Over and beyond. We forgot a crucial part of our tent and KOA staff helped us problem solve and ended up placing us in a cabin as our child with autism was trying not to melt down as he was so excited for his first ever real camp out. Compassion and empathy and treating every single member of the family the impeccably we are already recommending to family and friends.

One of the cleanest KOA's we have seen. Extra friendly and accommodating staff and just a wonderful experience. Love this place and will make it a point to stay here in the future. Highly recommended!

This was our first time camping without our "Winny" motor home. We stayed in the deluxe cabin with all the amenities that we had in Winny. The staff was very supportive of us before arriving, answering all of our questions and putting us at ease. The cabin was clean and spacious and comfortable. We have fond memories of our six visits at Cooperstown KOA and looking forward to another visit.

From the moment we pulled in we knew we were in a special place. Surrounded by farmland you could hear the cows mooing off in the distance and the rolling hills and fields were just beautiful. The grounds are very well kept staffed with excellent and courteous.. we will definitely be back again.

Beautiful Cabin. GREAT STAFF. Quiet, relaxing atmosphere. Plenty to do and close to all amenities. Quiet country roads for relaxing walks. Enjoyed the week. Thank you KOA Cooperstown. Great place to stay. We have stayed here since 2004-2005 we will be back.

Cooperstown KOA was beautiful, clean, spacious and had everything I needed. Very nice people who work and live there and just a beautiful setting. I recommended it to anybody I saw in town after that including some other campers on the trolley. Thank you!

This KOA is in a great location and the owners and staff can’t do enough for you. They are personable, professional and knowledgeable. While I was in the office I overheard a telephone conversation that Betty, an Office staff employee, was having with a perspective camper and was impressed with her patience and customer service. A great place to enjoy the area.

Had a great time at our Rving Women’s Rally. Our KOA hosts made even the rainy weekend a success. Even though I’m fully self contained, it was a pleasure being able to use your clean campground shower.

Wonderful spot, we've traveled over 4,000 miles the last month and stayed in countless KOA'S. This was one of the nicest. Great location.

very pleasant and accommodating hosts, we had some severe weather and they were very proactive with a plan if needed. this is the second time we have stayed in Cooperstown and will gladly stay there again.

Had a Great time. Staff is very accommodating and helpful. Grounds are beautiful and clean and sites are a good size. The giant fire pit was a great way to close out our evening. Even though the weather was not as sunny as one might like while camping we found plenty to do on site and in the surrounding area. This was not our first visit and don’t expect it it will be our last. Thank you

The owners do an amazing job at making everyone feel welcome and sharing their knowledge of the area. We had a wonderful time, the campground is well maintained, very clean, and activities and events well organized. A definite campground to return to.

Wonderful place to Camp. We met some very nice group of Ladies from a travel trailer camping club. The highlight was Monday morning when the cows across the road moved from the East field to the West field. It would be good if the dumpster collection trucks came after 8 am. The dump station is not on a level area, so only 66% of the Black water got dumped. You should post a sign.

Awesome facilities and surrounding farm land. Very impressed with ADA accessibility especially pool access. Close to Cooperstown amenities and major highways yet keeping the surrounding rural character.

Very tired, hungry, upset when I arrived and my electric wasn’t working so had to move after just setting up. However, the guys were great, got me a new site, checked on it after, helped me when I couldn’t figure out why ac electric, microwave, plugs weren’t working though circuit board looked ok (something tripped when plugged in at low voltage site). Help in office so I could stay extra n

Wonderful out in the country site. Quiet place with lots to see and do including Cooperstown. We had heavy rain, lightening and thunder one night. The light show was fantastic, the downpour not so much. When we left in the morning there was thick fog.

Quiet rural setting you could hear the cows mooing and the acres of corn growing. Visited the baseball HOF in Cooperstown close by and a beautiful drive along Lake Ostego. Stayed 3 relaxing, quiet nights. Staff we met were very nice. Site 14 overlooks hundreds of acres of corn just like “Field of Dreams “

We enjoyed our stay in Cooperstown but probably wouldn't return to this KOA. There are few amenities, the cabin didn't have enough storage/hooks, etc. And they didn't provide handsoap. The cows in the morning were VERY loud near our cabin. The cows aren't the KOAs fault but just something that adds to the trip. On the up side, it was not busy and the game room was excellent.

Fern was incredible. This was our very first day in an RV & first long drive with our toddler. She went above and beyond with her generous communication and kind spirit. The space was wonderful, the showers and bathrooms were super clean. Great day!

We have camped at many parks and Cooperstown KOA is by far the best. It is very clean, meticulously maintained, and the staff is extremely nice. We clearly recommend this park to all campers!

This is a huge park with plenty of amenities. The showers are new and very nice; also completely private. Check in was relatively smooth. You do have to select a spot when making your reservation and the site description is not clear. They get really salty with you if you leave the campground and you dont have your catd with the gate code on it with you. Remember to have the gate code with you.

Hosts were very nice. Sites were large, clean, grassy and accessible. Area was rural and pretty. There were trees but we were still able to get satellite tv service.

This KOA worked perfectly for our stop over in Cooperstown. The town was surprisingly great....much more than just baseball. We visited 5 breweries and a few other restaurants in the area. The lake was also beautiful and the state park provided a great hike. The KOA was clean and organized. Rules were upheld for quiet hours and that is greatly appreciated.

Everyone was so kind and helpful! The staff was fantastic. They are strict on some rules (no laundry lines, pool supervision), so you can tell they really care about the place and each camper, and go to great lengths to ensure that everyone feels safe, supported, and having a good time. We loved how fun, clean, and well stocked everything was. Also, the stars at night are incredible! Thank you!

A nice quiet comfortable campground. What I really wanted to tell you about is what the management did when I was concerned that falling pine cones might break my skylight on my motor home. One of the owners climbed up on my roof and placed a rubber mat over my skylight to protect it. Then took it down when it was time for us to leave. Now that's service!!

This is the best campground.Its very clean,has a great dog park and a big clean pool.I got a flat tire on the moterhome and there staff helped me change it They are great.
