Great.location, friendly helpful staff! Suggestion: in this day and age you must improve the WiFi. As much as we want to limit it when we’re on vacation, we still should have it. My phone carrier Verizon doesn’t work well! Thank you!

Wanted the 2 lots booked next to each other but were not.(said because of the small tow trailer that we did mention when we booked it) Bathrooms/showers were clean. Pool was nice. Hosts were very polite.

We loved it! Maybe because we loved Custer State Park and all the other fun stuff to do around there. But also the campground itself was very pleasant, lots of trees and a nice feel about it.

The staff were very helpful and hand delivered the firewood we bought from the camp store. We loved that we had outlets, a water faucet, and a trash can right on our site. The bathroom facilities were spacious, clean and offered great amenities including stalled showers and heaters. The only downside to the KOA campsite was that our fire pit did not have a grate for cooking.

One of the best KOA's I've stayed in. could use some work on Leveling but I'm sure that is hard considering.. Would come back if time permits.

Was a suitable place, kids loved the jumping mat! It was a little loud as our cabin was close to the road - at night we could hear some of the road noise. The staff were very friendly and accommodating

Hot water was lukewarm at best. Camp sites wee clean and so were the restrooms. very friendly staff. Some of the sites are a little small, but ours was fine. WiFi is hit and miss. Ran speedtest.net and found the one that was best for our site. Didn't have any issues after that until later at night. We would stay there again!

We didn't spend much time in the campground , but when we were there we were very pleased. The customer service was great and everyone was very helpful. The spot was extremely clean but our favorite thing was the privacy that each spot provided. I didn't feel like I was in a Walmart parking lot.

The spaces are quite small, which is not a huge issue until you are trying to get your 40'+ camper out, while your neighbor has their truck parked in front of, or hooked up to, their large camper. Luckily, the pull-thru directly in front of us was already vacated. However, even that was very difficult due to the trees and downward grade that almost ripped our backend corner. Friendly staff!!

We had the best stay as a family! The campground was clean and beautiful. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Our kids loved the pool and jumping pillow. Thank you!

Great campground, great location, great people. We liked it so much we stayed an extra day. On departure day we had a big problem when hooking up the 5th wheel and they came to our rescue and solved the problem. We can't thank them enough! They also deliver firewood right to your site. I would definitely recommend this campground and would not hesitate to stay there again.

Clean, quiet campground. I was happy to have a fire pit at my site, too bad it rained all night the second night I was there. Oh well, can't predict mother nature. Overall, good stay.

The campground is very nice and well kept. The owner was exceptional and very accommodating when I had vehicle trouble and was forced to stay two additional unplanned nights. Of course it was the busy season and the campground was full but Jim made it work for us. I’m very thankful.

Stayed here for almost a week. Location is convenient to Custer State Park. We were in a deluxe patio sight which was very nice. Bathrooms were very clean. Staff escorts you to your sight. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Overall I enjoyed the stay. The lady at check in was very nice and welcoming. The campground was nice, not exceptional, but nice. One employee (older guy with a mustache and ball cap) was a jerk and made us feel uncomfortable. He told me our visitors had to leave and they weren’t allowed to be there. No where in the rules provided to me did it say that.

Amazing experience here. When we arrived we realized our travel trailer tire was nearly flat and the folks working at the campground went way out of their way to help us block up our trailer extra while we waited for a tire change. They had all the amenities anyone would need, sites were large, campground was quiet, nice amount of tree coverage. Will definitely return!

We were so lucky to have found this place. After seeing a ton of other campgrounds while we were here this is the place. You don't feel like your in a parking lot. This places gives you plenty of space and your surrounded by tall trees. The bathrooms and showers are very clean. Staff is also amazing.
