Some of the staff is very discourteous. Samantha in particular was very blunt and rude, even with toddlers. She behaves with guests like a nanny, intruding privacy and reiterating rules even when it is not called for. She should be told to mind her own business and not try to be security without a formal complaint. Other than this the stay was great.

It is unfortunate that your music was blaring and Sam had to get you to turn it down. We are proactive and do not wait for "formal complaints" to deal with issues. We ensure all campers are able to enjoy their time here.

I loved our cabin, the amenities were great! Most staff we’re extremely friendly. My only concern was that there was one staff that was very rude to my children however when speaking to me changed their tone. I completely understand covid precautions, however children deserve to be spoken to respectfully just as much as adults. This was disappointing bc the rest of the stay was fabulous.

My family had an amazing time camping at Cardinal. The staff were super friendly, the grounds were spectacular and our little said it was her favourite campground ever. I would give it 4.5 if I could. If this campground had sewers I'd have to give it 5 stars. Highly recommend for families with kids.

very well maintained - the staff did not stop working!! Tons of activities for families/children. a lot of tree's really like the idea of the wrist bands for simple charges

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with our teen grandkids. We were assigned lot B 14 which was a great location. Played mini putt and since we were last there, wow what a awesome make over. The staff are always very helpful and friendly. The washrooms are spotless. The pool times worked out very well and the protocols in place is very good. We will be back for sure. Happy trails.

Staff is always friendly and the kids absolutely love the playgrounds. We found the washrooms and amenities very clean and the sites are well groumed.

This park is great for families. There was plenty for the kids to do - many on-site recreation options to keep the kids entertained. The family that runs it pours their heart & soul into it. Washrooms & showers were immaculate. We LOVED the themed activity days - had activities every 2 hours throughout the day & emailed us the itinerary a few days in advance. The kids didn't want to leave!

We had a great stay. The kids absolutely loved the playground, the gemstone finder, the pool, the bikes and the bouncers! My only minor suggestion would be to make pool reservations slightly longer than 25mins so that guests have a bit more time to enjoy.

Super clean, decent amount of trees and spots easy enough to get in and out of. Been 5 times, kids are in love with the campsite. Follow the rules , clean up after yourselves and everyone wins.

Very well maintained by staff, very friendly and lots to do! It's unfortunate that the owner is so strict. It was exactly 11pm on both nights we stayed and the owner went around with a flashlight and what felt like he was trying to "catch us being loud". We were by a fire just talking and we were told it was quiet hours to lower our voices. We felt as if we were being constantly watched.

It was very good from the first phone call ,they make it very easy to check in use there products and there is always help when needed .i was very empressed with cleanliness of the entire grounds

Great location if you’re coming from Ottawa or Cornwall, Kingston... Kids love the structures, jumping area and pool. Everything is clean, staff are very friendly. Highly recommend this place!

Rented 3 cabins for 3 days, for 10 people. This was a family gathering of parents, children and grandchildren. Because of the younger people KOA was chosen for the amenities available. We were greeted well at the office and explained the rules and regulations of the day. (covid ) The cabins were well equipped and air conditioned. Sites were bigger in general then expected. I recommend this KOA.

We loved our stay at the Cardinal KOA and hope to be back next year! The many amenities kept our kids busy for the four days we were there and they would have been thrilled to stay longer! The staff were friendly and the cabin we stayed in was spotless. Loved the rainy day activities too!

Campground was very clean, the staff were friendly overall was a pleasant experience. My rating is based on the fact that there are no sewer hookups in the campground and they charge too much for a pump out which I had to do 4 times for my gray tank. I would tell my friends to stay there but beware they have no sewer.

We stayed in the deluxe cabin. It was very very clean and comfortable. Everything is provided, just bring your food and clothes. The staff are excellent, courteous and friendly. The campground sites are very clean and the campground is really well maintained. Loved it!

The campground, sites and facilities are all exceptionally clean. The staff are amazing! Karen, Samantha and Daniel are always busy with keeping up the grounds, entertaining the kids with great activities and ensuring a safe, healthy and happy place for families. The Pizza Hut and chip wagon are awesome when you do not feel like cooking. We love it there! Sharleen, Chris and Daniel Thanks!

While pricey, it met our needs. The staff was great. Our neighbors on the last night were frustrating with the Indian music into the eve.. and first thing the next morning. Made it difficult to be outside enjoying the campfire with our family.

The staff were wonderful!! We were especially pleased with the way civic protocols were handled. The bathrooms were very clean. Definitely will go there again.

It was outstanding!!! The owner was fabulous and even gave us her tensor bandage when my husband injured himself! The amenities are second to none, the campground is clean and felt safe, we had an amazing stay and will certainly be back again soon!!!

Came for a visit at the end of July. We stayed in one of the cabins. The campground is well maintained. There were a lot of rules. We did our best to follow them. The fact we could only use pool in 30 minute increments was a little excessive. Hopefully when the pandemic restrictions soften they will let more people use pool as it really made things less fun. The owners were ok. We didn't have a bad experience with them but when I did speak to them they certainly weren't the nicest or best hosts that we have had at KOA's. The owners weren't mean. Just seemed busy all the time. Can't be easy to run a business in a pandemic so I have to say it wasn't a deal breaker for us. The campground was only about half full. Perhaps the pandemic was the reason why or maybe the bad reviews are finally catching up to them. We used this campground as a base to go visit Ottawa. Drive to Ottawa wasn't bad. Was nice to have all the outdoor activities for the kids.

KOA I incredible ❤ I recommend 100% there so much for kids to do 2 parks a splash pad and a huge bubble to bounce on. Plus they schedule events such as the best haunted house I've ever experienced.
