Once again our stay was very enjoyable. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. The park is clean and well run...noise is kept to a minimum but there are always activities going on. My only complaint would be that no visitors are allowed yet which has stopped my daughter, who lives with us, from coming for a day of camping.

Great staff who have patience with Deaf customer I really appreciate with their respect and communication by writing,and be sure we understand in order avoiding misunderstanding. The only thing we missed Bingo because of the radio we do not hear. Suggest to have your staff communicate the Bingo number call just write the number. Thank you for your time.

Amazing staff. So clean! This was our first KOA experience and will definitely not be our last visit at the KOA Cardinal! 11/10 for overall experience.

It was great place clean and the girls had fun and can't what till next year because that able to ride the bikes on Sunday after noon after 2 o'clock

We had an amazing time! KOA Cardinal thought of everything to make our stay easy and fun! The days were jam packed with activities for children to enjoy! KOA Cardinal is a family oriented camp ground that aims to please, which they did, we were very pleased and willl be back again! Definitely the best KOA we've been to!

Had great time with our granddaughters. Love the Cabins,they are clean and fully equipped. Staff is very welcoming and friendly. We will definitely be back.

Very accommodating, friendly and helpful staff. I have a mask exemption and couldn't get into the store, so the staff came out to serve me. Fantastic service.

This a beautiful well run campground. Well treed with level pull through sites. Well spaced. Staff are Very friendly and helpful. Family oriented but quiet at night. Shower area was very clean. We would recommend and stay here again. Good job KOA!

Excellent. For first time campers it was super easy. The site was well maintained. The bathrooms were very clean each time I went in.

The very best staff, cleanliness, facilities ever. If your a remote worker needing Wifi this is your destination Monday to Friday. Weekends speed slooows down and thats to be expected as the park fills. This is THE model every RV park should be subscribed to. Of the KOA's we have stayed with simply a 10 /10. Thanks for having us! We will be back.

We enjoyed our stay at the Cardinal KOA. The employees are really nice. The camp grounds are clean and well organized. It is easy to access. It is well situated especially for excursions in the US. Be aware that it does not offer sewage connection. But it does offer, for a small fee, sewage collection. The swimming pool and water games are very nice. All activities are interesting.

Clean, friendly staff. Awesome fun and entertainment for the kids all weekend! They do an amazing job entertaining with so many options. Only 2 things to comment on. There are only 4 tenting sites available and they all have raised tent pads that are too small for our tent. The other comment is that the bathrooms aren’t Wheelchair accessible. This KOA still deserves a 5 star rating!

Just an overnight stay on way home but always clean and tidy. Very courteous front staff. Park easy to navigate in and out of sites.

We stayed for 9 days this time and had a blast. From the bingo, crafts and water fights; there was always something for the kids to do. It is so safe we let the kids bike around all day independent. Can’t wait to come back.

We loved this KOA! Our Cabin and lot area was clean and well kept. This place is for the kids, there was so much to do to keep them active. The booking of the splash pad and pool was easy and we really appreciated the staff's efforts to keep all areas clean and sanitized. The paid activities were fairly priced and we liked that we didn't have to leave the grounds to find things to do.

Very clean sites and facilities. Staff were excellent and I really liked that they were on site Sunday as people were leaving. Did not expect to have them do our septic dump for us, extra value service. Only complaint would be the A row sites backing in with a 32' trailer and large truck, we ended up in the trees on the passenger side of the truck. Over all great place.

Came for a visit at the end of July. We stayed in one of the cabins. The campground is well maintained. There were a lot of rules. We did our best to follow them. The fact we could only use pool in 30 minute increments was a little excessive. Hopefully when the pandemic restrictions soften they will let more people use pool as it really made things less fun. The owners were ok. We didn't have a bad experience with them but when I did speak to them they certainly weren't the nicest or best hosts that we have had at KOA's. The owners weren't mean. Just seemed busy all the time. Can't be easy to run a business in a pandemic so I have to say it wasn't a deal breaker for us. The campground was only about half full. Perhaps the pandemic was the reason why or maybe the bad reviews are finally catching up to them. We used this campground as a base to go visit Ottawa. Drive to Ottawa wasn't bad. Was nice to have all the outdoor activities for the kids.

KOA I incredible ❤ I recommend 100% there so much for kids to do 2 parks a splash pad and a huge bubble to bounce on. Plus they schedule events such as the best haunted house I've ever experienced.
