From Highway 3 on the East side of Cranbrook, take highway 95A North to Kimberley/Airport, 1.6km (1 Mile). Turn right at stop light onto Mission Road. St. Eugene KOA will be 4.8km (3 Miles) up the road. If traveling on 95A stay on road until you get to the city of Kimberley.
Traveling south from Kimberley towards Cranbrook, follow 95A. Turn left at stop light onto Mission Road and follow it as above.

Travelling from the North to Cranbrook, Follow either Highway 93 to 95 towards Ft. Steele OR 95A towards Kimberly. DO NOT follow your GPS as it will lead you though 17km of private reserve land, mostly gravel back roads filled with washboard and potholes.

Fall is one of the best times to be in the Kootenay Rockies. The mornings are crisp, the trees along the river glow gold, and everything just feels a little calmer. Our campground is open until October 15, so there’s still time to sneak in a fall getaway before winter.
If you’ve been here lately, you’ve probably met Arthur, our French bulldog mascot. He takes his job very seriously—making the rounds, sniffing out new friends, and occasionally keeping an eye on our team. Most of the time, though, you’ll find him sprawled out in the sunshine like he owns the place. Arthur says the best way to enjoy fall here is to stay four nights and save 20% (he likes a long visit—it means more belly rubs).
We’ll be honest: this summer was tough on our lawns. Between the heat, busy traffic, and some determined weeds, the grass hasn’t looked its best. We know you’ve noticed, and we want you to know we’re already working on it. Our team has a plan in place—weed control, reseeding, and some extra care—so that when you roll in next season, you’ll see a real difference. In the meantime, Arthur has been “supervising” our efforts (mostly by sitting right in the middle of the grass like the boss he is).
While the grass gets its makeover, there’s still plenty to love right now: a heated outdoor pool that stays open year-round, three restaurants just steps away, a championship golf course framed by fall colors, and the Casino of the Rockies for when you’re feeling lucky. It’s a great mix of adventure and comfort, and fall just makes it better.
