Great only one problem, The sewer hook-up has a deep cone of concrete that makes it hard to connect the usual 90 degree hose end.

Very little pavement or gravel so everything was pretty muddy. Maybe throw a load of road mix gravel on the roadway so we're not driving through big muddy potholes? No sewer hookups, had to wait in line at the community dump/filth station. Should have more gravel or some perking material around the dump station.

Sites are not long enough for a big rig so we had to unhitch. The sewer connection was way to the end. This is why we had to unhitch our truck.

Very courteous and helpful staff. You are taken to your site and helped park. Trash is picked up at site. Level sites. We were only there for one night and the facilities were very adequate for what we needed.

The fact that this is the third review I've posted should be the only thing the reader needs to know about my feelings where Cordele KOA Journey is concerned. I love the place and, as soon as the pool is repaired, I'd upgrade my review to 4.5 stars. An overnight that came up unexpected and they were perfect!! Found us online set us up with our 43’ toy hauler, we pulled in about 10pm got our paper from office!! It was perfect!!

This is a no frills, clean, well-located, reasonably-priced KOA perfect for an overnight stop on the way to FL. Have stopped here a few times. Site was dry. Weather was cool and dry.

Very nice pull off and rest. We arrived late and the check-in was very easy. Spots were level. I didn't even unhook. Will definitely stay again when traveling through.

We only stayed the evening and left the next morning. The bathroom and shower was clean. Basic sites available. Not much there to do.

Facility is nicely laid out, flat and clean. This is site is conveniently located off the interstate yet was very quiet. Definitely one to keep on the list. Friendly staff as well.

The only thing I would change about Cordele KOA Journey is that the entire park needs to have a layer of crushed stone applied to the roads. This won't happen, though, because it's owned by a man who's trying to sell it. The staff, from the manager down, are absolutely wonderful.

I don’t normally leave reviews…. But I was very happy with the service and cleanliness of this particular KOA. I liked it so much, I made it a point to stay there again on my way back from Florida. Great job Bob!! Thanks again!! See you in a couple years.

These people were incredibly accommodating to us! We were cared for after hours. Bob was so wonderful helping my 85 yr old husband and myself. He helped with fuses, heat, and did some repair work on our trailer. He even helped my husband hook up Our sway bars when we got ready to leave. We appreciate KOA here, and in the other places we've stayed. They've earned their good reputation and are worth every penny of their rates. Thank you again, Bob and KOA for all you did for us!
