I wish we could have spent more time at the campground. We were there to see our grandson play baseball, so it was a lot of driving.

Beautiful campground and area! Very neat and clean, peaceful and relaxing. Site was level pull through. Truly enjoyed our stay there.

We have been returning to the Cooperstown KOA since 2017. Mainly due to lovely owners who make our stay so enjoyable.

Lovely KOA. Great hosts. Only downside, at the overnight pull through sites, the sewer holes are uphill from the campers which can make dumping at site challenging.

The staff was friendly and helpful for the most part but we didnt have a vehicle except our rvs and we had 2 people visit us but they weren't allowed to drive their vehicle in,they had to park it outside the campground and walk in after paying $10 each just to visit for the day. We couldn't use our awning mat for the weekend. You couldn't bring any of your own firewood in. Overall, worst KOA so f

We were met with friendly hospitality curbside and had the pleasure of staying at this clean, well kept campground for a few days of much needed rest and relaxation.

Wish you had restrooms closer to site. A bit of a walk. The movie you ran on Saturday was too loud and too late. Lastly, locks on bathroom stalls need to be more secure. �

Very nice and friendly. The amenities were great - my grandkids if I brought them would have a blast. They are also pet friendly which is good. Close to town but yet out of town you didn't know you were actually that close to anyplace. Would visit again.

We've never been camping before, so KOA was our first camping experience and you have set the bar high. The customer service was definitely something you rarely see anymore, so it was refreshing to be greeting with a smile and exceptional service. The bathrooms we're very pristine at all times which was a huge plus. Thank you for excellent customer service and making our stay a great one!

The family and I had such a Fantastic stay. Everyone was so friendly, the grounds were beautifully manicured. The cabin we rented came with more that what a family of 5 was expecting. It was incredibly clean & stunning. Large deck with fire pit and an area to grill. It was PERFECT getaway. We will definitely be coming back.

Very relaxing and quiet, enjoyed our visit and wish we stayed longer. We’ll return to stay again when in the area. We had 40ft motorhome with tow, plenty of move on length and width for slides, level sites, clean, nice pool, and beautiful views. WiFi is excellent, no cable. It’s a little off the beaten path but once there so worth it. Coopertown not far, staff is friendly and customer Svcs A+

Everything was good except the picnic table was filthy and I checked the voltage at the outlet and it was extremely low at 112 volts

Oh no - sorry to learn that the picnic table wasn't clean and ready for you. Wish you'd have said something while here. We'd have taken care of that in a heart beat. As for the electric, we haven't had any other complaints, but will look into it.

The grounds were pristine. All amenities were wonderful and greatly appreciated. The staff was kind and very helpful. They always took a minute to ask if we needed anything. Since we travel with champion show dogs, the K-9 doggie camp was important. There again the dogs had ample room to run and exercise. Thanks to a wonderful KOA

The KOA was in a quiet setting but, there were too many rules to try to follow. We broke at least one because we got wood from our son-in-law who lives in Herkimer, less than 40 miles away. Someone going around announcing Bingo noticed the load in the back of the truck and told the owner who said that we had contaminated wood. $6.00 for a bundle of 5 sticks of green wood doesn't make a big fire!

Our rules are typical of most campgrounds. It's clean, peaceful, and safe here because of those rules. We are strict about outside firewood because of the ash borer infestation. What we sell is kiln-dried hardwood, so your comments are untrue. I believe you're just angry that you were caught.

Our family very enjoyed our first camping trip here. Well maintained, clean facilities and beautiful scenery. In particular, thanks to the friendly and nice staffs, we stayed more comfortably. Everyhing is great:) We look forward to our next stay here!

Our pull thru site for a one night stay was exactly what we hoped for: level and shady. The staff were friendly and helpful. We thank them for our visit. The lowing cattle nearby & breezes at sunset made a peaceful experience. Great hospitality & friendly neighbors.

I had my first RV for all of 4 days before I got to this campground. The staff were very helpful in answering questions about how things operate on the RV and even demonstrating the dump station. Overall the facilities were great as well. They were so helpful and kind, I booked another weekend stay before I left.

sites are very very narrow, our awning is just about touching neighbor's trailer. we had to move our truck so it wouldnt get sparks from the other neighbor's fire. , that's too close.

Holiday weekends are tough. Everyone wants to camp, and all campgrounds are crowded. We're sorry you didn't enjoy your stay and wish you'd have spoken with us while you were here. We may have been able to move things around a bit.

Budget extra to buy their firewood, you can't fund special projects along the side of the road on the way. Pile into one car, delay travel around work schedules, pay for a day you won't use if things change you can only have one vehicle.

Office staff politely suffered insults from one of your visitors while they checked in. We sensed there would be unpleasant online commentary after your departure. We know we can't please everyone, and hope you find other campgrounds more to your liking.

A nice quiet comfortable campground. What I really wanted to tell you about is what the management did when I was concerned that falling pine cones might break my skylight on my motor home. One of the owners climbed up on my roof and placed a rubber mat over my skylight to protect it. Then took it down when it was time for us to leave. Now that's service!!

This is the best campground.Its very clean,has a great dog park and a big clean pool.I got a flat tire on the moterhome and there staff helped me change it They are great.
