We picked your park to socialize our new puppy and get away for some peace and quiet. (3 nights) From the moment we got there and until we left, your maintenance personell were pressure washing all the campsite patio's to remove moss and dirt. We had to listen to that all day long, every day. We found it very annoying and rude. I guess that guests are not appreciated these days. Will not return.

We so appreciate this wonderful KOA for their hospitality and staying on top of the sanitizing everything during this unprecedented pandemic. The campground and staff are wonderful and very accommodating. We are full time rv'ers and life has certainly changed for us. But thankfully we can always rely on this KOA to do the right things!!! Thanks again everyone and we will see you again soon!

Absolutely amazing as always!! Even during the pandemic causing almost all activities not available this place was amazing & the lady that helped us was so great! Our cabin was perfect! We will DEFINITELY be back!!!

Nice facility .... everything was good till we were packing up to leave and a employee pulled up in a golf cart and asked if we were leaving yet (not past checkout and maybe 6 trailers in entire park) I responded we were packing up and drove off radioed to some lady "yeah they are leaving" very cold!

Sorry you thought anyone was rude. Our check-out time is 11 a.m. and we believe our staff's question to you was after 11. Our staff was simply inquiring if you want to stay another night. Safe travels!

Awesome campground, I wanna thank all your staff for doing everything possible keep us campers safe during covid19 and spreading us all over the campground so we weren't stacked on top of other guest.Allthough all your facility's are closed because of pandemic I enjoyed my stay in your beautiful koa.

Best RV park we have visited. The staff were exceptionally friendly and very, very conscientious about keeping us safe during the covid outbreak. Beautiful place to walk around when there is nowhere to go during lockdown. Lots of deer and birds and a lovely stream.

Our RV weekend stay at Burlington KOA was exactly what we needed. A pleasant change of scenery. The staff was courteous, professional and very mindful of social distancing. All common areas are closed as to be expected. I recommend this place and we will be going back soon!

The "Campground" was great! The Ruthie and George were great people and very nice as soon as I walked through the door. We would definitely stay there again. It was very quiet due to COVID-19, understandably but kind of nice to have only two other RV's in the back area. Nice to have a dog park to let our energy driven Belgian Malinois' run. Thanks again!!!

We stayed 3 nights at this wonderful KOA enroute to home. Even though we are in the middle of the Covid19 pandemic, we felt completely safe here. The campground was not extremely busy and everyone was parked at a safe distance. THANKS! Everyone was very diligent in sanitizing everything from the office/store to the bathroom/shower facilty.

We stayed in a deluxe cabin and were amazed by all of the features. The only negative was that the on demand hot water didn't produce hot water very consistently.

So sorry you experienced problems in our deluxe cabin. Our maintenance team checked the water heater this morning. Every deluxe cabin has it's own tankless water heater, it takes sometime (30sec) about for the water reach certain temperature.

it is a very nice park, nicely kept, lovely facilities, and I bet a great place to bring your little ones for a summer weekend. WE have already recommended it to friends. Our only negative is that for the hefty price, there should be television service. And I know this isn't within their ability to fix, but the cell service is very spotty down in the valley.

Your campground is very nice,your washrooms are super clean but what really stood out to me your staff taking extra precautionary measures during our covid19 outbreak it was nice to see your staff disinfecting all your door knobs and pool area,a special thanks to your staff member Larry and Ruth for going above and beyond to disinfect your entire washrooms every hour that meant a lot to me.Thanks

My family and I stayed 4 days at Burlington KOA in our motorhome. This is a very nice park. The pool was not open yet but will open mid March. The children loved the 2 playgrounds. Very nice and accommodating staff. We love this campground! The wifi is the best we have experienced in all our years of travel. We shall be back!

We arrived after office hours in the dark and a very nice elderly woman phoned someone to help us. We were helped very courteously and we were very thankful to get a site for the night. The bonus was a very well kept facility and the staff were so helpful. HAPPY CAMPERS !!

Your campground is beyond what I would ever imagine from other koa I've stayed at.Restrooms super clean to even your laundry room and your entire campground is very clean,Thanks to your amazing and friendly staff.

The staff were courteous and helpful. The wifi was excellent. The facilities were clean and well maintained throughout our 2 week stay.

Two star on this visit because the only good thing was they did have our reservation. Almost vacant park and we were given a site that was a mud bog where ever we stepped. It had been raining. Other sites were much better drained. No cable tv available! Office closed! Not what we are used to from past visits. Sites should be taken out of inventory if flooded/muddy.

Very dissatisfied with the fact that we should have been notified that there was no water service due to weather. I understand why it happened but we should have been told when we made reservation.

I am sorry to here you were dissatisfied with your stay. However we have water all season long. During your stay the water did not freeze. Was the problem in your rig?

WOW!!WOW!! What a very nice campground you have,I was there in the middle of a snow storm and your staff did an awesome job keeping the road in and out of your koa clear,Would of liked to use your pool/ hot tub but I understand in the winter it being closed because it's not cost effective when only one or two people want use it,look forward to staying again on my trip back home from Whistler bc.

Very quiet and low use during winter months. Disappointing that hot tub and sauna wasn't open. Website misleading. Info written in a way that makes it look like pool is closed for winter but hot tub open. We would've stayed at Bay View state Park for less $ if we had known. It is a bonus though to have full hookups in winter including water. Many parks in area don't have water hook up in winter.

It was a great Christmas get away,with the cold weather outside it was great having warm and friendly service and the staff adding to my happiness of season. Well kept campground I'm looking forward to return in the summer,Thanks koa staff you guys are the best!

Very enjoyable stay as always, clean and very well maintained. The hosts and staff are very thorough and friendly. My favorite KOA of all, beautiful scenery, many things to see and enjoy. Cant wait to return each year. AAAAAA++++++

The staff was friendly and the grounds were well maintained. The shower was lukewarm. My biggest problem was the fact that we specifically chose to stay here for the indoor pool. At no time did I see it advertised as seasonal, nor did any of their paperwork onsite. So we were hugely let down to show up and have it closed for the season. Will probably never return due to this inconsideration.

The staff are very friendly and helpful,bathrooms are spotless and very well kept grounds This is the cleanist koa ive ever stayed at,I do wanna say if you plan on being loud and partying after there 10pm quiet hours there security will kick you out as I saw in the midnight hour I'll be back next year thank you koa staff/ security

My husband and I arrived here in June, 2021, following the sale of our home. We are building our new home and the HOA required the septic be installed prior to having a travel trailer on the property. We have enjoyed our stay so much that we have decided to remain here until the completion of our home. The staff is friendly and helpful. Yes, there are numerous rules and I am ok with that. Unfortunately some people take advantage and ruin the future experiences of others. All facilities are well maintained and very clean. Owners, Howard and Sunny are caring and take pride in what they do. We have a playful lab and the dog park consists of rocks. I would love to see this area be replaced with playground bark/grass, but am thankful there is an off leash area for our dog. Laundry is convenient and not over priced at $ 2 per load ($ 4 to wash and dry). Wi-fi works well. We appreciate the onsite security. We have had numerous Amazon packages sent to the KOA. The staff truly wants to ensure your stay is a pleasant one and we appreciate that.
