The signage/literature re: rules are not very friendly (which is contrary to experience with friendly staff) maybe wordsmith them to be not so confrontational. Second, under the guise of COVID - no visitors allowed, yet same applies for stays over holidays - ridiculous rule especially when there are no amenities open and you state that individuals responsible for COVID risk. Price high.

Well, too brief, crummy weather and COVID restrictions. It has nothing to do with the facility because it looks incredibly fun (not in December during a pandemic though!). Sites were great, staff was great and there is a lot to do. We are hoping 2021 will allow us to fully apprecdiate the ammenities. Also, for grown ups, there is the Skagit Casino about a mile away with food and fun too.

This is the best koa ive stayed at and ive been to many across this country,This is the cleanest and so well kept camground,My stay was in december and a huge wind storm blew thru and the next morning the staff was out in the pouring rain cleaning up the mess from pine cones to tree branches now that dedication.I highly recomend this campground and would love to see this place in the summer.

Love this campground. Always very well maintained and clean and the sites are very spacious, which we love. The staff is very nice and helpful. Our group has made this campground our day after Thanksgiving, our getaway place.

We go there quite often, really enjoy it. It's close to home, well maintained, it's a really nice place to bring our trailer.

This was our first visit to KOA. We found staff to be friendly and helpful. Disappointed that none of the bathroom facilities were open in the park. Even with COVID-19, other parks have facilities open. Other than that, I could imagine this would be a fun, family-oriented KOA in the summer.

Enjoyed your campground,very clean,we liked that you have a gate to enter and your onsite security guard we really appreciate your staff doing everything you can to keep my family safe due to covid-19, wearing mask, sanitizing,etc

Very very happy to be there considering how things are with the COVID-19 and such. Loved the dog park, and places to walk in the nice fall weather! Looking forward to returning when all has returned to “normal

It’s the off season so the park was pretty empty and due to COVID restrictions many amenities were closed. We knew that before we made reservations so weren’t surprised and it didn’t effect our trip. The facilities and grounds were well maintained. The one person we spoke with at check in was polite and helpful. We’d definitely consider staying again.

The man on duty came to our RV site when I called him that we lost our electricity. He was so helpful when he did some problem solving and got our electricity turned on again. His experience was very valuable to us since we are still not very experienced with our new 25 ft. Class C RV. We appreciate his help very much. We also liked our space and stay in spite of the rain!

Now that the facilities are open there is no better place for us and our RV Burlington KOA is always such a great experience for us.

Enjoyed the fall getaway to the Skagit valley, Beautiful area.your koa was very clean,shower/bathrooms was spotless and your staff was friendly.The only downside was my kids wanted play mini golf and your course was torn up to have a new one put in untill covid19 halted your project so I understand maybe next time I'm in your area.i would highly recommend this koa.

This campground was amazing. Perfectly groomed, spots were level, and walking around you can tell there’s a lot of care into the place. Showers were immaculate and a treat after the week of showering in the tiny trailer one. Everyone that runs it is super amazing and nice also highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Our favorite RV park! The park and amenities are great and everyone who works there was fantastic. They made us feel extremely welcome. Large level sites, good covid implementation, EXCELLENT free park wifi, stream and woodsy places to walk (we saw bunnies, deer, eagles, raccoons, salmon etc.), close to civilization (Instacart/food delivery). Great for those with kids & without. Accepts all mail.

The park was clean and quiet. However, we were forced to leave a day early because the staff decided a foggy, low cloud day was the day to burn their huge brush piles. All the smoke and ash blew into the RV sites filling our site and rig with smoke and covering our vehicle and rig with ash. We incurred a loss of one night's rent - no refund offered.

Not only were the facilities maintained with the utmost pride and care, but the staff were so excellent. We felt like VIP's throughout our whole stay, and we made memories we'll carry with us for life.

The whole experience was great, we had a spot (#23) for our Travel Trailer that was relatively flat and in the midst of trees. The check in process was easy, the store was well stocked and the management was helpful and friendly. The restrooms/showers were clean and well maintained.

The grounds are well maintained. Facilities are clean. The only problem I have is if I want to have my awning over the cement pad I have to use 3 sewer hoses to get to the in ground sewer. They have placed the sewers quite a ways back on each site.

We had our choice of spots since we arrived on a Monday and it was great. Bathroom had been updated recently and was extremely clean! Great sink outside the restrooms to do dishes. Friendly staff. The one down side - there was a strong mothball like smell in the store that caused us to leave there pretty quickly. All in all really great stay - thank you!

It was okay. Spaces are big enough so we could play cornhole game, which we brought.with us. It would be nice if your Putt Putt golf was maintained and the pool open but I understand about the pool being closed because of covid.. It was nice to have use of your wifi without having to pay for it .

We rented the deluxe cabin. Very nice, plenty of room for two. Cabin very clean and has plates cups and some silverware. Kitchen is microwave toaster and 6 cup coffee maker. Cabin was warmed when we arrived. Park is clean and well managed. Would recommend this KOA

The staff wasn’t super friendly. Bathrooms were locked with keypads, had to walk all the way back from the playground to my camper to use the bathroom. Didn’t give me a gate code and had to wait for someone to let me back in after coming back from Deception Pass. They were not monitoring guests speeding through park in their vehicle. Positives. Beautiful park. Very clean and well maintained. Very quiet. The only complaint is that when the facilities and gate codes changed we were not informed. Will definitely be back next year.

The staff are very friendly and helpful,bathrooms are spotless and very well kept grounds This is the cleanist koa ive ever stayed at,I do wanna say if you plan on being loud and partying after there 10pm quiet hours there security will kick you out as I saw in the midnight hour I'll be back next year thank you koa staff/ security

My husband and I arrived here in June, 2021, following the sale of our home. We are building our new home and the HOA required the septic be installed prior to having a travel trailer on the property. We have enjoyed our stay so much that we have decided to remain here until the completion of our home. The staff is friendly and helpful. Yes, there are numerous rules and I am ok with that. Unfortunately some people take advantage and ruin the future experiences of others. All facilities are well maintained and very clean. Owners, Howard and Sunny are caring and take pride in what they do. We have a playful lab and the dog park consists of rocks. I would love to see this area be replaced with playground bark/grass, but am thankful there is an off leash area for our dog. Laundry is convenient and not over priced at $ 2 per load ($ 4 to wash and dry). Wi-fi works well. We appreciate the onsite security. We have had numerous Amazon packages sent to the KOA. The staff truly wants to ensure your stay is a pleasant one and we appreciate that.
