What a great place! We loved it. Everyone there was friendly and wow was it clean! Lots to do and a quick drive into Amish country. We'll be going back!

We were not pleased with the site we had been assigned, but the staff was very helpful and quickly re-assigned us to a beautiful new site.

Beautiful setting. Great for families. New improved sites are smartly done. Next great need is to repave all roads. Going to be expensive, but their pace of deterioration is greatly increasing. Like most KOA—-great place

The deluxe patio site was great! Easy in and out, level, Quick, easy hookups for water, power, sewer, and cable. The new HD cable was flawless. Quiet campground. I had a wonderful stay. Thanks for everything!

When checking in we found the staff to be helpful and friendly. Our site was very level and easy to get and out of. The park was very nice, clean, and everyone was friendly. The park is an easy drive to the NFL Hall if Fame. We camped in a 36 foot fifth wheel. I highly recommend staying here if in the area.

Off the highway a bit on narrow roads which makes not a good choice for overnight. Campground itself is nice. Good camp store. Poor cable tv.

I was very very disappointed in the sight we were put on!!!!!! We were on camp #6 that literally had 2 cows in a gated Area 30 feet from our pop-up camper !!!!! There was so much, cow crap in the gated area the smell was horrendous !!!!! Not to mention the thousands of flies that constantly interrupted our visit. 1st time and last time here! Other KOAS yes. As a member no happy!!!!

Staff was super friendly and helpful. KOA had so many activities. Had so much fun at the camp. Bathrooms were the best we have seen at previous KOAs. Area is off the beaten path but worth the drive. Beautiful area.

Just not much atmosphere ,

Most of our reviews are 9 and 10 and they love all the things to do like horseback riding, mini-golf, fishing, ice cream socials, hayrides, karaoke and dancing. You also got a FREE night camping for the Value Card Appreciation Weekend. Sorry there was "just not much atmosphere".

Clean, level spots, activities, propane delivered for grill without delay. I am very disappointed about KOA's not allowing certain dog breeds. Each dog has a different personality. That is the same as not allowing any customers with green eyes.

This KOA seems like it hasn't been maintained in quite a while. There were quite a number of items that were in disrepair. I don't know how a campground gets the "Holiday" designation, but I felt this campground was a bit light on amenities to earn such a designation. Playground equipment is quite old.

If you found something in disrepair, why would you not let the office know? We had an ice cream social, pony rides, free hayride, karaoke and dancing, 1/2 price mini-golf and you got a free night of camping with the Value Kard Appreciation weekend. We receive a lot of "10's" on the satisfaction surveys...Sorry you were disappointed with your stay.

Quiet campground with level lots, FHU, friendly staff. Close to 4-wheeling/dirt bike trails for a weekend getaway.

Clean up after the horses, it is nice that you offer horse back riding but the mess in the street needs cleaned up! Need to offer trash pick up or place bins throughout the park. It is a long way to have to carry the trash to the two dumpsters.

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Bathhouse/showers were big and clean. Grounds are beautiful and well-kept. Sites share a common, center "pole" for electric/water... so you will have to run your cables/hoses to the opposite side (depending upon which site you are given). We have Sprint for cell phone and only had 3G at best. We would definitely stay again!

We have been coming here for 3 years now. Enjoyed our stays but there was always a question about which site we were in (same site each year). Their map is not in agreement with the physical set up. I think we are all straight going forward but I would like to see the map corrected. Nice level sites terraced into hillside. Retaining wall on up hill side creates a fairly private outdoor space.

We had our T@B serviced at the factory and wanted to camp close to Sugarcreek just in case. This KOA is about 25 minutes away and close to I77 so location was perfect. Our full hook up site was fine but the best part is the restrooms and shower facilities. Very clean and nice! Would stay again if in the area or passing through.

Nice campground. Friendly staff. The sites were large and not bad to back into. Weather got really cold this past weekend, so we didn't do to much around the campground.
