I very much enjoyed staying in the cabin, and it was a great alternative to staying at a hotel. It was peaceful, away from the Interstate, and within walking distance of the historic part of Lebanon. I've already recommended it to family in Lebanon, and they are looking at the campground as a way to get away from home, without getting too far away. :)

Thank you for remaining open for the winter months and the option of single overnight stays. Staff is very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Communication was great via text and I was kept up to date especially on a severe cold snap that could have frozen my water hose connection. The campground is convenient and close to many options for dining and shopping.

A half mile from the campground one of my trailer tires came off. Lugs and bolts failed. Limped into campground. They were very accommodating, adjusting me to a site that they could place on hold for multiple nights. It was a one day repair, but could have taken several. The office also provided recommendations and directions for several repair options. Great help to a bad day.

Had a very positive experience at this KOA. When I booked my reservation I asked for a pull-thru site in which I could stay hooked up. When I arrived the site I received was too short for my 32.5 foot trailer and there was no room for my crew cab pick up. I was quickly upgraded to a premium pull-thru site with no increase in cost. That is true customer service. We will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay. Everyone was polite. The camp sites were clean and well maintained. We would definitely stay there again.

We told the office that we needed to check out about 30 minutes late. They told us it would cost us five dollars per hour that we stayed past noon. Seem to be nickel and diming us when we kept our reservation on a cold rainy week. No one else was coming in. People who are not honest checked out after us and never had to pay any five dollars per hour. We love the campground and people friendly

I had another great stay! The cabin was clean and tidy. I only wish the cabins were available in the winter! I highly recommend this campground!

Appreciated that the campground worked with me to get me in for 3 weeks, even though I had to take 2 different spots. Really loved spot #2 in the back of the campground. Hosts are friendly. Love getting my trash picked up. It's a pretty campground.

They could use a little more pavement and gravel on their streets and RV sites. Mud was an issue. Beautiful location. Sign to Park is impossible to see from the Lebanon or right side of entrance. Park is very clean, great staff.

We enjoyed the camping site, children's play areas, clean bathrooms and showers. Staff is very friendly and the store has just enough of what we need. Good place for family pictures, too. Thanks.

We had a lovely 3 night stay. Everyone in booking was super helpful and responsive. There was noisy construction going on and I was surprised that they didn't have any family activities planned for Halloween weekend.

We arrived on the campground Halloween night without reservations as we were in route. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. We had an enjoyable stay and enjoyed all the children in their costumes.

Beautifully decorated for Halloween. Trees need trimming for big rigs. Exit signs would be helpful to make travel inside the park easier.

Gave us a 30 ft pull thru for a 30 ft RV with tow vehicle. We always us KOA in our travels because of convience of not unhooking car. Been doing this for 12 hrs. First time this happened. We requested longer site, we were told to unhook and park at an angle.

We very much enjoyed staying at the Lebanon/Cincinnati North KOA and will again. My only concern is that I never received the emailed receipt as promised. Perhaps my email address was not correctly entered?

Have stayed here in the past, very nice clean an well managed KOA. We are somewhat local to the Lebanon area and have a trip to Tennessee planned in a couple of weeks so we stayed here two nights to make sure everything was functioning on the trailer.

I have a lot of compliments for our stay here! Our kids had so much fun with everything this park had to offer! We will definitely be coming back. Only thing that would have made it the ultimate stay is if it had hiking trails.

Though the cabin was very nice the beds are very uncomfortable and we've stayed in 3 different ones! For the price you pay to stay in those cabins the beds could be a lot better!!

This is our second year going here. The kids always have so much fun. The playground has unique things and the jump pillows are always a hit. The bathrooms are always immaculate! The sites are nice and spacious. Staff is very friendly. This is definitely one of my favorite campgrounds.

Been here NUMEROUS times on the way south. Are stopping in again on our way back north & we will be booking here again soon!

Absolutely wonderful park, they have the most beautiful bathrooms and showers I have ever seen in an RV park. The staff was beyond helpful and friendly. We absolutely recommend this park, as it's the nicest one we stayed in at during our adventure.

We stayed for the night. Staff was extremely helpful and it was really clean. We didn't do anything near by because we were just driving through but would definitely stop by again.
