This was our first KOA stay with our new camper and we were impressed. The campground was clean, our site was spacious and we found everyone to be very helpful and friendly.

Our stay was good. We loved how close it was to Glimmerglass State Park. COVID rules were a little too strict. We were not allowed to use the Bathrooms on site because we have a RV. So while swimming we had to go all the way back to our site instead of being able to use the bathroom that was 20 ft away from the pool.

We're sorry the restroom situation was inconvenient. We're concerned for everyone's well-being and trying to reduce the staff's exposure to bio waste.

Needed a place to stay overnight on a long trip home. KOA hookups were great and pull thru site helped us get on our way quickly the next day. Even though we weren't there long, place was clean and beautiful. Did call front staff and they were so kind and helpful.

Owners and staff went above and beyond expectations. This is one of the cleanest and well maintained campgrounds I've ever stayed at. Always someone around to help,will definitely stay here again

We were just in for a quick night and were so impressed with the friendly staff. The kids loved the playground and the pool. The views were beautiful

It was bad. Electric tent site with only a 30 amp rv plug in. No pass code given to get in the bathroom.

Absolutely beautiful scenery! The campground is pristine Clean and very well kept. The people running it are soooo very nice and make you feel very welcome.

Only issue was public bathrooms not open because of COVID. Otherwise a really nice, quiet and picturesque spot!

Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Campground was clean and very well maintained. We felt very safe staying there during the pandemic because all necessary precautions were taken. The campground is very close to many attractions.

Great weather, well kept campground. Not a fan of being forced to buy their firewood. I would prefer the ability to purchase from local fire wood suppliers as you get a better deal for the money.

The firewood we ask you to buy here is from a local provider. It is certified, kiln dried, and bug-free. We charge about $2 less a bundle than local gas stations and hardware stores, so you do get a good deal here.

The sites were a nice size but my biggest complaint is that you advertise that there is a hot spot for wi fi and there is not! No cable TV available either and with the antenna it was maybe you could get a channel or two and maybe not. Thankfully we had nice weather and spent the majority of our time outside. Wi fi is important to me and was really disappointed that it was not available.

Yes, WiFi is important and we've suspended ours due to the financial impact of the Covid virus. We've put that on our website and let everyone checking in know the situation. Cell reception here is very good, so you should have been able to stay in touch easily using your own data plan.

We enjoyed the campground. Registration was very easy - even though we arrived at 8:00 pm staff was there to escort us to our site. Wood was delivered to the site easily. Very personable and friendly staff. We would certainly stay here again!

Nice park but didnt offer much for the kids as other KOAs have. Was clean.

Very clean and friendly campground with excellent water pressure. No cable or WiFi but you shouldn’t need that for a good time anyhow.

Thank you so much. You can get over the air channels, and cell reception here is surprisingly good if you need to stay connected. Our satellite WiFi, the only game in town out here, is down this year due to the financial impact of the Covid virus.

First time at this KOA. Greeted with negatives. The camp brochure is a bit snippy. I.e. if it fits in your pocket. Etc. Automatically assumes negative actions. Upon leaving my husband went to drop off the car tag, before explaining, the front desk person stated, "if you are going to ask if you can check in early, that would be a big no." This was awkward. We love the ground but not attitude.

Best KOA campground we've been too. Beautiful grassy sites, really nice and helpful staff. I'm sorry we only got to stay one night. We will definitely be back next year.

This beautiful campground was a perfect stop over on our way home! Very clean, easy pull thru site, friendly owners and an amazing sunset. I would recommend this KOA and I would like to go back soon. Everything was so clean. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful place with amazing views. Perfectly maintained. Following COVID guidelines. Handicapped accessible even for the pool. Staff very friendly, non intrusive but helpful. Will return there.

Nice KOA, except no wi-fi. Quiet, easy to get in to & level sites. Lots of room for our 43' fifth wheel. Staff was very friendly; met us when we pulled in and everyone wore masks, which made us feel very safe. Close to Cooperstown. We would definitely stay here again!

Loved the staff - however their inexperience combined with ours caused problems we didn't expect. Sorry that the bathrooms and showers were closed to campers and no visitors were allowed. Not permitting our rug- caused mud and dirt to track inside. Beautiful location - clean , quiet and nice!

We're not sure what problems you had - perhaps a conversation while you were here with the owners would have helped. Due to COVID, anyone in a self-contained unit is strongly encouraged to use their own facilities. It cuts down on our staff and our exposure.

This is a very nice KOA. I loved my sight and the laundry room was clean and efficient. The only drawback is it's location, it is far from almost anything.

Very nice campground, will certainly be back. The dog park is a welcome attraction, thank you. The only thing keeping from rating of 5 stars is our site was not as level as expected. But will certainly be back thank you!

A nice quiet comfortable campground. What I really wanted to tell you about is what the management did when I was concerned that falling pine cones might break my skylight on my motor home. One of the owners climbed up on my roof and placed a rubber mat over my skylight to protect it. Then took it down when it was time for us to leave. Now that's service!!

This is the best campground.Its very clean,has a great dog park and a big clean pool.I got a flat tire on the moterhome and there staff helped me change it They are great.
