Tent spots cramped. Tent barley fit spot they gave us. No grass. Next to another car/tent. Couldn't open door w/o bumping neighbor. Basketball goal 15-20 ft away. Several times had to stop ball from hitting our truck. Bathrooms/office were just behind that so we had people walking through our 'site' looking at us like we were their way. Right off highway so got no sleep. Truck stop would be better

We loved the facilities and amenities, the staff was very nice and laundry is decently priced. Great staff, very clean grounds and we are very excited to see other KOA. this was our first one. Premium patio was perfect

The staff was very helpful. One of them even came into our RV to help us connect to the cable.service that we weren’t able to figure out. The facility was clean and had great games and a nice play area for kids.

Loved the stay and the amenities, to include a surprise country singer during one of the evenings. All was great. Only 1 thing: my 8 year old seemed to have mis-placed a Blue Camo HUK youth hat...maybe on the kids playground, if anyone happened to turn it in please call us: Brent 505-917-8444. Thanks!

Great rv park Level sites of gravel Staff was very helpful and nice RV par is about one hour and twenty minutes from Carlsbad caverns a great adventure 750 feet underground caves Male you rent audio for cave visit it is worth the $5 charge Guadalupe mountains are about one hour and thirty minutes from park Nice hikes Go to McKittrick canyon and Frijoles Ranch Back in Carlsbad eat at Mi Casita

Best KOA we have stayed in during our trip. Very clean and comfortable with the perfect dog park for your fur babies. They not only have one but two fenced in areas. The restroom and showers were clean and well maintained. We will definitely stay there again if we ever come back this way.

Everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay! Had an ice cream social (as a fund raiser) available and very friendly, helpful staff. Could do our laundry, buy propane, and had fun stuff in their store. Felt safe and enjoyed the clean, pleasant grounds.

We were so impressed with this campground! We loved how big the sites were, we thought the rec center was amazing, and they even hosted lots of activities for kids and adults, alike! We would absolutely recommend it to anyone going to visit the area!

The Carlsbad KOA is centrally located to the different activities in the area. We loved the desert atmosphere and the star gazing. Staff was very helpful and friendly and the camp is well kept. We would definitely stay again.

The staff was reallly nice. Beautiful sunsets every night. Close enough to Carlsbad Caverns, Sitting Bull Falls, and Roswell. A great place to go and just unwind too. We would come back and do just that, relax!

The campsite is about 45 minutes away from the caverns and outside of city limits but that was the best part. The campground was quiet and perfect for some nighttime star gazing. The staff were super friendly. I would totally recommend this campground if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway.

What a unique tent site! Covered pavilion with our own private, fenced area.Super clean everywhere. Friendly folks. It was a wonderful place to stay.

90 degrees, no pool. Staff was friendly. No amenities worth anything. Laundry looks nice, but don't get your clothes clean. One machine didn't spin the clothes which caused me to have to pay more to get them dry. Store has bare shelves. Burrs get into everything. Ugh!

Friendly staff and a OK dog Park split in 2. This is not a complaint, just stating that there is very little grass. BUT honestly this is the DESERT and we have been in a drought so you can't really complain.

Check in was easy, staff is very accommodating. The campsites are spacious. The park is pet friendly with two dog yards and plenty of trash cans for pet waste. Location is a bit far from town, but it was nice to be in a quiet location. Would recommend this park!

When we are traveling through the area this is the place we stay with our travel trailer. The hosts are friendly and helpful. The sites are level and the restrooms are very clean. This is the best RV place to stay in the area.

Not the usual standards of cleanliness here this time � Trash on our campsite when we arrived- ane the women’s restroom didn’t appear to have been cleaned during our stay- overflowing paper towel hole spilling onto the counter- sane splatters and drips on mirror and paper towel dispenser so dirty I didn’t want to touch it. My wife and I stayed here last year. At that time we voted it the best KOA we had stayed in the spa. On this trip the pool was broken and the kitchen was broken and the sewer smells were overwhelming. Their bathrooms still remain among the top.

Only negative were the many little sticker burrs. They got into my dogs' paws and the soles of my shoes. Otherwise, everything was good. I loved the quiet, country setting.

The staff here are as cheerful and helpful as they have been in the past and the Park is extremely easy to navigate. I'm actually thinking about altering our eastward migration plans to stop here a second time, this year.

Staff great; location outside of town - ok; just remember you're in a desert and the roads and sites are a little rough; very windy most of the time. Swimming pool closed for the season.

One of the best KOA's we've ever been. Huge pull-thru spots with lots of space for your vehicle. Everyone working there was really nice and helpful. Showers and bathroom were spotless and the laundry room was top notch. Easy access to the Caverns and Roswell, worth being a bit out of the way. Definitely will stay again.
