It was our first time staying at the B/A KOA. Checkin was fine, the site was excellent, and weather was perfect (thanks for that too <lol>). KOA's are on the "expensive" side of locations, but they are perfect for our 6 yr old son. Lots of other kids to play with, a pool, "bouncy", very safe environment, etc. We live pretty close by, only a couple of hours, so we'll be back!

We liked our stay & property but we have a small 8' trailer & use a single man tent with it (2 inside 1 out). The website was not clear no tent. We do not call our tent a "recreation vehicle" [Recreation vehicles are trailers, motor homes, tent trailers, not tents] We used the tent for two nights & then were told NO. So we can't stay at KOA again. We won't rent two sites just to use a tent!!

Excellent place to stay and very kid friendly. The staff are very helpful and friendly. One of the best places to stay at in Washington.

Overall we had a blast. The bathroom and shower house over there were clean. The maze and bouncy thing were fun and the playset by the front entrance was awesome. The kids loved swimming. The highlight was doing the gemstone mining at the front. Overall a very good trip. We were very disappointed no tents were allowed next to our trailer. And no outside firewood was a pain - $7 bucks a bundle!?!

Impressed with how quiet and relaxing our stay was with a full campground! Security is great. We had a great weekend with our teenagers. Camping is the thing that connects us lately lol

I think Dogs that seem aggresive should not be allowed ! Even if they are chained up ,Scared the kids every time they walked past The pool should be on Summer hours as of Memorial Weekend bieng the Start Of Summer & Hot Tub closed was dissapointing? Since it has been closed all Covid Year should have been plenty of time for issues to be fixed and up & running ! Carol was very kind and helpfull

DONT go here. Very rude women at the desk. Amenities are old & worn down. Badly need replacing. Greedy KOA. No visitors. No military discount. Tiny ice bags. Miserable stay. Tent sites are 5 feet from playground & 2 feet apart. Not relaxing. Screaming kids & rocks being thrown from 8am-9pm. No outside wood. $7 a bundle for 4-5 small “logs” cost $$$. Store is dirty & empty. Will never come ba

Pads are ok - nice to be on grass vs. gravel and kept clean. Indoor pool (small). Most KOA folks were quite nice. Manager could smile more and was not very friendly. Had friends who have a 1000Trails membership that is expiring and came by to check out our site (on foot) and were not allowed to even walk over to see our spot. So, we went to 1000Trails La Conner which was beatiful!

Great place for kids. Lots to keep busy (bounce pad, maze, large playset & pool. mini golf, and three wheel bikes to rent. RV spots to west of creek had more road noise. Much quieter on other side of creek. In all the KOA was clean & staff was very friendly. The only reason for giving 4 stars, they were mowing sites and a worker hit and scratched our RV slideout with his push mower.

Very pleasant stay with a perfect site. We changed plans to not stay at another nearby campground at the last minute and were warmly received here. The staff was very pleasant and did a great job accommodating our needs. The camp itself was well maintained. The bathrooms were spotless. We would stay here again.

My siblings and I traveled to Washington State to visit with grandparents. We stayed in a cabin set in a picturesque location! Beautiful location for relaxing surrounded by forest and wildlife. The bathrooms and showers were the cleanest we have experienced in any campground. The staff was amazing. We loved every minute of our stay and book another trip out in July! Thanks Burlington KOA!

It was a great weekend. The campground is very clean, quiet and bright. Sites are large and we never heard sounds from neighbors. We had not been here for at least ten years and will definitely be back.

Very friendly, when asked they stopped pressure washing the sites during Sunday. Seems like this task should be done earlier in spring when less camping happening or schedule everyone to one side of bridge while noisy pressure washing is taking place. Other than that time & place was great.

It was our first RV so we were trying it out close to home. I only wish our adult kids could have visited and seen our trailer but not willing to pay 10.00 a person for company.

It was very clean, lots of family things to do, yet really quiet for those of us whose children are grown. Very pet friendly.

We were charged $25 ($10/person + $5/car) for my daughter & her boyfriend to visit the site for an hour. Hosts were uninterested in discussing, With the exception of the field the big motorhomes were parked on, the place was mostly empty. $10-15 is what all other KOAs I checked charge (this KOA does not post these charges). The picnic table was very wobbly & covered in bird droppings.

For the most part this is a very nice KOA. There were three things that frustrated us and may prevent us from returning. 1. Our premium site was covered in bird poop when we arrived. Had to spend time washing all the tables, chairs, swing, and cement pad before we could use. 2. No cable tv! Really? Why? 3. No visitors policy. Couldn’t have sister come visit! Really? Not necessary now.

Rude, impolite, inconsiderate staff. Stay clear, Poorest customer service I have ever witnessed. Never stay here again. May terminate KOA membership because of the treatment.

Great time out on a quick one night trip. My kids love the playgrounds! The pool was awesome! And the staff is very friendly and helpful! I can't wait to come back and play the really cool looking mini golf course that they are almost done building!

Hot tubs closed for repair, but no notice till we had changed, showered, and entered pool area. A toilet was clogged repeatedly. Electric outlet malfunctioned in the night. We had to use power from another pole. Also, water did not turn off when we were ready to leave. KOA person working on it when we left.

very beautiful campground your brand new mini golf course was fantastic my kids loved it, your staff was super friendly and your security officer kept the rowdy late night campers quiet with one warning or you will be kicked out. Thanks for fun time we will be back

We were overcharged for our stay by over $10 per night and when I asked about it, the owner said I chose the wrong spot for my motorhome size. I explained that you have to put in your motorhome size before you choose a space, I was told. Too late, I charge you card already. I said, your website says the space was $53/ night, she says you want to stay here, you pay what I charge you. Very dishonest

Everything was great. The campground is kept very clean, and the staff are extremely helpful and kind. The spaces were good sized, and easy to access. My only negative and it is small would be more grass and less rock in the dog park.

Beautiful and clean campground in a great location. But we would not have booked if we had known absolutely no visitors were allowed. We had planned to have our daughter and son in law over for dinner and a camp fire.

Campground was beautiful but everyday they were mowing, and power washing in the daytime for several hours each day-the noise was really annoying��-this is why only 3 stars -the campground was immaculate -the staff was really nice ����

The staff are very friendly and helpful,bathrooms are spotless and very well kept grounds This is the cleanist koa ive ever stayed at,I do wanna say if you plan on being loud and partying after there 10pm quiet hours there security will kick you out as I saw in the midnight hour I'll be back next year thank you koa staff/ security

My husband and I arrived here in June, 2021, following the sale of our home. We are building our new home and the HOA required the septic be installed prior to having a travel trailer on the property. We have enjoyed our stay so much that we have decided to remain here until the completion of our home. The staff is friendly and helpful. Yes, there are numerous rules and I am ok with that. Unfortunately some people take advantage and ruin the future experiences of others. All facilities are well maintained and very clean. Owners, Howard and Sunny are caring and take pride in what they do. We have a playful lab and the dog park consists of rocks. I would love to see this area be replaced with playground bark/grass, but am thankful there is an off leash area for our dog. Laundry is convenient and not over priced at $ 2 per load ($ 4 to wash and dry). Wi-fi works well. We appreciate the onsite security. We have had numerous Amazon packages sent to the KOA. The staff truly wants to ensure your stay is a pleasant one and we appreciate that.
