Great location, just off of I-75. However, in the late afternoon the gnats will carry you off. The gnats are so heavy that it is impossible to sit outside. They were also bad in the morning (8:00 am) trying to disconnect. Also note that the pool is not available because there is not a qualified poop operator on the site.

Very nice welcome from staff! The campground needs some TLC, golf cart in front of office looked broken down and full of trash, mower sitting in back corner looked broken down. Grass needed mowing, fire pit full of trash. Lots of what looked like longterm campers in spots that looked dirty and unappealing. Was very surprised at condition of this KOA.

Grass at our site was up to my shins. All kinds of trash was in the fire pit.. latex gloves,food,butts,etc. Interior roads in very poor condition, people driving at high rates of speed. Not a place I would go back to.

Trailer was covered in ants inside and out after our one night stay. Other than that the stay was good.

The note on the office door states everyone must wear a mask. We were there 2 different days recently and neither person in the office wore a mask. Apparently they want me to protect them but, will not show me the same courtesy.

Campers beware. When you book, find out what amenities aren't available for whatever reason because they will not disclose due to fear of not booking. Drove hundreds of miles in 90°+ to find pool closed and drained. Really. Who does that in August and not tell people. 10 day trip, 5 KOAs and only campground who blamed Covid.

It was for only 1 night passing through GA to SC, but the Staff were friendly and the park was clean and comfortable.

Nice quiet campground. Dirt pull through parking spots. Great for on the road stop. Nothing special but nothing negative. We will stay again if needed. No pool or nothing for kids to do.

Area is very sketchy. Y’all grass, weeds and dead plants. Spots were barely graveled. So glad I had points to pay for most of this stay. Needs a lot of work.

Easily accessible, so we stay here frequently going north and coming back (to Florida). Large, shady lots. Friendly staff. Bring bug spray though.

Deeply saddened by the fact the owner of this particular KOA has allowed the campground to become so rundown. Staff were embarressed and continued to apologize for lack of working swimming pool, which needed repairs and unable to use. Unable to purchase any beverages, snacks, etc. because the owner had failed to replenish for the week. I would be embarressed this location be part of KOA

The facility was entirely adequate for a one night stay (bathrooms were clean, everything worked) but was very worn. Needs some TLC.

Don’t believe the last reviews. This KOA was wonderful to stay. Very nice and big dog park and very friendly staff. Campsite was very clean and easy to get to. We would stay here again. �

The staff was very cordial on arrival, that is where it ends. The campground is in need of work, ruts in the road, grassy sites in need of a mow. Knats and fire ants. These items can be mother nature, however the trash in firepits and at sites cannot be. Needs to be cleaned up

Ok for a one night stop over, clerk was friendly. Pool was empty, they blamed it on Covid 19 but considering the lack of upkeep in other places I don’t believe that was the reason. Only saw 2 people working, the clerk had to walk me to the site while the other was mowing. The sites itself were fine. Bathrooms dirty, dirty diaper left in the shower.

Second visit, friendly staff and quiet. The only negative is the pool is empty and has been for over a year. A pool would be great for hot Georgia days.

It was great! The area around your campsite is a little sketchy but we had a good nights stay and didn’t have any problems.

We should not have ever been put in to such a small site without any guidence at all. We are still waiting on the incident report, but just like everything else we still do not have anything. We will not be going again to this campground ever again.

Sites not workn bathrooms out of order showers dirty sewer smell in campground. Worst koa we ever stayed in and we stay in a lot! Thats why we pick koa this was not up to koa standards!

Bath house needs work by finish carpenter and was not serviced enough ( toilet paper) and store was sadly deplinish ( no rubber gloves for sale etc)

This campground was not what we expected. It was basically a grass pasture with electric, water and sewer. The pool was drained and not available for use.

This was for a quick one night stay. Water spigot leaked (sprayed) badly, unable to hock directly. No lighting in park. A lot of trash on ground. At 5:30 am awoke to someone attempting to open doors. Got up and left at first light. Would not stay again, scared the heck out of my wife.

These people were incredibly accommodating to us! We were cared for after hours. Bob was so wonderful helping my 85 yr old husband and myself. He helped with fuses, heat, and did some repair work on our trailer. He even helped my husband hook up Our sway bars when we got ready to leave. We appreciate KOA here, and in the other places we've stayed. They've earned their good reputation and are worth every penny of their rates. Thank you again, Bob and KOA for all you did for us!
