Filthy bathrooms and showers. Dog park a joke. Suggest you take a pass on this one.

Stayed 2 nights. Both sites were dirty and had to sweep out both sites. Got there before check in at 2 and paid $10 for early check in for a dirty site. We think $82 was too pricy for what we got.

Quiet location, and close to several great attractions. Plenty of space between sites. Very helpful a d friendly staff. Easy in and out even for our big 43ft 5th wheel. Would stay there again!

We were here for a week and enjoyed staying here! Bath house, laundry room we’re always clean and felt safe. Host were very kind, and welcoming. Loved the scenery!

Nice big sites, has pet area but you can also walk down the dirt road to the lake, great place for dogs! They also have various events and keep you well informed via text msg.

I did enjoy my stay. I think y’all could do a little better at cleaning up around the cabins. There was some debris around the one I stayed in. Other than that, everything was fine & staff was courteous.

Campground is clean and organized. The staff, mostly family, goes out of their way to be helpful and pleasant.

Very nice and clean koa. Staff was very nice and professional. Only problem was the sand spurs are everywhere, I think this might be New Mexico problem. Dogs couldn’t stand them

Nice sites, great communication, clean laundry room and restrooms. I would warn people not to be given a site near the playground. We were on E5. We loved watching the kids play but they made our site their walkway and even looked in the door as they passed by. Their parents were just as bad and even rode their bikes through our site. Also kids 5 and 6 were there alone which is against the rules.

We found the check-in process quick and the staff helpful and friendly. Sites are widely-spaced and well-kept. We enjoyed our stay!

It was great, but the restaurant was closed and it is quite far from town. Also further from Carlsbad Caverns than we realized. All the people that work there are really great and hard working. It is a beautiful place with lots of fun things to do on site. The laundry is super clean. Not one thing out of place at this KOA.

Service was good and they accommodated us very well. Internet did not work out entire stay there, last day I saw a service truck pull in so they probably had some equipment failure. Overall, it was a nice place to stay.

Very friendly and helpful staff/hosts, very clean restrooms. The only complaint that I have is that the floors of our Lobo cabin were very dirty and there was a lot of dog hair that got on our things that we set on the floor. With that said, we would stay there again. The rec room and other amenities like the pool looked nice.

I loved the camp map guide with the local attractions. They have a wonderful laundry room and recreation for kids. The layout is nice. Being greeted by Aliens at check in was a nice touch. Only negative was the WiFi was not working but they had someone working on it.

We did not have a reservation and placed a call. They were able to take us and our 5th wheel for the night. Bathrooms/Showers were some of the nicest we have been in at a KOA. Large, clean and private showers. Very impressive. The only downside was the laundry prices. The laundry itself was great with newer machines. Cost for wash was $2.50 and the dryer was 25 cents for only 5 minutes.

Sadly, this campground is in the boonies, about 35 miles north of Carlsbad and 70 miles south of Roswell. There is nothing around for miles. The campground itself is nice. We got there when the winds were TERRIBLE! We lost a wheel cover off of our 45' Entegra Anthem, never to be seen again. We think it's in Texas by now. It got so cold one night our water filter actually burst.

Loved the 24hr huge recreation room. Nice bathrooms hot showers. Quite camp ground. Friendly staff.

This was such a great KOA! Everything was so clean, there were a lot of amenities, and the hosts were so welcoming and helpful! I would highly recommend Carlsbad KOA!

Nice, quiet, far enough off the road so no highway noise & not a bad drive to Carlsbad Caverns.

It was a stop over while heading back to Texas. The pull through site was level and large enough to stay hooked up. The staff was friendly and helpful. The small downside, it was approximately 15 miles from town, so plan accordingly. We will return.

One of the best KOA's we've ever been. Huge pull-thru spots with lots of space for your vehicle. Everyone working there was really nice and helpful. Showers and bathroom were spotless and the laundry room was top notch. Easy access to the Caverns and Roswell, worth being a bit out of the way. Definitely will stay again.
