Trapped in Buffalo WY due to a snow storm closing all roads heading East. Decided it was better to camp in my trailer then sitting on the side of the road waiting for the roads to open. Entered the office and was greeted by the friendly camp host. She took my info and set me up with a nice pull through site. She gave me a map with directions to my site. Check in - out was fast and easy.

Nice facility; good showers. Was surprised and disappointed that available TV was limited to 3 PBS stations. (On a Saturday in football season, oh my.) Other area RV parks advertise cable and I assumed KOA did also. My mistake.

We stayed for just one night, late departure and mid morning arrival. This KOA had everything we needed, plenty of space between sites, warm showers and full hookups and dump station at the site. Thank you!

These owners are amazing people. A beautiful campground in a beautiful setting. Very well maintained and very clean. Blazing wifi and wireless internet cable for smart TVs. We were here in the fall and stayed in the new “glamping” area. They did this area up perfect. We have RVed for 25 yrs and not had a nicer place to stay. If we make it back to Buffalo we absolutely will stay here again.

I got there after the office was closed and someone came in and helped me get checked into a site. The next morning I lost my wallet in the laundry room and the staff was very helpful and returned it to me complete with all my cash intact.

We stayed in one of the cabins for our yearly hunt. The folks that own this campground are awesome! They even offered to take our dogs out for walks while we hunted. They go above and beyond! We will be back!

Great Place very friendly staff Very good gravel roads and pads. all would be well drained if raining. Lots of room for all. Showers a bit tight, but plenty of them for minimum if no waiting. Showers very clean and nice. I picked a slot with a patio and very good sized and Private enclosed area with new Gas BBQ, Table and chairs, with nice cushions. Great to have propane refills onsite.

Very clean park. Paul at check-in was very friendly and helpful. WIFI was OUTSTANDING! I wish other parks would take a hint from this KOA and upgrade their WIFI.

Clean and well kept, this is always our campground of choice in and around Buffalo, Wyoming. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Looking forward to our next trip!

We enjoyed this campground. We were in the new back section. Long pull through. Sunny site. Staff was great. Helpful, friendly. Backs to a wetlands area. The back sites have more road noise from the interstate. Be careful the sprinklers come on during the day in the gas areas but the grass is thick! Hikes, night sky nearby, able to walk the Mountain Heritage Area with dogs. Will stay again

Lovely peaceful location. Only disappointing issue wasno cable TV. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Moved from Ohio to WA. Motorhome with 7 rescued dogs and 3 rescued cats. Of all the KOA's we stayed at this was by far the best. Clean, beautiful facilities..just a great place over all. Great if you have pets!

Not usually a big fan of KOAs, but this place is great. Stayed during winter protocols, so only had electric hookup. Lovely campground with lots of trees and grass and space between sites. Excellent wifi, though, since it was winter, the utilization was low. Will happily stay here on our way home.
