Very clean during Covid epidemic. Pleasant and helpful staff. They did a great job on everything. Only downside was loud traffic noise from I-40 all night long.

The owners were super friendly, accommodating and helpful and our site was really nice. They moved us from a different site, to this one as it was nicer. Unfortunately the campground is close to the road, so there is road noise and lights. The campground is spotless and has a nice dog run and a dog yard as well as a great playground, volleyball and pool. Bathrooms were very nice and super clean.

Wow! What can we say it was amazing! We did not get a chance to meet the hosts but our stay was so pleasurable. Site 10 the best site on the camp ground. Thank you so much! The young lady you left in charge was amazing, give her 5 stars!!!! Even the guests were friendly to us. Definitely a KOA we will come back to.

We only stayed one night but by kids loved the playground and the bathrooms were the nicest bathrooms I have ever seen.

Last minute call, they hook us up! Cabin was very clean and we all had a bed The player for the kids was really nice it was just a great day And your manager is very nice and sweet

Long, level sites with 2 options for each hookup. Chad and Kristi are friendly and know the nearby sights. The railroad tracks behind the Campground only came through once,very slowly. Covid-19 closed some areas but the main attraction, wild horses, were easy to find throughout their range but you need a high clearance vehicle.

The location worked well for us. Given the time of year (March), the campground was in good condition and all systems were functioning.

Great campground. Level spots. Best dog area! There was a nice open area to walk my dog and a fenced-in spot. Very clean park, both the dog areas and the people areas. Good communication with owners. Definitely a place I will come back to.

The nicest campground we have ever stayed at, and we travel a lot! I’m a traveling nurse and had the pleasure of staying here for two months. The campground owners are amazing. They are some of the nicest people we have ever met! The grounds are maintained wonderfully and the surrounding scenery is breathtakingly beautiful. The dog park/walk, bathrooms, laundry facilities, playground 10/10!

This is a wonderful place to stay and wish I could give it 10 stars instead of 5. Kristi&Chad really make you feel welcome and have a natural gift for hospitality. The site is lovely and the bathrooms are clean and recently remodeled. I also appreciated the well stocked store. I had a wonderful stay here.

For being in the middle of winter having cold temperatures in a single digit and snow the service was great. Very friendly.

Super nice staff, but nobody shovels walkways. Great help getting into my space, Chad cleared enough snow when I was leaving to make it easier to get out. Some junkers on the east side where I was, but long term gets the back section, which I understood. A 10 for the staff. 7 for this koa. No other options except a trailer park on SW side of town. Short term in nice weather would be better by far.

The camp hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The bathrooms were clean, everything worked great. They even helped me out when I needed to check out early. I will definitely be back and would recommend this campground to everyone.

Out of the KOAs that I've stayed at, the management/ownership at the Craig franchise was by far the best I've experienced. They were friendly at all times and just pleasant people.

We couldn't have had a better time during our visit! Kristy and her husband were amazing! From talking to her while still back home in California to book our stay up to the day we left Craig KOA, 2 weeks later, she was friendly, helpful and made us feel welcome! Our kids LOVED the playground and being able to run around and play in the snow! Thank you guys and we definitely see you next season!!

Second long term stay. Even better than the first. Upgraded pool area and laundry facilities. Christie and Chad are wonderful hosts. We highly recommend this gem of a park.

After a long week of elk hunting, we decided to take our break at this KOA. The owners were fantastic and very accommodating with our hunting rigs. It made for a fantastic stay!

We arrived after the office was closed and our information and site were waiting. It was very easy. The facility was very clean and everything worked.

Realizing the fact that things break , the hot water system broke sometime Saturday and it was repaired Sunday sometime, so we were able have a hot shower . Then one day after cleaning the bathrooms no paper towels were installed in the one dispenser . That to me should not happen , someone is not doing here job. Some time later someone put a roll on the counter but did not install it .

Did not sleep well due to extreme road noise. Shower stalls were tiny and not lighted. No other campgrounds with FHU in the area so no other choice. Staff was friendly and helpful was the only positive.

Probably the very best camping experience I have EVER had. You made my hunt a big pleasure. Cleanest bathrooms and showrooms I have ever seen. Super friendly staff. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Everything about this campground was awesome!! It is in a nice setting the staff was welcoming and very friendly. We would have stayed longer and wish we were still there!!
