Quite a small KOA and sites are very tight. Not much for the kids to do here either. It worked as an overnight, but wouldn't recommend for a week of camping with the family. Also it was quite a bit off the interstate...

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

There are over 200 acres in the "small" KOA. Perhaps only staying 1 night you didn't get to see all there was to do even with Covid-19 rules in place. Swimming, mini golf, horseback riding, paddleboat rentals, fishing, and hiking. Come back again when you can stay longer.

Pool was cold ,not heated made it rough to enjoy a day at the pool ,and there was a bad sewer order around the pool, had to pay for put put, and paddle boat, where other campgrounds include this free with the purchase of your stay with them.

A quick two nighter while traveling home. Pretty area and park, very friendly staff.

Beautiful site (80), though wish there would have been a little tree shade since it was 90! Pool was awesome and workers very pleasant.

Our stay was quiet and wonderful. We liked that there was miniature golf, and paddle boats. Everyone was super friendly! The only downfall was parking on the hills. WoW!

This was our 4rd stay and the pull through sites are nice and the dog park is nice. Staff has always been really nice and good to deal with. Will stay there again when we come back to Ohio to see our daughter and grandkids.

I don't know what was going on - drilling for oil or something in the campground. Workers driving past all day long, kicking up dust, noisy. Don't appreciate the political posters in the walkup registration - very unprofessional. They did have very nice restrooms.

We are sorry you were unhappy with your stay. The workers you referred to are with the Columbia Gas Line and they are replacing older lines. We have no control over the timeframe of the work that is being done on their right of way. They have been very respectful to the campers.

Lovely stay, Covid19 friendly. The grandkids loved the dog park, where they played with my lab and the grandson loves the fishing lake! Nice, clean pool with dunking water pails were a hit! Staff is extremely nice! Clean and neat!

Very nice park. Campsites could be more level and we were instructed to drive up the road which creates a blindside backup. Even so, the park was very nice

The entire staff at KOA Canton was so incredibly helpful from check-in to check-out. The grounds were clean and well appointed We had an unfortunate incident with us running our awning into a tree (yikes) and the entire team couldn't have been more supportive to offer assistance, tools, etc. as we figured it out. A special thanks goes to Jamie for all his help on site. Thanks for a great night.

Lot 20 was fantastic! The pool was very nice but way too cold! Mini golf was fun, horseback riding was great, pond fishing was nice as well. The office staff were helpful & nice. Disappointed that the dog park was full of poop every day, had a broken umbrella & water bowl with hole in it, & that so many people blatantly didn’t clean up after their dogs. Gravel instead of pavement was challenging

Trying out our new travel trailer we wanted someplace close to home. This place was quite and peaceful. Restrooms clean. We had a very nice stay.

I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY YOU CAN LET KIDS THAT LIVE NEXT DOOR COME ONTO THE CAMPGROUNDS BUT WE ARE NOT PERMITTED TO HAVE VISITORS!!

The patio site was very narrow. The picnic table and chairs were not cleaned and there was food residue and sticky substances on all surfaces including the chair arms. WiFi was terrible for a deluxe site. Noise from diesel trucks was disturbing at 5:30am. The no-visitor and no large gathering policy was not enforced. Compared to other KOAs, this KOA was below average.

My first Time Camping in a Tent. Facilities were very Clean. Friendly Staff. More activities needed, but We had a great time.

Fishing, swimming, hiking, miniature golf, horseback riding, swimming and game room were all open. The only activities not provided were because groups cannot be more than 10 people and the pavilions are to remain closed due to Covid-19. Glad you found the facility clean and staff friendly.

Very small site coldnt have fire in pit to close to awning.adked for grass site for dogs all gravel couldn't get cork sweet in ground for dogs cause I'd gravel. Offered dog park but doesn't mention it is attached to the sewage plant for park. Lots are so close to much of pain in the add for the dogs. No where to even out our chairs for fire ring

It is a very well kept campground. The pool is very nice and the people are very friendly.. The only downfall was I told them when I checked in I told them that my son or daughter would be joining us at the end of the week for 2 days and to help their dad hook the camper up. Then when our daughter came it seemed to be a problem.

It served its purpose, nothing over the top. Service was friendly, bathrooms were clean , sites 6-9 were pretty large. The only extra was a pool, had to pay for mini golf. It seems more like a Journey then a holiday. Close to Canton was a plus.

Nice campground. Friendly staff. The sites were large and not bad to back into. Weather got really cold this past weekend, so we didn't do to much around the campground.
