It's a beautiful KOA. Staff was very friendly. Site weren't as level as expected. We had peaceful sleeping away from road noise and trains. Electrical and sewer, no problems. Great stay

One of the best KOA's we have stayed. No road noise, nicely secluded, yet so close to the town. With in 2 miles of the Golden Lamb restaurant. The water was great, no oder or odd taste. Rained very hard while we were there, no mud great drainage. Again one of the best KOA camp/RV park.

This was one of the nicest and best managed KOAs, if not the best, where we have ever stayed. All the facilities are clean and well maintained. Staff are courteous and professional. Lot sizes available for Big Rigs (we have 45’ motorhome) are exceptional!

Enjoyed the stay overall, but very disappointed to learn at check-in that only electric golf carts are allowed. Nowhere on the website, or rules page given at check-in did it say anything about no gas golf carts. The golf cart policy stated that proof of insurance was required and only licensed drivers 16 and above could operate them. Could have saved time and frustration if published online.

We had a great time! The campsite and bathrooms were clean and well cared for. The only concern I had was the pool water--It was very cloudy which made me concerned about how clean/safe it was for the kids to swim in. Otherwise we had a great stay!!

We had a great stay and always do when we stay there. On this trip, a young man employed there very rudely told us to get out of the pool when it started to thunder, just not once but twice. I understand rules and having to get out of the pool but the tone and manner in which this young man used to tell guests to get out of the pool was rude and disrespectful.

Nice, well maintained campground. Only issue was the cable reception in the front living area of cabin 2. Back room worked fine.

We really enjoyed our stay at this campground. The office staff was very friendly and helpful and we felt overall the campground is well maintained. We will be back!

Staff are very friendly, courteous and helpful. Sites are large and level. Showers and restrooms are large, private and very clean. Will definitely return, wonderful campground.

You were able to get me in at the last minute. You were able to accommodate all but one day. Thank you. Your location was midway of most of the attractions i wanted to see. I like your improvements in the shower/bath area in the main building. Only disappointment was the heat.

A wonderful surprise. Very clean…the cleanest bathrooms and showers we’ve seen this entire trip. Would camp here again.

We stayed there 3 days and wont come again. Well organized and impeccably clean. Our site wasn’t as leveled as we would have liked compared to others, and was a bit closer than we wanted. But overall a nice facility.

Had site 112, very nice setup with deck, fire pit area. Upon leaving there was a rut had to drive over, looked like rain had washed away gravel, very rough. When checking in had to wait to go up drive to office because someone was using dump station and was blocking driveway.

We love the convenience to shops, restaurants and highways. The staff is always very helpful, the sites are clean and level and the bathhouse is one of the best we have ever seen. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Friendly staff, beautiful park. Only one small complaint, there is a big dip when pulling through the office area that causes damage to lower clearance rigs. Also the entry/exit is VERY narrow, 2 vehicles could not pass in opposite directions.

Very comfortable as we were traveling through. Awesome shower facilities. Could use a little better exhaust fan/ air movement in the shower area though.

My only issue this time was when we pulled out the bed in the couch there was a large dried pee stain at the end of the mattress pad. So I had to take it off and flip the mattress and put a flat sheet on the bed. I let staff know when we checked out. Otherwise the stay was fine.

Cabin was very nice! Staff was super friendly. They sent help right away when we couldn’t get our tv to work. Bed was a bit soft for our taste.

We're always happy to stay at Lebanon KOA. We changed our reservation to another site the week before we stayed because we wanted to add a night. We weren't made aware that it increased the price by ~$20/night, so that came as somewhat of a surprise. The site next to us was so close the kids jumping/running in the RV next to us kept waking me up all night. I don't think we'll pick that site again.

Great place and staff great. Was not happy with problem with sewer hook up. I did ask for some help. Seems like no one did anything. The sewer threads were broken and I had to have someone hold the hose so we could dump. Very clean place would stay again.

First time visitor, took my 4 children all below the age of 12. Plenty to do to keep them busy, the jump and pool were their favorites. Bathrooms were clean and the camp store was nice and well equipped. We will be back.

Absolutely wonderful park, they have the most beautiful bathrooms and showers I have ever seen in an RV park. The staff was beyond helpful and friendly. We absolutely recommend this park, as it's the nicest one we stayed in at during our adventure.

We stayed for the night. Staff was extremely helpful and it was really clean. We didn't do anything near by because we were just driving through but would definitely stop by again.
