Excellent facility! I have a big fifth wheel and the turn into the park was a bit tight but that is my only criticism. We were there five nights and were very impressed!

Bob Heflin here, full-timer, almost 6 years on the road and I can count on 1 hand the number of times I have seen the owner walk around each day greeting campers the way Howard does! Sunny is always a cheerful reception committee. And the staff; Eric, Larry, Ruthie and the rest make this camp an enjoyable place to stay.

The campground is very well kept. The staff is friendly and customer oriented. The WiFi is the best we’ve encountered since we’ve been camping in the tech age!

Just stayed for 3 nights in the patio sites. We love these sites and so do the grandkids. Had lots of fun. Maze and bounce area open. Mining was open and a favorite for the grandchildren. All employees were wearing mask when needed. Check in was a breeze. This is an extremely nice KOA and all the employees were so friendly.

The Burlington, Wa. KOA is very well taken care of! The cabin was spotless, the grounds impeccable and the staff and owners are helpful and kind. We were disappointed the pool was closed but what do you expect during a pandemic?! The smile I was greeted with, upon my departure, was infectious. Looking forward to our next visit to the Burlington, Wa KOA!

Very nice space provided at this campsite. Security screens and takes care of you when arrive, during your stay and as you leave, making you feel safe. Friendly staff willing to help whenever you need it. This was our first camping experience in our travel trailer! Thanks for making it great!

Was able to place us 3 days prior to reservation date. YEAH! Laundry facility was very clean (used twice). Staff was always friendly.

Loved staying in the deluxe cabin. The cabin looked brand new and even came with a couple cooking utensils and dishes. The staff was super friendly. We will definitely be back!

Nice KOA with nice amenities for the entire family. Office hours are on the limited side and the location is a drive to most destinations, but overall a KOA I would recommend!

The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because some things were closed some restrooms, pool, hot tub due to covid.

Deluxe cabin was a great way to camp, as we just starting our camping supply inventory. The cabins were clean and equipped with just enough! Only downside was that we were near the road and we never felt truly disconnected. Next time I will book a cabin on the backside of the campsite.

While the staff are nice, the campground is near a loud and busy road. Across the road from the campground is a loud and busy residence, with loud barking dogs and trucks, and obnoxious political signs. The playground is great, and we enjoyed our time there, but we will camp elsewhere in the future.

The park was so clean and quiet! The kids bounce area, maze and playgrounds were amazing and the staff was so friendly. I was skeptical about camping 30 minutes from home but we all really enjoyed our stay. We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay in a cute, clean deluxe cabin. We loved having our own bathroom and internet connected smart tv. The only low point was the Visibly old, dilapidated queen bed that sagged and popped under my 100lb wife. And the head was lower than the feet.

This is my first time at this koa and this is by far the best koa ive stayed at from your spotless bathrooms to your laundry room to the entire campground, it really wowed my family. I also want to thank you for enforcing your campground rules,unlike other koas with rules they dont really enforce them 24/7 i also want give a big HI 5 to your security officer Erik for keeping people quiet after 10

The staff was very friendly and the grounds were kept clean. I liked all the amenities especially for young children.

We arrived an hour early around 1 pm. First words from an officious staff person is that we'll be charged an extra $10. Not the friendly KOA culture we've come to enjoy and not the 5 star experience of every other KOA at which we've camped and were always able to check in early with no charge if site is ready . Otherwise, we had a peaceful camping experience.

Wonderful property, we will return. Two parks, vollyball, Gaga ball, pool, horseshoes, maze and jump pillow for kids. There is a little creek that runs through that is fun too.

Had to wait on the Bellingham ferry for a couple weeks, this was the place to stay. Met some great people, internet was the best I’ve seen and there is a casino less than a mile away. Everything you may need is a short 3-; mile drive away, including COSTCO. Very quiet at night and very comfortable place, I will be back.

Very well run RV park, clean and very expansive, lots of room between the RV sites, some under trees, with all on level ground. I would highly recommend this park.

Wonderful site, friendly staff. Security let us purchase from the store after it had closed. That made the drum sticks extra special.

Very nice convenient location off of I-5, and access to lots of activities and communities in the surrounding area. Campground was very quiet, and sparsely populated during our 3 night stay in what should be peak season in early-August. Odd, since all the local State Parks were full. KOA provides more ammenities than the State Parks (including full hook-up) for essentially the same price.

Beautiful campground . It is very clean and all spots arenice! The owners and staff are very friendly, kind and helpful! We love this KOA!! Also beautiful scenery in the campground and the coastal area!

The staff are very friendly and helpful,bathrooms are spotless and very well kept grounds This is the cleanist koa ive ever stayed at,I do wanna say if you plan on being loud and partying after there 10pm quiet hours there security will kick you out as I saw in the midnight hour I'll be back next year thank you koa staff/ security

My husband and I arrived here in June, 2021, following the sale of our home. We are building our new home and the HOA required the septic be installed prior to having a travel trailer on the property. We have enjoyed our stay so much that we have decided to remain here until the completion of our home. The staff is friendly and helpful. Yes, there are numerous rules and I am ok with that. Unfortunately some people take advantage and ruin the future experiences of others. All facilities are well maintained and very clean. Owners, Howard and Sunny are caring and take pride in what they do. We have a playful lab and the dog park consists of rocks. I would love to see this area be replaced with playground bark/grass, but am thankful there is an off leash area for our dog. Laundry is convenient and not over priced at $ 2 per load ($ 4 to wash and dry). Wi-fi works well. We appreciate the onsite security. We have had numerous Amazon packages sent to the KOA. The staff truly wants to ensure your stay is a pleasant one and we appreciate that.
