First time staying here , looks like it’s a nice place to stay anytime if year . Lebanon is a very historic town in this part of Ohio . Definitely recommend ! Staff was very friendly !

Friendly staff. Nice layout. Besides current construction upgrades the rest of the campground needs some good TLC. Shaping of gravel on campsites needs updated and the in and outs of sites need "feathered/tapered" to eliminate ruts thru the grass areas. Some patio areas have erosion around them that could cause a stumble. As stated some good TLC could make this a top notch place

Was wanting a quick get away with my son. The staff was very accommodating for my late arrival. They were very quick to deliver our wood to our site and had a great selection of forgotten staples ( no one would ever forget those things). They even were able to fill our propane tanks! Great job! We will be back!

The campground is well maintained, the restrooms are very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We love this campground!

Only stayed 2 nights on our way somewhere else, but I was pleasantly surprised! We had never stayed at a KOA before this but bought a membership as we plan to seek KOA campgrounds out in the future.

Only stayed overnight, but the park had a lot of amenities.It also had a well stocked store and a nice laundry and restrooms.

Bathrooms, showers, and laundry facilities are very nice and very clean. They look as if they've been recently remodeled. The playground was well maintained. There are some improvement projects underway to make it even better. Great communication: We received a courtesy call when there was a tornado watch that we had necessary safety information. We had a text for check-in and check-out, as well

Tried to self level for 2 hours, unhooked, hooked back up several times. Finally gave up, site was a on too much of an incline! Dog park was all mud.

It was a rainy weekend but was still able to get out, walk, and enjoy some time at the firepit. Can't wait to see the improvements when they get finished.

I was really disappointed in lack of wifi. That's twice now where it was unusable. I was told it was pretty much useless at checkin. It's the primary reason I stayed there.

Fabulous and friendly staff. Obvious commitment to creating a wonderful experience for campers. Evidence of continued improvement. Nicest cleanest restrooms at ANY campground! Fantastic location easily accessible to I-75 and I-71.

RV Parking slips are stone not cement but nice and wide. Stayed for two nights, did after hours checkin, Mgmt checked called the next day to insure all went well. Great place to stay!

Water stand pipe frozen…all other spots wrapped with heat tape but not ours. Lucky we filled up with water beforehand

On Mar. 11 traveling E on 70 to family in Akron. Found ourselves running late & the weather ahead turning worse than forcast. Decided to stop for the night. None of the rv parks near Richmond, IN or on our path were open. After much searching, found this location about 40 mi SE. Late arrival process easy even in cold & snow. Very thankful to have port in storm!

I’ve stayed here for two separate work projects I had in the area. Management was nice to work with. The rear Bath House is probably the nicest I’ve encountered. Bonus, it’s in a great little town.

The campground was full. We got the last open spot. There was only one Ladies bathroom and shower house available. There were 2 toilets and 2 shower stalls No hot water in the showers and the handicap shower stall was locked. Also disappointed to see a sign petitioning for a liquor license. We plan to cross this KOA campground of our list for future travel.

I fear you have reviewed the wrong campground. We have several bathhouses and are not seeking a liquor license.

cable service did not work on my tv we have a new flat screen the rv beside me could not get eather we had to use dish sat .

We only stayed one night Feb 2022, while traveling. I'm only refiring about the site, it was not level at all. Bathrooms were clean, staff was accommodating. Many full timers didn't help the appearance of the park but no problems. This is an older park that I'm sure bought into being a KOA park. Would like to visit in the summer to get a better feeling about the part. Nearest town is very nice.

Thankful they had a spot on short notice but arriving after hours and at dark was a little tricky navigating to our site (due to construction, dark roads and not well marked streets.) The actual sites may be big rig friendly but navigating the campground is not so big rig friendly (we were pulling a 41’ 5th wheel.)

Only good thing about our 3 month stay was the manager Cindy. If you have issues with your site Ex: no water spicket heat strip keeps tripping and shorting , waking up to frozen spicket and no water constantly goodluck cause maintenance is only there monday -friday 8-3 After that your on your own on evenings and weekends and any holidays even in emergencies no assistance , roads very muddy .

It was rainy and muddy and that is not the campgrounds fault but on the other hand the approach to the site raveled area was not large enough to make the turn in so you end up in the mud with your motorhome. Plus a lot of long-term campers here

It was 19 degrees the night of our stay. Most campgrounds would be closed. They were prepared and very accommodating. The bathrooms were the finest we have seen. Incredible!

Beautiful campground but difficult to locate our site in the dark and cold. Directional signs to the site numbers would be appreciated . Would be lovely during warm weather. Would recommend

Absolutely wonderful park, they have the most beautiful bathrooms and showers I have ever seen in an RV park. The staff was beyond helpful and friendly. We absolutely recommend this park, as it's the nicest one we stayed in at during our adventure.

We stayed for the night. Staff was extremely helpful and it was really clean. We didn't do anything near by because we were just driving through but would definitely stop by again.
