We had a beautiful spot with a cement patio the picnic table sat on. The trees canopy kept shade over our site. Plenty of trees to tie our dogs to. They had a beautifuly stocked store with every amenity you could possibly need, from snacks, sundries to RV supplies in case you forgot to bring something. Very clean as ALWAYS. Courteous helpful staff. We highly recommended Lebanon/Cincinnati KOA.

The campground is clean and orderly. It is close to various attractions in the area (namely Kings Island). BUT, the biggest draw are the bathrooms. They are spacious, light and very clean. The shower stalls are large and are separated into two areas -- a dry dressing area and the actual shower. The campground gets a 5 star rating for the bathrooms alone!

The person taking our call was pleasant and helpful. The after hours check in was great. Had a map with directions to our site. It was easy in easy out. We stayed in 66, it was level. The camper signs along the road were helpful. The brush at entrance sign needs to be cut back to see the KOA sign, we passed it. Nice playground. Would stop again.

There was a camper in our spot when we checked in and the staff went above and beyond to help. Very courteous, friendly and very willing to help

super clean shower/bathrooms always. Had staff visible most all of the time and night. Trash picked up almost as soon as you dropped it down. Would def recommend staying here!

The facilities were fantastic at this KOA. I really liked the bathrooms/showers. The check-in staff was really helpful & friendly. I dont recommend this KOA to tent campers--the tent sites aren't really sites as much as they are just a big open field. You felt like you were part of every other campers trip too... not an ounce of privacy. A very late arriving group really disrupted us.

As nice and clean as any campground I have ever stayed at. Friendly staff that go out of there way to accommodate campers. I have been there 2 times and great experience both times.

Besides the rain, the camp ground was super nice, very clean, very friendly, and very child friendly... had a great time. Cabin was exceptionally clean. The big bed a bit too soft.

Every time we return to the Lebanon/Cincinnati NE KOA we see improvements and upgrades. Employees are always nice. New restroom shower houses are well kept up. Grandkids love to swim in the pool and play on the bounce pads. We will continue to stay at this KOA.

Cabin was very clean & inviting. Enjoyed the fire pit, umbrella table, gas grill & seating area outside. Pool, playground, jump pad & Gaga ball area well kept & convenient. Staff present in golf carts & very helpful throughout the day. We enjoyed our stay & the kiddos had a great time. Felt safe, very relaxing.

Our stay was fine. The park is quiet and the amenities were good. Our only complaint was that our campsite was not very level and since we came and went in our class B van that was a problem. Would have preferred a more level site.

The terribly low water pressure was not allowing our flash heater to operate. This forced us to fill our fresh water tank and turn on the water pump to gain adequate pressure to heat water and/or take a shower without being hit with cold water. Its a very nice camp otherwise but this issue took the rating down to average. Appears that when the camp is mostly full this happens.

We were pleased overall. Great employees, nicely maintained property with a great location. Clean! I only can say I would have liked to not be placed in a site that practically shared a “front yard” and was facing directly to the front of their trailer in the site across from us. We have never encountered a campground that didn’t face the rear of the campers next to you.

Please have someone cut down the tall weeds just before the campground driveway, they not only block the view to the left when exiting the campground, they also hide the entrance when coming up Silver Street and looking for the entrance on the right to enter the campground. The large KOA sign is visible at the last moment. Other than that, this KOA is well-maintained with clean shower rooms.

Too far off freeway, and tiny spaces. Also, the area to pull up to office for registration is way too steep and tight.

Our stay was short but very nice. I dont known if I have ever stayed at a campground that is so clean. Thank you for all your hard work. It truly shows. Bonus showers are so nice it was just like taking a shower at home.

This is a super nice KOA with spacious flat sites and beautiful landscaping! The office staff is very welcoming and we appreciated the escort to our site! We will be back!

the cabin was clean and the people were very helpful and friendly. it was a little cramped with 5 people. in our case a bunk with a full bottom would have allowed us to not use the pull out couch. over all it was a very nice stay

Although we were just passing through, everything worked out perfectly. We arrived late thanks to traffic delays but our registration and camp site info we’re waiting for us and our site was easy to find and clean. The rest rooms and showers were in excellent condition as was the campground a notable feature are the number of trees mixed in with the camp sites that provided forest like ambiance.

Great tent sites, flat and some shade, large sites, best bathrooms ever seen at a campground. Staff was so friendly and helpful! Clean pool, heated! Fun stuff for the kids to do also! Loved it

It was a great extended holiday week stay for us. I was impressed how quiet the campground was even being a holiday and how busy it was. Overall we had a great time and would definitely come back again!

Absolutely wonderful park, they have the most beautiful bathrooms and showers I have ever seen in an RV park. The staff was beyond helpful and friendly. We absolutely recommend this park, as it's the nicest one we stayed in at during our adventure.

We stayed for the night. Staff was extremely helpful and it was really clean. We didn't do anything near by because we were just driving through but would definitely stop by again.
