the grass Left a bad taste in my mouth

We like our grass and so do our guests so our park guidelines ask guests to keep cars, mats and tents off the grass. Asking a guest to move a car off the grass would be unnecessary if the park guidelines were followed. Besides, what good is all the gravel if people don't use it?

Easy access, right off of I-25. All the amenities that you would need for a one night or longer stay. The camp hosts were on-site and willing to help out if needed. We had a minor issue getting the online TV in the Kabin to work and they got us sorted out. Very friendly people. Clean. Communicated late check-in instructions clearly and timely. This is the best KOA we at which we have ever stayed. The owners and staff excel. The campground is better maintained than any other KOA at which we have stayed. We had a problem with supports for our kitchen sink giving out and the sink dropped into the drawer below. The staff/owners promptly found someone to repair it. They went above and beyond. I highly recommend the Buffalo KOA.

Nice lady met us/checked us in. Very nice as KOA's go. Campsites/RV sites are close, as all KOA's are. Definitely would stay there again.

The owners helped us out with a situation that I needed to send a fax! Thank You! The staff was AWESOME with great recommendations to shop/eat. The CLEANEST Amenities by far from the rest of the KOA's we stayed at during our trip!

The site we had was excellent!! The staff exceeded all expectations. We now have a new favorite KOA. Getting ready to make reservations for next year. Love this place and people.

This is a lovely park. Green spaces, away from traffic. Very nice hosts. Just wish they would update their website and literature to show they no longer offer cable. It is one of the factors we use in choosing a park.

Lovely place. Fast moving creek so had to be careful with the dogs. Lots of places for the dogs to run. Close to the historic town. Wonderful family that runs the place. Alyssa was especially helpful. Thanks so much.

We stayed in one of the sleeping cabins. We liked the updated real door closed right with no gaps not like other kOAs. Bathrooms were close and clean. Would of been nice to have a few more outlets and maybe a mini fridge. Friendly staff Paul and his daughter, that we meet during our stay. Would recommend this KOA to anyone.

Buffalo KOA is the most welcoming, delightful, and cleanest campground I have ever step foot in. I had the pleasure of meeting some of the fantastic staff who keep the place running! These girls (Rowan, Kia, Alex, Emma, Morgan, and Caitlin), are hardworking and they always, always have a smile on their face. It was such a joy to be around them and to stay the night in such gorgeous campground.

Traveling by myself staying in my car, stopped for the safety and convenience of KOA. Very overpriced for one night stop over, pool was closed. I was only tent there, I know why now.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We have lots of folks tenting with us just not when the weather gets so cold at night. You had a quiet night, excellent facilities and a safe place to rest. Pool is not open until Memorial Day!

We went camping mid May, it was cold but who cares when you are right next to the big horns! We used a tent and the sites right next to the creek were perfect. The Kia was extremely well kept. Staff were so helpful and attentive. I will definitely be back with my family!

The owners there were so friendly and helpful! We had a small issue with our trailer and they bent over backwards to help us. The streaming WiFi worked extremely well. Best connection we have had on our trip! Everything was clean and the location worked very well. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

This park is neat and tidy. The owners/staff were raking, trimming trees and improving individual sites. Sites are fairly level. Park is quiet. We would definitely stay again.

Moved from Ohio to WA. Motorhome with 7 rescued dogs and 3 rescued cats. Of all the KOA's we stayed at this was by far the best. Clean, beautiful facilities..just a great place over all. Great if you have pets!

Not usually a big fan of KOAs, but this place is great. Stayed during winter protocols, so only had electric hookup. Lovely campground with lots of trees and grass and space between sites. Excellent wifi, though, since it was winter, the utilization was low. Will happily stay here on our way home.
