I had a light broken in our cabin in the 2nd room and they came to change lightbulb but it wasn’t the lightbulb and they never offered even a lamp, we were in the dark. A screen was busted out and bugs were getting in and the remote was missing batteries so the tv wasn’t able to be used. When I checked out and voices this no one even apologized.

Staff was not friendly. The one lady Sharon was not bad, the red head was very unpleasant. Paid $65.00 for a golf cart we could not drive after dark due to no lights

Our cabin was pretty dirty. The mini fridge was not cleaned at all. There were spider webs throughout the cabin. It had a funky smell and the beds were filthy.

Stayed five nights in cabin on the Raven Fork river. Cabin was nice and clean and the area is beautiful. Needed more flatware (one fork), could use some bowls for meals and cookware needs to be thrown out and replaced. Shower water pressure was great as well as TV reception and channel selection. WiFi not very good. Staff (Sarah and Joanne) was very friendly and helpful. Would visit again. Thanks!

This was my third time there. Once in an RV and twice in your deluxe cabins. I’ll be back again. One improvement I’d like to see is better WiFi. I don’t think the hot spot farthest from the office was working at all.

When we arrived at the KOA the staff was very friendly. Once we went to the cabin things was not good.The bedroom light there was no way to turn it on. Only one burner was working, no coffee cups and only two plates,spoons,forks,knives and no utensils to cook with.The grill outside needs to be replaced my husband had to work on it to get it to work .Towels, sheets need new ones.Will not stay again

First cabin was beautiful.. Fully stocked but looked like Keurig coffee should have been there but none. Why have a holder n sugar out but no coffee. Like it so much wanted to stay a 3rd day. Asked for same DELUX cabin on the River. Had to wait an hour later, due to issues cleaning. This cabin sucked. It was not on the River. NOT SAME DELUX CABIN. POOR IMINITIES. FISHING POND SUCKED. NO FISH!

It was great needed the relaxation by the river only one real complain is the cabins needed to be a little cleaner I'm not a perfectionist person but under the beds were nasty made it to be playing but everything else was great we will come back again

I got to the campground around 3:30pm But I had to wait for 30 minutes to check in When I did get to to cabin has not been cleaned up yet I waited for about another 15, min. Than I was about to go in and I noticed that the screen door was bad. I when back to the office and asked if I could get another cabin. They gave me another cabin, guess what that screen door was worse.

Overall our stay in one of the 2 bedroom cabins was nice. The bathroom and shower's on the other hand were absolutely horrible the first 4 days. While I understand that some places are under staffed, this was not the case in our situation. The bathrooms were not being cleaned, we literally watched them just pull up and sit on their phone. The shower was nothing but COLD and no pressure just a drip

The 3 cabins were great, but the staff was very rude and not very helpful. The pool area had not been cleaned in a very long time. The coverings at the tables were discussing as they needed pressure washing badly. The tables and chairs hadn’t been cleaned from the looks of them all year. Bathrooms at the pool were nasty as there were cob webs and nastiness everywhere.

We love to stay at this KOA. We have been coming for 30 years. We love the river. We have been disappointed with the cleanliness of the bathrooms. We have had to complain and bring to the attention of the office. There are a lot of people using the bathrooms and they need to be cleaned periodically throughout the day.

We were very unhappy. We were not put in a cabin that were told had full kitchen and no accommodations were made. Very uncomfortable bed and ants. They did unclog the shower drain

Too noisy after 10:00 p.m. - which is when the website says quiet hours start. One guy close to me yelled for others to settle down well after 10, yet it continued until at least 12:30 a.m. Different culprits both nights. No KOA enforcement, apparently. Public restrooms were not clean ... same Covid signs and tissue in the floor between wall and toilet my entire stay.

Very nice stay with great amenities. Very good team members that were great to work with. Excellent staff.

Beautiful KOA! Tent camping along the river. Staff friendly. So many things to do around the area. Short drive from the campground, you will come to Mingo Falls, Amazing!! A must see! Will stay here and camp again. We loved it!

Nearly 400 cabin / RV / tent sites. Clean, well lighted, heated bathrooms & hot showers. Easy in-N-out even for big rigs. Close to attractions, the City of Cherokee & not far from Gatlinburg TN.
