Our truck broke down and we were stranded. From pulling in to pulling out we were treated with great kindness. Everything was clean and the sites are beautifully kept. We were helped unloading and loading our mobility chairs. There is no way to improve our time at Casey KOA. We have made new friends and plan to adjust our trip to visit our daughter in Ohio so we can continue staying there.

My mama told me if I couldn't say something nice about someone, don't say anything at all. I will take her advice except I will say the interior roads are being worked on but narrow. Good for an overnight as long as it doesn't rain

Great stay. Easy on and off the highway. Management and employees very friendly. Bathroom and showers clean. Stayed here so we could enjoy a day at Casey seeing all the big items.

over charged, We were given a lot number, which you can't find, have to drive around 3 times before finding, pulled in and 2 large trees and could not put out our slides., No room between campers,

We stayed in one of the cabins. Very clean and nice campsite and cabin. Very friendly staff. And they had a big lake to fish in,

Of all the koa we have stayed at this one goes down as the worst one.Koa we believe has a standard and this one doesn't not even meet the loewest. The front drive is horrible.The playground is a joke. Drop an old golf cart and a paddle boat and call that good enough. The pool had a smell and hasn't been touched in months.The bathrooms are old and rusty and just outdated. it needs work.

This is a Great place to stay. They have a lot to do there. It was to cool to go swimming but nice pool, games to play, nice lake good fishing. The new owners and the other camp employees were very nice. Had a Good time and will be back next year. Only thing that some people may not like is there are 2 highways not to far a way but we live not to far from a highway so we didn't mind it at all .

We were last minute travelers, this KOA really worked out several nights even though they were busy we only had to change sites 1 time. It made our trip complete to have a base home and could get to Ouray, Silverton, Telluride, and a few other areas easily. Very clean, and sanitary campground they even did trash pick up all day long. We now book the same week for next year. Every employee great!

WiFi was advertised and we were given a code at checking. Never was anything said that it had been down for 3 days. When I went to the office I received a very rude response. Also the gravel sites were very narrow. Could not step out on gravel, stepped out in mud. Roads very narrow too. Poor customer service.

Had trouble with our slide out. Called ahead and they gave me a phone number for Chad. Called and he rearranged and came to our site once we were parked. Took care of problem. Very happy with the new owner.

Road entering the park was very dusty and rough. Very nice park, friendly and helpful staff, enjoyed our stay. Parked facing the pond. Really enjoyed Casey Il.

This KOA needs a lot of work on the roads and sites. Pot holes in driveway and sites need filled and leveled. Property has a drainage problem.

Used as single night layover stop on trip back home. Staff was very friendly and all utilities were working. Great recommendation on a local restaurant.

Location to town of Casey was good. Campground itself sadly was not. Bathrooms were run down, sinks had big rust stains in them too. The plug in for the 30 amp pedestal service was partially broken as well. Owner and staff were very courteous!

Sites are too cramped/small. I couldn’t get all my hookups to reach without extensions. Campground in need of upgrades. Gentleman that brought me to sight was helpful and friendly.

We have stayed here 3 times going back and forth across country. It is a "Journey" KOA. But we have always gotten a nice site, and the staff are not only friendly, but extremely helpful when we needed to make changes in our reservations. Good internet. We will undoubtedly stay there again.

This campground is under new owners but the campground was very clean and everyone was very helpful. We stopped here on our way to Colorado. Great place to stay overnight.

We stayed there twice; one day on the way to our destination, 2 days on the way back. The pull-thru spaces are wide and long. The staff is great. The laundry facility is great, too. Will definitely stay there again if were coming their way. Everything about this place is top notch.

This is a very nice KOA. The sites and roads have PLENTY of gravel! Many sites with shade trees. What I want to share most is that we were having a horrible day for many reasons, only one being that we overlooked the fact that we scheduled a w-e site instead of w-e-s. The owner had us changed to what we had wanted and then did not charge us the difference. Plus, they gave us garden cucumbers. I sought out the owner to thank him and tell him he was the one bright spot in this awful day. THEN, he came to our camper with a gift of ice cream to make me feel better. I am still tear-y over that.
