Our stay was very nice. We did travel with a family member and asked that we be placed near each other. There was a $25 fee for both of us for a concierge fee to do this. The camp ground was nearly half empty and small enough that that is a very high fee to ask.

The concierge fee is optional, and that was your choice. The full-hook-up sites were 100% occupied over the dates of your stay - guests were coming and going throughout the weekend.

Bathrooms locked to SELF-CONTAINED Campers & lock code was not given. Very much inconvenience when using pool. Also not good when you have family of 4 in camper with 1 bathroom not allowing us to use bathrooms I wouldn't revisit this location & will tell others. WOOD, I get not have wood brought in but Kiln Dried Prepackaged wood is Safe. Selling 8 pcs of wood for $6 is ridiculous. Also No WiFi?

We're limiting restroom use because of the public health concern. Most people understand the reason behind it and would rather use their own facilities anyway. But you used the bathroom because rules are for other people, not you ...we have you on video entering the mens room multiple times.

They couldn't be any nicer, Great Team, What a wonderful place to stay, there was a really bad storm that blew through and they came out to check on everyone to make sure that we all were okay And if we needed anything, where else can you go that campground owners would do that, We are very pleased with our stay, would 100% recommend this place, Thanks again Ladies You have a beautiful place!

People were polite. Very quiet campground. Sites very close together. When we got there we were not allowed to use carpet outside the camper -they didn’t want to ruin their grass and no WiFi - we were told it was to expensive.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

The public health crisis and resulting financial impact forced operational changes - including suspending satellite WiFi. It is expensive and limited. Cell reception here is quite good, and most guests have been just fine using their own data plans.

Was ok.....if you were self contained you couldn't use their shower or bathroom. Had to get a code to punch in to use bathroom. Store had hardly anything in it. People were friendly though and cottages/cabins looked very nice.

We had a lovely time, however our adult children & grandchildren encountered some rather abrupt & not so pleasant staff members.When they entered their comments (On your website) KOA replied to their comments very rudely & told them they weren’t welcome to return. A professional way to handle their complaints would’ve been to reach out to them with a phone call or try to solve the issue.

We tried to work with your adult children and their children while they were on our property. We were met with disrespect towards us, to our policies, and to other guests. Their behavior was unacceptable.

Superb! Very neat/clean. Staffs are awesome, super nice and respectful. Comfortable. Well maintained and very relaxed atmosphere. I will come back for sure!

We stayed one night. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The area was exceptionally clean and well taken care of. Lovely place overall! Lots of cows mooing in the distance made for lovely ambiance too!

Very quaint KOA, very clean, and staff is very friendly. We stayed in the basic rustic cabin which was perfect for my family of four. Bunk beds for my boys and queen bed for us. Perfect staycation for us fellow upstate NYokers.

Felt very welcomed and safe. When I arrived, a MUCH better alternative to the site I had selected was offered. The facility is immaculate and the staff was simply wonderful. It is a beautiful if remote location. Couldn’t have been more pleased unless there were no pandemic going on. Not on them!

Kaaren and Kate are just fantastic at what they do. This campground is beautiful and so well maintained. They and their staff are super friendly and accomodating. We came to Cooperstown to visit the Baseball Hall of Fame and get out of the city for a few days. I'd come back here in a heartbeat.

It is one of our favorite campgrounds to stay at. Friendly staff, great sites, and beautiful sunsets! My only disappointment is the WiFi. This stay there was no access to WiFi at all. Also, the bathrooms should be available to all not just tent campers. I know COVID has been disruptive for the operations. We love this place and will stay again!

Thanks for your nice review. Satellite WiFi was down this year due to the financial impact of COVID. Also, during a pandemic, we've been limiting restroom access to only those campers that do not have any other option. It cuts down on our exposure to germs as well.

Our stay was amazing! So peaceful and relaxing the grounds were beautiful. The showers were immaculate the hosts were excellent. We will definitely stay again

Staff as very helpful and friendly. It was our first night RVing and they helped us hook everything and guided us through this. Swimming pool was great, clean. Kids loved it!

This was our 3rd time here and it was just as enjoyable as the last 2 times. Everyone of the staff was a delight to be around even though we had to social distance ourselves. We will definitely be returning next year for a relaxing vacation if all is well. We have stayed at other Koa campgrounds in the past but this is one of our favorite ones. Keep safe.

Campground was very clean and well maintained. Staff was not very kid friendly. My kids had a horrible time. We felt that we were under constant supervision. They seem cater to the older generation.

You're part of an exclusive club who say we're not kid friendly. The club members don't appreciate our guidelines and policies and rarely, if ever, supervise their children while here.

Kaaren and Kate were very accommodating making sure we had the flattest site available for our tent and letting us borrow an adapter. They checked throughout the campsite on golf carts regularly. This was a good first experience for us bringing our children camping.

The campground is very nice and clean the facilities are clean unfortunately Covid has made thing’s difficult but we made the best of it very nice employees they were great and we will definitely be back and also the weather was amazing couldn’t ask for a better place

Some staff didn't seem very friendly. Campground is in the middle of nowhere.

What? We're 20 minutes from so much...Baseball Hall of Fame, Fenimore and Farmer's Museum, Fly Creek Cider Mill, Otsego and Canadarago lakes.

Great place to stay! Really clean and well manicured. We were self contained but the store had many things we may have needed. Beautiful rolling hills, and nice cows for scenery. Peaceful place to relax. They drove around and asked if we needed fire wood or anything before closing at night. Excellent fire wood. Not far from sites to see. (15-20 minutes)I would recommmend staying there.

We have been camping here for many years. This week was another great stay. We loved our site, #25, large and grassy facing the cow fields. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Wood is $6 for a good size bundle and burns well. One of our favorite campgrounds, we will be back!

This campground is an absolute delight. The facilities are topnotch, customer service excellent and the staff is knowledgeable, professional and friendly. We highly recommend this KOA!

A nice quiet comfortable campground. What I really wanted to tell you about is what the management did when I was concerned that falling pine cones might break my skylight on my motor home. One of the owners climbed up on my roof and placed a rubber mat over my skylight to protect it. Then took it down when it was time for us to leave. Now that's service!!

This is the best campground.Its very clean,has a great dog park and a big clean pool.I got a flat tire on the moterhome and there staff helped me change it They are great.
