Stayed 4 nights over September long weekend and enjoyed it very much. Very organized check-in, super clean campground, very well marked COVID guidelines...loved it and will be back next year!

We stayed at St. Eugene KOA in Cranbrook for four nights in August, 2020. Our 24ft. Touring Van occupied site #38 and #40 which was the back row adjacent to the River. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Lots of room betwen campsites. Hosts were incredibly helpful and we greatly appreciated all their efforts in procedures which kept everyone safe. We would love to return here in the future.

Very nice campground with excellent hosts and staff. Love being able to take golf cart down to site to get clubs before playing the beautiful golf course.

Thanks for the great relaxing holiday. Love this campground! Clean, large sites, staff are wonderful. Wish it was closer, but well worth the drive! A great convenient campground, close to so many activities.

Richard was amazing making our stay as comfortable as possible after we had an electrical fire in our home! May need to get more routers for the internet service. Other than that I have nothing but good things to say... except we think Richard at KOA at St. Eugene Mission deserves a raise!

Good, but locking the washrooms at 9 pm was very inconvenient for those of us with no indoor facilities..

The only thing that was lacking was trees for shade as it got extremely hot with no reprieve from the sun. The staff were amazing and campsites were spotless.

It is a very well organized and run campsite. Big grassy campsites, large level picnic tables ( seating at least 6 people) are on cement pads. Fire pits. There is a spray park, horse shoe pits, a basketball court, swimming pool, 2 hot tubs and sauna and spa, golf course, river to fish in, a resort if you aren't camping. No railway tracks or train whistles. Very well maintained and friendly staff.

We had a not so bad stay, we were taken aback when found that we had to walk way up top for the washrooms. More washroom buildings needed In RV area. Was not good as my wife has a cane, and going up stairs is difficult. There was also alot of fast driving around with a work cart, know the cart is important for the employees use, but speed should be a priority when creating dust.

My family and I had a wonderful time, staff very professional and friendly. Campground peaceful and friendly neighbors. A little change I would do is add a pool table and more games for the kids. Other than that vacation went to quick. I would definitely be coming back. Thank you to the staff

This campground is the gold standard for KOA facilities. My wife and I as well as our dogs enjoy staying here and it never disappoints. The staff are always busy keeping everything running smoothly. We will be back!

Richard went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable and that we were able to get T V. He even sorted out the mess with our with our television system. I That was service beyond the call of duty.

It was spacious. Very clean. Staff super friendly Unfortunately the campfires and smoke the seems to hang in the air will make it impossible for us to stay there again. Had to sit in AC unit instead of our walking and enjoying the warm evening. Other campers we were near felt the same. Seemed silly to be 27C and people were huddled around a campfire

This is one of the better KOAs that we've stayed at. The sites we had was huge, grassy, well maintained and level. It had a very stone picnic table and firepit. The water and power worked great. The sewer could be problematic for some as it was a few inches off the ground so I had to pull out my gutter to support the hose for the stuff to flow properly. Being right next door to the golf course they offer free shuttles back and forth but it was close enough the walk there if you wanted to (depending on where your site was). Never used there bathroom or showers but did have a peak inside. Outstanding! some of the cleanest and best shower/bathroom facilities anywhere bar none. Highly recommend this RV park.

Richard and Staff are the best people they could have hired to run this place. They are all extremely friendly and go out of their way to help with issues. We stayed here for 2.5 months and couldn't have picked a better place. They campground is very clean and well taken care of all the time.
