Thank you Kate and Kaaren for welcoming us to your campground. The staff members were friendly and accommodating. Our cabin was clean and well cared for. We loved the baseball touches we found around the rooms. Both the check in and check out procedures were very easy. In this new age, we felt very safe staying with you.

Tremendous atmosphere and scenery. The entire staff is awesome, particularly Kate and Karen...the owners. Cleanest and friendliest campground we’ve ever been to. The pool is phenomenal, my son never wanted to get out. Very relaxing week which is exactly what we needed! My wife and I plan on going back!

This KOA campground is run by 2 of the best people. They are very caring about their campers and make sure their campsites are up to par. The staff they have are friendly and willing to help with anything. We happen to be there when there was a micro burst and staff and owners keep checking on everyone to make sure all was good. Again we would highly recommend this campground to anyone.

We had a cabin in the back which was nice. The pool was very clean and a nice size. The showers were the best I’ve seen at a camp ground, clean and newer. The playground was smaller than I would imagine but still nice. We enjoyed our stay!

I can't wait to go back. Definitely the cleanest,neatest and best well kept campground we have been to. Everyone was sooo nice and made us feel so comfortable i felt like we were home. From the gorgeous views, perfect weather and much needed relaxing, it was hard to leave.

It was very pleasant. The location was perfect and very spacious. The cabins were very clean, which we appreciated. The staff was very attentive and kind. The only issues we saw were the need to have to buy firewood/charcoal from them made it difficult since we arrived for a late check-in and the store was closed. Otherwise, this place is perfect we can't wait to go back.

Staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. This location is very clean (especially in the midst of a pandemic). It’s a smaller more quaint KOA but it’s a lovely get away if that’s what you’re looking for.

Cabins are very comfortable. Bathroom, sink, and AC are included. Small touches around the cabin are much appreciated like bug candles and utensils to grill. Camp grounds are small and very well maintained making it very easy to get around. Kids loved the pool. You must buy firewood from general store but it’s Priced fair. Staff keeps itself very involved around the campsite.

We had an amazing weekend! Brought our two toddlers and they had a blast. Everything was spotless and well taken care of. Staff was friendly and helpful. We have stayed at many campgrounds but this is at the top Of the list. Can't wait to come back!

Very nicely maintained facility, lovely setting and grounds. Well-equipped deluxe cabin would have earned a nearly perfect score except for the bedding---very, very, very uncomfortable and we have stayed in many similar koa cabins (8 nights just on this one trip) and in other parts of the US and the queen beds and mattresses provided have always been comfortable in other locations.

We loved our stay at this campground. Very peaceful and quiet, with a beautiful location above rolling farmlands. The kids loved jumping into the pool (which was never too crowded), and we enjoyed day trips to play mini-golf, swim at Glimmerglass lake, and visit the Ommegang brewery in Cooperstown. Highly recommended!

We arrived early and were greeted and checked in after a long day of travel and visiting the Baseball Hall of Fame we were excited to move into our cabin..we loved 80! The pool was great and campground was very clean.

The deluxe cabin was perfect for our stay. We had a infant, a 6, 11, and 14-year-old. The girls shared the bunkbeds, the 14-year-old use the sofa bed, and our bedroom was large enough for the pack and play. This location is a perfect mini getaway. Glimmerglass Lake, a Price Chopper/CVS and Cooperstown is 25 minutes away and Howe’s Cavern is 40 minutes away. Pool was great! Great 4 day trip.

One of the owners was very rude at the beginning of our stay and accused us of being dishonest. While the situation was eventually rectified I would not return there. The place itself is nice and the pool is great. It’s too bad that good customer service is not top priority.

We're sorry you felt accused. Your reservation was for 4 people in a cabin that can accommodate only 4 people. There were 5 people at your site - 4 adults, 1 child, and a dog. You didn't tell us that your plans changed, so we came to you to inquire.

The staff was great. We didn't know that we couldn't bring our own wood in from outside so we had purchased wood at a gas station along the way. They gave us a free wood bundle to compensate for that even though they didn't have to.

After a long drive up from Brooklyn NY we were amazed at how beautiful the camp ground is and how wonderful our camping cabin was. Towels , pillows, sheets and blankets.This was truly one of of positive aspects about staying in a deluxe cabin. We had all our cooking gear with us due to covid.Our host Kaaren and Kate are great positive down to earth people.The entire staff was so nice. Will be back

We actually rented a cabin for my sister-in-law who was celebrating her 50th birthday. They loved the cabin. We have an RV and will be making a reservation for ourselves sometime in the future. Great campground! Great staff!

This was the 2nd time in two years that we've stayed at the Cooperstown KOA. The staff at the KOA go above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone to stay there. Can't wait to come back again next year!!!!

Went for a family camping trip for three nights. Stayed in a studio deluxe cabin which met our expectations. No problems whatsoever.

We visited for our first family get away and stayed in a cabin. Having a large deck was great for all of us. Everything was very clean and neat inside and outside. The staff made all of us feel very welcome, and were extremely helpful and kind. There were great amenities for the kids and space for them to run around.

We had a delightful stay at the Cooperstown KOA! We had an issue with the lock on the main door of the cabin in which we were staying and the staff, including the owners, assisted us immediately and in less than an hour, there was a new lock on our door! Staff were very hospitable - checking in with us to see if there was anything we needed and asking us about our comfort.

Never been to a KOA, had low expectations but was only thing opened due to covid restrictions. Was a fantastic experience, better than I could have asked for. Cabin was beautiful, loved the patio, every staff member was so friendly and helpful. Will absolutely go back to a KOA. Perfect weekend!!!

A nice quiet comfortable campground. What I really wanted to tell you about is what the management did when I was concerned that falling pine cones might break my skylight on my motor home. One of the owners climbed up on my roof and placed a rubber mat over my skylight to protect it. Then took it down when it was time for us to leave. Now that's service!!

This is the best campground.Its very clean,has a great dog park and a big clean pool.I got a flat tire on the moterhome and there staff helped me change it They are great.
