Staff and park were nice but the road noise was extremely loud - separated from interstate only by a strip of forest - which made it impossible to relax or sleep well. Not a good choice if you like quiet or are a light sleeper. Dog park was nice and clean. Only the moderate rating because of the noise and non working faucet.

Our cabin was clean and spacious. As we were staying in a smaller cabin with no restroom, I was impressed with how clean the bath house was. Everyone at the campground was friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. They were even readily available to assist me with jumping my car battery off when I was ready to head home!

Stayed at this location many times. Minor problem with the cabin door pull breaking. Thankful someone was inside the cabin when it happened! Disappointed the deluxe cabin is never available to rent. I've stayed at this location on multiple occasions, with the deluxe cabin listed as unavailable. Yet, only ONE time has anyone stayed in the deluxe cabin during any of my visits. Why never avail?

Only thing was the water spicket did not work beside cabin. Everything else was perfect. Employees are so friendly and helpful!

Beautiful KOA. Some say the highway noise is bothersome. Didn't affect me in a Camping Cabin.

Very nice campground!!! Only down fall was that it’s mostly gravel so the kiddos couldn’t ride their scooters but they still enjoyed themselves and made the best of our little getaway!!!

Great for our overnight stay. You could hear some background traffic noise from the interstate, but nothing bad. The place was overall peaceful and quiet.

noise non stop if the built it any closer to i40 they would be IN the center divider. never going to stay there again . should be demolished and move 2 miles off the road, and the surly female host , i would not hire her to be a door stop

Beautiful campground and the BEST staff!! Check in was quick and easy. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable about activities in the area. Bathrooms were impeccable! Our only negative were the cabins and bedding. Cabin 1 had this very peculiar odor that caused myself and my guest to have headaches. Also, the bed “pads” did not pad anything. Overall, would stay again, just not in cabins.

The man at the front office was rude. The bathroom was not very clean. No soap in one and no paper towels in the other. However it's convenient for an overnight stay while traveling.

My husband and I were making a trek from DC to Austin, this was the perfect half way point to get a nice well rested sleep in a cozy cabin.

We really enjoyed the stay in the cabin, being able to relax around the fire after a long day of driving was just what we needed. Our only issues were a rough night sleep due to the road noise, and the bathrooms weren't fully working.

Stayed in a basic cabin. Everything was good. Very quiet campground. Bathroom and showers are very nice and clean. Strong cellular service.

The owners of this property are beyond awesome. While there our car broke down and they even took my husband to the small town 10 miles away we had it towed to to pick up. They allowed us a late check out as well. They are prime examples of southern hospitality through and through.

Easy access from the interstate. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. I would suggest dust control on their driveways as it can get very dusty, even with the staff golf cart passing through.

Just as it was when I stayed the week before, it was clean and Mike & Penny were so welcoming. I was able to relax, enjoy a meal at the picnic table, relax some more, then I slept like a baby. The traffic sounds didn’t keep me awake at all. I hope to stay here again in the future! Thank you!

I rented a cabin and it was clean and comfortable. Pretty setting. Those bothered by car sounds would not be comfortable due to the sounds from the nearby Hwy, but if you can get past that, and let it be white noise, then you’ll be just fine. Bathrooms were nice and close. I will be staying again on way home.

Nice cabin but would not want to tent camp there as it is too close to I 40. You can hear the trucks on I 40 all night long!

Great cabin. Only suggestion is to fix the wet floor issue in bathrooms, from shower curtain not being inside the shower, kids do not care. Try rubber mats that stand 1/2 in tall, used in restaurant kitchens, garages.Speaking with the owner (Mr.) gave great insight to opening a KOA myself in SC.
