Staff was great. Site #50 was horrible. Site looked like an after thought! Grass overgrown, lowest site in area with large drainage grate, constantly wet, large drop off from pad to ground. Site surrounded by road. Will not be back, ultimately koa there just looking to make a buck. As I said staff was great.

If I had children I'd probably have given it 5 stars because of the opportunities for fun activities for the kids. I wasn't fond of the gravel and uneven roads and rather long grass. However...the site was fabulous. We had a site with most amenities - concrete pad, great furniture and a nice firepit. It was far from the pool and was quiet. Loved the blueberry bushes!

We loved the deluxe cabin on the fishing pond and really appreciated all the amenities throughout the camp ground overall. It was our first KOA experience, but we already plan to make this an annual summer tradition!

This was our first KOA experience, and it reminded me so much of camping with my family as a kid, and our kids had the best time! Our cabin was cleaner than any hotel I've ever stayed at, and all of the service was beyond! We will absolutely be returning!

all the employees and ground workers were very polite and always willing to help and answer our questions. The grounds are beautiful, and liked that they will deliver ice and or wood to your campsite!! Only 7 miles from South Haven which is full of fun shops, delicious restaurants and the beach. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay while visiting from Fl.

The roads are very rough and hard to ride bikes around. Ice cream machine was broken and dip n dots was out for 5 days. Grass needs cut more often. No power during our stay due to storms. In laws came to visit for a couple hours and had to pay $50 which is ridiculous especially since two of the kids were under 4 and it was the day we had no power so campground was empty anyway. Not be back soon.

Friendly accommodating staff. Cabin very clean. Few ants but we had food out. Need new cushion on futon Great pizza at general store

We chose your KOA because of your new 420 rules. we were disappointed that the rules were changed. really wish you would reconsider. most of us who smoke are not teenagers. this trip was a mother /daughter trip . most of us have common sense and know how to behave. i know there are always a few bad apples in the bunch . but do not let them ruin it for all of good apples. maybe have a smoking area.

Everything here was excellent only have one complaint. I hate having to get out and swipe the card to get back into the campground. I know that is minor and it will not keep me from returning. It is a very, very nice KOA. Thanks

This KOA had a ton of great things to do, and the tipi was fantastic. The only downside was they were late opening the pool, and had run out of pizza boxes, so we couldn't get a breakfast pizza.

Loved everything, the grounds are great and very well maintained. Staff is awesome. Absolutely great. Except.. We stayed in a cabin, and the size was fine everything inside was clean and well taken care of. The beds, need some care. They are impossible to sleep in. You can feel the boards through the mattress so bad it's PAINFUL. could be fixed w a simple piece of plywood under the mattress.

Woke up to a logging company all 3 mornings at 7am, listened to large heavy construction equipment and chain saws all day and smelled diesel fuel from the equipment. We were in the back of the campground. Why couldn’t this have been done before the season opened or waited until it closed? The lawn mower company mowed our site while we were eating, not good. The recreation was good for the kids.

We apologize for the noise. This is not of our doing, it is the neighbors property and they were having it logged, first time in the 15 years we have been here. We hope you will give us another opportunity to provide you with a great camping experience.

Fantastic, clean, level, and spacious sites. The wifi is surprisingly great and supported remote work like video calls and software development work along with streaming on my smart tv in the evenings. Convenient food delivery straight to the site is a life saver.

We accidentally turned off the water heater in our cabin. Would have appreciated something that signaled what the switch was and not to turn it off.

Really love your campgrounds and kids enjoy the play area. Everytime we have came we have never experienced issues with other loud campers that keep you up all night so thats always been a huge plus

We stayed in B501. Excellent site and quiet back there. We would definitely stay there again! The staff are very nice and outgoing. We texted for firewood and they were there in just about 5 minutes.

We were pleased with our 2 night stay in your deluxe cabin by the pond,Gone Fishing. We enjoyed the extra privacy and shade this site offered. The bedroom was smaller than hoped, as was the shower. Neither was very comfortable for a full size person. We lost power for a bit during the night, but that was beyond anyone's control, due to storms. We will definitely be back for another visit.

We are glad you enjoyed your stay despite the brief loss in power. Those cabins are great for just the right amount of shad and privacy.

We had a great time and even extended our stay one extra day. The site was awesome, the park was extremely clean and the staff members were very friendly. One staff member in particular, Max was his name was always very helpful. We will be back again.

Outside of the weather my grandkids and I enjoyed our stay very much, kids are already asking when we can return! Very nice helpful staff, clean campground!!! Need more variety of snacks though!!

We defiantly enjoyed the cabin by the pond. it was nice to fish and catch frogs right outside where we where staying. The cabin was clean and a good location. Maybe if there where more activates for the kids or at least a day by day schedule to keep them busy. like painting pottery or group games. over all we had a wonderful time and even where able to swim in the pool for a bit.

BEST place to stay with kids. So many fun things for them to do, which made mom & dad’s week stress free and relaxing. This was our first time here and we will definitely be coming back annually. Clean, fun, friendly staff. Very impressed.

We had an awesome time with our two young children (ages 4 and 2). It was a blast! There are so many fun activities to do for children. The splash pad and mining for gems were big hits for my kids. The foliage and scenery around our tent site was shady and relaxing. The staff was helpful and responsive delivering ice and firewood as needed. We hope to go back again!

Excellent campground! It was SO well run, had great activities for the whole family. We loved our pull thru, full hook up site. We are already planning to return.

We were put in the pasture section. Nothing but dirt and weeds. Then 2 rounds of rain and a mud hole. If you stay avoid that section. Roads were very rough. Second day young guy knocked on our door to have us move our toad that had right side tires on grass (weeds) to avoid being in mud when getting in. Next day took a ride around and there were vehicles all over parked on the grass/weeds.

Our stay was pleasant. The cabin we stayed in was clean. We stayed last year and ran into a lot of problems that were not encountered this year. The staff worked very well with us this year and it led to a great experience.

We have been to this KOA multiple times. We love it every time!! The staff is helpful and friendly. There are so many fun activities for the kids that we usually don't even leave the campground. We'll be back.

We went late in the season and was very pleasantly surprised at all the Halloween themed activities They had site decoration contest, haunted hayrides, trick or treating and more. All of this age appropriate too
