Tucked away but not too far from necessities - great set of grounds, places to play, good QT practices and wonderfully accommodating staff. Will stay again.

We had a peaceful stay. We were having trouble with our hot water heater and one of the employees (I think his name is Bill) help us out by giving us the name of someone to come out and fix it. He also checked on us to be sure everything was good.

We really enjoyed our stay at this campground. It's so quiet and peaceful with beautiful views. And the staff was so nice and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed.

Campground is about 12 miles north of Cooperstown but worth the drive. The country setting is beautiful. We had a pull through site under the trees which we loved. We couldn't level our 5th wheel though. We enjoyed walking the grounds each day. Very quiet and they request that you turn off your outside lights at night which we loved. We've stayed at too many places where there are too many lights.

Impressed with how clean and well kept. The staff were on top of everything and always with a smile. Very quite for the turnover of sites. We really enjoy the area and will stay here again. The sites are shady and level although our C Class could not drain all the way because of the elevation of the sewer ports. We ended up using the dump station when we left, no big deal.

we were there for I night, and when I made reservations it was a holiday weekend and it was a minimal 3 nighto stay, the lady that took our reservations went out of her way to we could stay 1 night and she was new, sorry can't remember her name, Thank you

Beautiful sites. Not very pleasant welcoming staff. No WiFi which is ok if you’re not working or have schoolwork while traveling. Very very pretty for hikes and walks.

In ordinary times, our WiFi is on satellite - it's the best we can do here. This year, we weren't able to offer it due to the economic constraints caused by the Covid virus. That being said, cellular reception is surprisingly good & we recommend that guests who need responsive and ample data use their own cell plans. You were greeted politely and kindly, and were just unhappy about WiFi.

Beautiful location; sites are generous and wooded; great new dog park. We were greeted and escorted to our site. We didn't leave the site other than to walk the dog or drive into Cooperstown, but enjoyed being there and looking out at the hills, fields, and gorgeous sunsets. Campers should be aware that there is a high sulphur content in the water and should bring fresh water with them.

Thanks for your nice review and the feedback on our water. You're absolutely right - bring bottled water and use an inline filter on your camper. We're in that area of central NY where the water is very hard and leaves mineral deposits.

Very nice location. So peaceful with gorgeous sunsets. Lots of options for sites, some open and some wooded. Two small annoyances: 1) absolutely no outside wood (not even the standard 50 mile radius) - we were forced to pay approximately $1 per piece of wood and 2) no outside mats/carpets - so all of the debris followed you into your camper (may have been more tolerable if grass was mowed)

Limiting outside firewood helps us keep our trees healthy. The bundles we sell are fairly priced and all hardwood. We allow step-off mats 2x4, 3x5, even 4x6, but we don't want to have large mats down when the sun shines because it kills the grass. When it rains everyday for more than a week, it's hard to keep up with the mowing. We do our best to maintain the grounds and keep campers happy.

Really enjoyed our stay!! Will be back since I did not get to the Baseball Hall of Fame since it was still closed. The pool was spotless, could have been a little warmer, but I enjoyed it and my granddaughters could not get enough!! Our sight was level and shaded. I was surprised how clean the grill was!!

Our booked site was changed to the other side of the koa in direct sun and away from the play ground next to employees of the campground without our permission. The owners lied and said we booked the site far away until I pulled up my confirmation email. They harassed us and asked if we were doing something illegal because of how we parked our trucks. No outside wood so pay $5 for 6 thin pieces

We don't guarantee sites and don't require a guest's permission to change things around when necessary. You were given an upgrade to an x-large site with no neighbor on one side at no cost. We all agree you won't be returning.

Friendly and helpful staff. Quiet campground, perfect for our getaway close to water access. This stay was early in COVID re-opening, so very quiet. Although none of the local attractions were open yet, it was a perfect location for our quick getaway. Our only complaint was the lack of internet services even though they were advertised; we were told the internet was down.

Thanks for your nice review. We've informed all of our guests that our satellite WiFi service is not on at this time due to financial constraints as a result of the pandemic. Cellular reception is much better, so most campers are happier using their own data.

Everything was great except for the hiccup when we arrived in parking our camper. Otherwise, perfect!

Great campsite! Wish we could stay longer. One night stay in a 30 ft motor home, no tow vehicle. Easy in, easy out. Very clean, kept up well and Ms Sherry made everything very easy.

This is a beautiful park in the country with gorgeous views. It is well maintained, clean and safe. The hosts were very nice, welcoming and helpful. Our spot was long and level. Wish we could have stayed longer. We'll be back!

The scenery is excellent. Limited amenities that currently are even more restricted. Additional rules at the resort make the stay even more restrictive that are not safety related and could be relaxed during these times to make the resort more enjoyable with so few using the resort. For example, choice of sites, parking of extra cars and firewood.

The staff at this location is amazing! They treat you like they have known you forever! They do rounds and ask if you need anything. They go far above and beyond and take a lot of pride in the appearance of the campgrounds! Our 2 year old locked us out of our TT and they helped us get back in. Fantastic people all the way around, we will be back!

We found this KOA which is run by two very active with their business ladies, who both were very charming. I campground was in amazingly good condition, the site we are on number 14, was very close to the fields around the facility offered all the full hookups required for a class A coach. Adding, it’s one of the quietest facilities that we’ve stayed in today. It was a hub to travel from.

This was the first time that we had stayed at this KOA. We found the owners/staff very accommodating of our needs. Due to COVID many of the amenities that normally are available and opportunity for guests were not available at this time and would have made our experience much more positive which was communicated. We would consider staying at this KOA campground again in the future.

We have been staying at the Koa in Cooprestown for the lst 5 years. The grounds are beautiful and karren and kati are wonderful. we encourage all our friends to stay there

A nice quiet comfortable campground. What I really wanted to tell you about is what the management did when I was concerned that falling pine cones might break my skylight on my motor home. One of the owners climbed up on my roof and placed a rubber mat over my skylight to protect it. Then took it down when it was time for us to leave. Now that's service!!

This is the best campground.Its very clean,has a great dog park and a big clean pool.I got a flat tire on the moterhome and there staff helped me change it They are great.
