From the time of calling and making the reservation to the moment we left this family took amazing care of us. Property and all buildings were spotless and well taken care of. All staff members were knowledgeable and very helpful regarding the property and the town. We will be back and we recommend staying anytime your in Buffalo Wyoming!! Keep up the great work. Beautiful campground and amazing hosts. We had a medical emergency and they were so accommodating. Could not have been any better. Very clean. We loved it.

My wife and I were coming here every year but not anymore. I do not know how the reservations indicate cable but when we got there no cable. The management is terrible. It used to be such a nice KOA.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Mr. Gerber, it saddens us that you had such a terrible week staying at our beautiful and well managed campground. We do offer a 1 hour guarantee. Progress happens and we are moving forward in tech. Our streaming capabilities over WiFi are excellent - and offers more flexibility for every guest.

Great family owned KOA. We stayed here for almost a month. No problems! Very clean and well manicured. Buffalo is a very neat town to explore. No better place to stay while visiting the Bighorns. Will definitely stay again if in the area

This is a fabulous KOA “Resort”. The expansion and new area are spacious, wonderfully landscaped, and perfectly placed next to the babbling stream. The owners are extraordinary and upkeep is meticulous! 10+!

My stay was so nice that I hated to leave the next morning. The cabin was clean and very welcoming. Friendliness of the staff was outstanding. Very pet friendly and showers and bathrooms we’re conveniently located. The grounds were well cared for as were the community outdoor kitchen, playground, the sweet brook running along one side of the campground. Will definitely be back!

The young man that took my reservation over the phone and checked me in was super polite, informative, friendly and helpful! He gets a gold star from me! Sorry, I don’t know his name, but he was excellent!

We had an absolutely great stay here for two nights- one on our way to Yellowstone, and one the following week on our way back from Yellowstone. On both occasions, the wonderful family who runs this KOA were super friendly and helpful, and the facilities were impeccably maintained. I highly recommend this campground. We will definitely stay here again if we’re ever in the area!

From the phone to get a reservation the front desk girl is like the best ever!!! Smart polite efficient can’t say enough about the young lady. Very well kept campground, good gravel through out the park. Only KOA I have been to that has WiFi streaming capabilities. I would definitely stay here again.

From the minute we pulled into the lot, we were treated very well and felt very comfortable. Everything, including the bathroom, shower, store, pool, game room, etc was very clean and modern. The owners and staff were very focused to ensure that our stay was very nice. They take pride in their Kampground and the service that they provide. The best KOA that we have stayed at!

Fabulous new sites along a little creek, beautifully landscaped, concrete patios, plenty of extra outdoor space, great WiFi (once it got completed), gas grill, and firepit. Now, if there was a way to block out the highway noise this would be perfect ! Hope everyone enjoys it as much as we did. One suggestion is to make the pet area much more defined, and alert pet owners to use only that area.

We were just passing through. The location and access to the interstate was very good yet not so close to have road noise. Bathrooms were clean. We were able to walk to restaurants for dinner.

Best KOA WE STAYED IN OUR TRAVELS. HAS RECYCLING, THE LITTLE RIVER WAS AWESOME STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL SPACIOUS SITES. OUR SITE WAS VERY QUIET .WIFI WORKED GREAT. WIL DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN

Dirty…dusty…tables run down with paint peeling, grass was NOT green, no grass just dirt and dust and weeds�������� No place clean with grass to walk pet.

Moved from Ohio to WA. Motorhome with 7 rescued dogs and 3 rescued cats. Of all the KOA's we stayed at this was by far the best. Clean, beautiful facilities..just a great place over all. Great if you have pets!

Not usually a big fan of KOAs, but this place is great. Stayed during winter protocols, so only had electric hookup. Lovely campground with lots of trees and grass and space between sites. Excellent wifi, though, since it was winter, the utilization was low. Will happily stay here on our way home.
