The park is close to any amenity you could want. The park is spotlessly clean as well as the restrooms. The shining star is the staff. From the girls in the office to all the maintenance crew. Everyone is friendly, courteous, and all go out of their way to answer any questions and to solve any issues quickly. This park is the best managed park we have ever stayed at.

We have stayed here three times, which is a strong indication that we like this KOA. If the sites were paved, this would be a 5-star campground. But the sites are level and everything works well.

We were so pleasantly surprised at how nice this park was! We were afraid it would be noisy and maybe even not very pretty, since it is located in the heart of a big city. It turned out to be incredibly quiet, with lots of birds singing in its many trees, and it was kept impeccably clean. Most importantly, every staff member was extremely friendly at all times. Great location for Arlington events!

Very disappointed that our card was charged for leaving after the check out time. We were less than 30 minutes after the designated check out time. The park was not at capacity and it was not a holiday, weekend or peak season. Just ruined the experience. A real turn off on the Brand.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

States on account notes from 4/1/21 you alerted maintenance you would be staying late for shopping. And the $20 late fee was applied as discussed for any later than 12 pm departures.

The absolute worst KOA experience we have had. 4 night max booking Shut off water, locked bathrooms and didn't tell us. Was scolded on my choice not to use a cell phone by a manager Zero communication Zero privacy Out of service bridge to bathrooms very far from tent sites No signs put on doors to indicate water shutoff. Didn't have a single care as to our well being.

Noisy with the cabins right behind a business. Cabin floors need a good mopping. They were filthy. We swept but our feet were black from walking in there.

Unfortunately the city was built around the campground, it was country when this was built. The housekeeping Supervisor has been notified of the floor issue. Please if there's ever any issues call the office or their after hours phone at any KOA in the future. Thank you!

Was disappointed. It was better than staying in a hotel room & the cabin was clean, but there was nothing to do. For it being a Holiday KOA & the first time we stayed at a KOA we had greater expectations. The description is not accurate. Pool was closed, the "playground" was 2 swings, the yard games were not in good shape. The camp store closed early every day. Heard this from others as well

Thank you, The playground and site upgrades are scheduled for This month April and May. Pool open Memorial Day through Columbus day stated on the web site. Office/Store hours are 8am to 5pm daily posted online, the building and on the guide books.

When I arrived to the campground and plugged my camper into the power pedestal there was no power. I called the emergency number provided on the pamphlet twice and even texted the number to let them know. Never received a call back. Due to it beginning to get late, I decided to stay and luckily I had a lantern that I used for a light and opened the windows to help provide a breeze.

We enjoy this park. It’s close to lots of activities and is well taken care of. This was our third visit in a year and we’ll be back.

Very clean, great location. My problem entailed an online reservation description (details) that wasn’t even close to the actual spot. According to the KOA reservation online I rented a “pull-through patio” site; it specifically highlighted in words (and pictures) “a large concrete patio.” My site had NO concrete pad; it had a table in the dirt (mud). I thought the staff was very helpful and friendly. The facilities were clean and safe. The only issue I have is the 3:00pm check-in. On our six week road trip the check-in is the latest of any park.

The office staff was short and at times rude. The cleaning staff are exceptional and courtesy. I know this wasn't KOA's fault but the water was shut off at least three times and the water pressure is terrible. The dog friendly park is awesome. They really need to get the homeless encampment moved away from the campers. We had no children, but the language and "deals" need not be near the camp

Our site DP3 was very nice. However something needs to be done about the weeds for being a deluxe patio site. The reminder of the camp was very trashy. Management needs to enforce the rules and policies on the longer term tenants. The pool was closed. No water in the pool. Nothing said on the web site about it. Probably for the better based on well the other parts of the park were kept up.

Good day, the park has been elevated continually over the past 5 months and we currently have multiple site upgrade projects April and May. Our pool is open Memorial thru Colubus Day stated on our website. Office/store open 8am to 5pm daily and listed on line on the doors and in the guides.

I would not stay here again. Does not give a camp vibe whatsoever. If you want an alternative for a hotel it works, but we did not enjoy our experience there. We also had to either leave or move cabins. One day after being there. That took two hours of our time.

On the plus side, location is close to attractions, facilities were clean, staff was nice, and sites were roomy and level. On the negative side, campground was a little difficult to get in to (tight parking lot and entrance), the pool wasn’t open (even though we topped 90 degrees during our stay), and our site backed up to a very active construction site (noisy would be an understatement).

Being in the city has it's challenges, one is the pool. We are only permitted for seasonal which leaves us opening Memorial day through Columbus Day. Noise and traffic are the other but we do the best we can to provide accommodation's to those wanting to travel to this area.

Our girls had a softball tournament close by and we knew the weather would be perfect for camping rather than getting a hotel. We loved the atmosphere and felt safe with the security gate/fence. We really appreciated the text updates during our stay!

Great campground. As all the KOAs, it's well maintained (and thus more expensive than smaller campgrounds). We only stayed one night but found the hookups to be functional with good water pressure.
