This is by far and away the best KOA we've ever stayed at. Although the amenities were closed due to Covid-19, the camp store was open and all the staff were present. We were assisted in backing our new trailer into our spot by Larry - one of the workers. The grounds are spotless and they were working very hard to keep them that way. Large spots in the back area too! Lots of grass and trees.

Thanks Burlington KOA for providing a safe haven for travelers during this crazy time!! I love this campground. The staff are amazing, the bath houses are spotless and the grounds are kept in great condition. I stayed in a Kamping Kabin and they never disappoint! I shall be back

The staff were amazing. The property was well taken care of. Cannot wait to return in a couple of months with our grand daughter.

The stay was very pleasant the gentleman got our wood was very nice the check-in process was pleasant the large Trump signs and aggressive Trump merchandise tacked on the fence behind the KOA or across the street was slightly intimidating for a lesbian couple checking in considering it seemed quite aggressive other than that the park itself seemed to be quite pleasant and I would stay again

Glad you enjoyed your stay with us. We are sorry the signs on the fence of the adjoining property was concerning to you. Unfortunately, we can not control what the neighbors put on their fence. These signs have NOTHING to do with our KOA campground.

We were so impressed with how well the grounds were kept. Easy to pull in and out. A great area for kids and adults with horseshoe pits. Amazingly clean restrooms. The staff was very friendly. Plenty of cabins also. Would definitely recommend this site. The landscape was immaculate and beautiful. They had both an area with trees and another without for those with satellite.

Enjoyed my stay being from the Midwest and visiting the northwest for the first time very beautiful area,this campground is a family friendly environment the staff are very helpful and wonderful..I do wanna say if you plan on having a loud party after there quiet hours of 10 pm security/sheriff will remove you as I witnessed on our last night, BE WARNED THEY WILL KICK YOU OUT! be back next year

We did not have access to most of camp facilities due to Covid 19 Phase 2 restrictions. Campgrounds were clean, staff friendly

Sorry you were not happy with the amenities being closed. Due to Covid19, the county and state mandate when we can open these things. When you made your online reservation, the alert notified you of the areas not open. Hopefully, we can open everything soon.

stay for the 1st here since in past always heard issue w/ owners before and tight spaces and lack of other campers respecting others, stayed in the new area across the creek, lots of space and level spots , staff we saw drive by daily always wave, but like always at night some loud campers but over all great , coming back for sure

Very comfortable, cozy little cabin! There are lots of things to do right on the grounds. Everything was super clean and well maintained, beautiful grounds!. Staff was extremely pleasant and friendly. It was a quiet and peaceful stay. Exactly what we needed!

We always enjoy our stays at the Burlington KOA but we feel the price is too high. We like it there, but will look for other campgrounds nearby that are a more reasonable rate.

Beautiful, well maintained park! Close enough to everything but far enough away for peace and quiet. We stayed 5 days in our motorhome and enjoyed all the neighboring sights. Many hiking trails and lots of outdoor activities in the area. Gorgeous sights to visit within an very short drive. We love this park and its staff.

My group of buddies and I had a great stay here at the Burlington KOA. The staff was always happy, helpful,and courteous. Our group was very thankful to be able to stay here and not have to cancel our Mountain Biking trip.There were limitations at the campground due to the Covid Virus but that just fueled our want to comeback and see the camp in full operation. We can't wait till our next stay!

This is the fourth time we have stayed here and have always enjoyed our stay. This time was a bit different because of the COVID-19 virus. We were grateful that KOA offered us the option since our state parks are closed to campers. Nice place and very well maintained.

Staff were friendly, taking the appropriate precautions during this time of the Covid crisis. Sites were large and clean. Overall a good location for exploring the surrounding area. One item that detracted from our visit was that the staff started a fire to burn items at the South end of the park. It smelled terrible, smelled like burning garbage, and the stench lasted for the entire 2 days.

Work trip trying to isolate because of Covid. Campground was not heavier populated which was perfect. Beautiful location, with lots of trees on the one side.

Strictly business trip. Only used the dog park - a little small, too many stones, not enough grass. However, the staff where great. Nice sitting. Easy to find. Could use cable TV hookup.

The staff is always so friendly when we stay there, and remember who we are. Even though the amenities like the pool were closed because of current state restrictions, we still had a wonderful weekend of camping and relaxation!

Clean facilities and friendly and very helpful staff—-the sites are exceptionally close together though. We are new to RV camping so perhaps this is normal but would prefer a location with more trees/woods so it feels like camping. There is a nice creek in the middle of the park so we visited that quite a bit.

I'm normally a State Park camper and haven't visited a KOA in Long time,but due to covid19 I had no choice in finding a campground so I called your KOA and was surprised your open I wanna say this is the best koa I've ever been to,very clean nice staff and the fact your management made sure us campers was not stacked on top of other campers your social distances plan during the pandemic was great

We stayed at the KOA because the State parks are closed. The sites are nice, but not private. Location is quiet and convenient to the freeway.

The staff are very friendly and helpful,bathrooms are spotless and very well kept grounds This is the cleanist koa ive ever stayed at,I do wanna say if you plan on being loud and partying after there 10pm quiet hours there security will kick you out as I saw in the midnight hour I'll be back next year thank you koa staff/ security

My husband and I arrived here in June, 2021, following the sale of our home. We are building our new home and the HOA required the septic be installed prior to having a travel trailer on the property. We have enjoyed our stay so much that we have decided to remain here until the completion of our home. The staff is friendly and helpful. Yes, there are numerous rules and I am ok with that. Unfortunately some people take advantage and ruin the future experiences of others. All facilities are well maintained and very clean. Owners, Howard and Sunny are caring and take pride in what they do. We have a playful lab and the dog park consists of rocks. I would love to see this area be replaced with playground bark/grass, but am thankful there is an off leash area for our dog. Laundry is convenient and not over priced at $ 2 per load ($ 4 to wash and dry). Wi-fi works well. We appreciate the onsite security. We have had numerous Amazon packages sent to the KOA. The staff truly wants to ensure your stay is a pleasant one and we appreciate that.
