We came in at dark and left the next morning in the dark so cant say much about this KOA. It is too close to the interstate though. Traffic noise is bad.

We found the restrooms were very clean and they graciously accommodated our requests, even though we were coming in very late. The man that helped us on the phone there was very kind as well. We would stay there again.

Clean and attractive campground. Level, neat campsites. Bathrooms were very clean. The only downside is the location right beside the freeway, so close that truck noise all night can be disturbing.

We pulled in close to office closing time & before we could get out of our vehicle a very nice young man came out and asked us our reservation name, went back into the office and quickly came out with our info, offering to show us to our spot. He was very friendly & recommend a place for dinner that was just around the corner. The park was great, bathrooms super clean. We'll be back again :)

This is the second year we have stayed at Buffalo KOA on our way to Arizona. The people could not off been nicer or more helpful. Easy on/off to I-40. It is what we expect when we stay at a KOA Journey park. Good Dog park and our site was an easy pull-through with a tow. Good internet and cable.

Brief stay. Very clean, easy off and on to Rte 40. Loved the Buffalo and Cherokee wall mural. Absolutely breath taking.

Really nice staff, good bathrooms, and a pretty place. The pull through sites were not the best because of the hill but other than that the place is fantastic. Would definitely stay again!!!

While the Buffalo Journey is not a fancy “Resort” KOA it IS clean, well organized, relatively spacious between sites, and very efficient to quickly enter and exit. We appreciated the clean Dog Park with concrete pad and bench for sitting while the dogs played and it being regularly groomed. But best of all are the friendly owners and workers who surpass all other KOA park staff. Try it!

Late night arrival was easy, envelop with everything (prepaid) was in the night box, site was very nice with easy hook ups, if you need a quick place to get rest on a long trip right off the interstate, this is the place easy access.

Most kind to the newbie campers. Enjoyed the escort to our site which was very easy to pull thru. The water access was very low to the ground making it difficult to hook up. The gravel area had some ruts so leveling was more challenging. I would give this location a higher rating but the road noise was very bad, especially when trucks on the highway used their air breaks.

Stay here frequently on our trip Ohio to Louisiana. Easy off and back on. Secure KOA Journey, freindly staff. Pilot Fuel stop also.

Very close to road and road noise (semis breaking all night) and the spots were so small that when the guy next to us ran his generator (not sure why) it litterally shook our entire unit for hours.

Our stay was great. The only issue we had was being asked to move in the middle of our stay. It felt like a big deal at the time but in the whole sceam of things that did not impact our stay.

Good place for an overnight stay. Restrooms/showers were sparkly clean. There are a couple of well-stocked gas stations a couple of minutes away. Will definitely come back when traveling through Tennessee.

My husband and I were making a trek from DC to Austin, this was the perfect half way point to get a nice well rested sleep in a cozy cabin.

The noise from the interstate traffic was annoying. Only if you are running your ac or heater, you can’t hear the noise. But for me, I could hear the traffic which made it difficult to get a good nights sleep.

Quick overnight pull through. Enjoyed the pavilion/shelter to have dinner with son and family from Nolensville who visited us for a few hours.

I liked when we pulled into the campground they directed us with a golf cart to the spot. Staff onsite are very friendly. Thank you for a great weekend.

We really enjoyed the stay in the cabin, being able to relax around the fire after a long day of driving was just what we needed. Our only issues were a rough night sleep due to the road noise, and the bathrooms weren't fully working.

Great hosts, very accommodating. Guide you to your spot and dont leave until they know you are good to go with all hook ups and settled in.

Our stay was only a brief overnight stopover. We were cheerfully and professionally greeted. Our pull through space was clean and easily accessible with fully functional water, sewer and electrical connections. The restrooms were spotlessly clean. This facility earned high marks from us.

Incredibly noisy from nearby interstate traffic. Very difficult to find our assigned slot.
