Pool was closed. It was really hot and the air conditioner was not able to keep up. Our cabin had new flooring and a new door since the last time we were there. This is a nice KOA if you are on your way to Yellowstone or Glacier. I have stayed here 4 or 5 different times and their bathrooms and showers are always clean.

We try our best to keep our facilities clean and working to provide the best guest experience. The extreme temperatures and an unfortunate pool closure made for unpleasant days. The single air-conditioner is generally good for our region but couldn't keep up in the heat. So sorry!!

Klean KOA Kabin. Love them !! Hot shower was great after a 475 mile motorcycle ride. Met the friendly staff in morning checkout. Great location, just sorry I didn't have time to visit the historic downtown.

Plain and simple...it was wonderful! The staff was friendly and helpful. The cabin was nice and clean. The campground was clean and groomed so pretty. Love the swimming pool and nice indoor showers and bathrooms and that the cabin was just a few steps from the bathrooms. Definately will stay again.

It's all about the people....The family that owns and operates this facility is simply amazing. Polite, personable and professional in every way imaginable. I can't say enough good things about them. The campground is what you expect from many KOA's these days but with beautiful aspen trees and decent proximity to the amazing Big Horn mountains.

Easy access, right off of I-25. All the amenities that you would need for a one night or longer stay. The camp hosts were on-site and willing to help out if needed. We had a minor issue getting the online TV in the Kabin to work and they got us sorted out. Very friendly people. Clean. Communicated late check-in instructions clearly and timely. We stayed in one of the sleeping cabins. We liked the updated real door closed right with no gaps not like other kOAs. Bathrooms were close and clean. Would of been nice to have a few more outlets and maybe a mini fridge. Friendly staff Paul and his daughter, that we meet during our stay. Would recommend this KOA to anyone.

Kia was great helping us with the TV and the door we didn't push open for the key. Duh! We'll probably be back mid-Oct for a night or 2. Have a crazy summer!

Arrived late in the evening the light to our cabin was left on for us. Cabin was clean as well as the facilities. If we're ever out west again we'll be sure to stay in buffalo!

Great staff and location, although we paid for full hookups and weren't able to use water and cable.

We had notices on the webpage and on the front door that water tanks had to be filled prior to hooking up.

After driving over from Washington, snow every where, we arrived just before dark to the cabin we rented. The heater inside was already on and it was warm. Thank you so much for that.. it had been 25 years since I'd driven in snow and it was heaven to just walk in and relax! Coming back in nice weather!!!

We had a great time here! Lights were lit at our cabin and the heat was in perbour request since we were a late arrival. The kids loved spotting all the animal tracks in the morning!

Paul and Anita are wonderful! They were very helpful in having the cabin plowed out and all warmed up and ready to go! I have stayed here before and will stay here again!

Moved from Ohio to WA. Motorhome with 7 rescued dogs and 3 rescued cats. Of all the KOA's we stayed at this was by far the best. Clean, beautiful facilities..just a great place over all. Great if you have pets!

Not usually a big fan of KOAs, but this place is great. Stayed during winter protocols, so only had electric hookup. Lovely campground with lots of trees and grass and space between sites. Excellent wifi, though, since it was winter, the utilization was low. Will happily stay here on our way home.
