Nice campground lots for kids to do and very friendly or 30amp breaker at the box was going bad and they were instantly there and repaired it.

I appreciated the well maintained grounds. I appreciated the escort to our site and help backing in. I appreciated the children's activities (including playground area, barrel train ride, gem mining, trampoline (jumping) balloon, etc). Every worker we encountered was pleasant and friendly. We will be coming back to camp in the future. This has been my favorite campground this year.

We have stayed at the Covert KOA now several seasons and have seen the continued improvements. We will always consider this KOA like home.

Camp store was very bare almost nothing available for purchase Staff told our kids they needed to not be so loud on the playground Disappointed the pool was already closed for the season. I realize it’s October but it was still warm. Activities were fun Most staff was very friendly

Halloween weekend and full of fun just staying at our own site. Sad to hear the owners sold but KOA corporate bought it so they saw the great campground as something they want to keep going. Hoping the corporate sees the great staff that run the day to day such as Dawn and let her manage next year.

Covert KOA is the best! Friendly and accommodating staff! My family always has a fun, memorable time at this campground!

Good campground with some nice amenities. Only complaint is that owner/management do not allow noise whatsoever. We were told to turn down a TV outside at 5:00 in the afternoon and were threatened with calling of police at 9:30pm for talking too loud in our group and for kids that were playing catch in the drive. If you have a large group and/or kids you may want to consider another place.

The staff were wonderful & very helpful. Facilities were clean. There were fun Halloween activities for the kids. Only complaint/suggestion would be to indicate that the Haunted Hayride is not suitable for young children. They were very upset which made for a rough Saturday night. Other than that, we truly enjoyed our weekend & will be back next year if possible. Thank you for all your hard work!

Mattress in cabin is too thin, manager dawn was rude to my family and to her coworker in front of us, and our picnic table was in rough shape. Aside from that the activities were great and everyone had a good stay. Our families prizes for pumpkins were horrible in comparison to others a thing of mints for a 5yr old but such is life. I don’t think we will come back.

We always like coming here for our Halloween camping. I think $10 per pumpkin for the hay ride is a bit steep considering the size of the pumpkins so we ended up bringing our own. We like the carpet ball, free donut halves with cider, pumpkin painting, scary walk thru the forest, and the barrel ride and much more! Oh! And the cappuccino ice cream and fresh baked cinnamon sugar donuts are dah bomb!

We had so much fun for the Halloween events! The staff was incredibly supportive and accommodating, it was amazing! The only recommendation would be to have staff radio to the forest actors when little kids are present. It was really scary for littles, but could be so fun if the “monsters” were friendly to groups with small kids. Having monsters getting in the kids faces was not great.

We had a very nice, relaxing time. Things were pretty quiet being the middle of the week. All employees with whom we had any interaction were friendly and courteous.

Our first stay here and we were very pleased. Really nice campground and very helpful staff. There was plenty of space for any size RV, even cabins and teepees. If we needed anything the staff was helpful in seeing it was taken care of. Nice clean sites with fire pits and we had a concrete pad which was great. Thank you for making our visit there so nice. We would recommend this KOA!

This was a great campground with very nice amenities exactly what I would expect from a KOA. I could not give five stars because while they campground workers were all extremely friendly and helpful the office staff was somewhat short and on the rude side. Hopefully the office staff will be different next year and more friendly toward the customers.

We stayed this year for my Birthday, at the end of September. The staff was very friendly and the campground was clean! We had so much fun and are already planning our next year's stay!

We were there for one of the Halloween weekends. The activities were so fun for all ages. The staff are very friendly and welcoming! This is my family's 3rd year going, starting when my oldest son was 6 months old. This is going to be a family tradition for years to come! Thanks south haven koa!

We had a great time. Tried a teepee this time and we're happy with that. We were a little annoyed that despite linens being provided as provided there were no blankets, towels or sheets available. Thankfully we had brought our own. My guess is this was just a temporary oversight on housekeeping front and we didn't bother to complain at the time.

We had a great time during our Halloween weekend stay at the Covert KOA! We have been coming for the Halloween festivities for many years and we always have a great time! The campground and facilities are very well maintained and the staff are all super friendly and very helpful. Great time for the kids and the adults!

Flexible siting in the off-season. $20 charge for late checkout. Cut rating some because I hoped they would give me free late check-out because it was 90% emply. Staff was friendly and helpful. Office opens as 9 in off-season, would have preferred earlier to get coffee.

We went late in the season and was very pleasantly surprised at all the Halloween themed activities They had site decoration contest, haunted hayrides, trick or treating and more. All of this age appropriate too
