Very difficult entry in and out of campground

The campground looks the best it's ever been since we began staying here every couple of years since 2009. However, with that being said, I was not expecting the $20 early check in fee imposed on us for this visit. This has never been an issue and not stated on their website. Same thing at the KOA in Abilene. The fees should be stated on their websites so we can know in advance. Will not renew.

Staff was very helpful and kind. The camp grounds are well cared for and look adorable with the swings and different colored picnic chairs. Bathrooms are clean and nice.

Very nice campground with a variety of choices for recreation there and nearby. Clean and friendly. I stayed at a tent site which was shaded with table and convenient kitchen set up. Will come agsin.

Nice facility but neighbors working on racecars revving cars until almost 10pm. Called the office and left a message. The office never bothered to return my call. Also there was a speed bump right beside our site that caused noise with every passing car and since we were right in front in the premium sites that means every car in and out. Facility was poorly planned.

The campground was nice and the facilities were very clean. The location was easy to get in and out of. It was a good location for our Dallas/Arlington family adventure. Even though it is in the middle of a major city the traffic noise was not too bad.

The pool got closed because the manager tried to do a tile repair and caused the situation to become worst. The communication on the issue was terrible. Our efforts to depart early from the park was difficult and we were being asked to pay $20 extra for a late departure plus pay full price for the night we were there without the ameneties that we anticipated.

Great place to stay in DFW area. We were visiting family and friends. First time we stayed here was after a May 5th storm in Arlington many years ago. Our home had no electricity after the storm. After we moved out of Arlington we try to get a spot at this KOA when we need to see family. Grounds and facilities are tidy and clean. Employees are friendly and helpful. Many thanks to you all.

Had a great time at the KOA in Dallas Arlington Texas the bathroom and showers were clean and hot the camp site beautifully care for the pancakes on Sunday we’re great love having breakfast with new friends and family outdoors at the pavilion

Bathrooms were very clean and so was the camp grounds! This was my first time staying and it won’t be my last!! Loved that they had s’mores and pancake it was awesome.

Could not believe how peaceful a campground in the middle of the city was. Exceptionally clean park and courteous staff. Loved it.

Wonderful bathrooms! Very clean showers etc. the gravel at our site was rather large, more like rocks. We had to clear areas before putting down our stabilizers but that was our only issue! Staff at the front desk were ready, willing, and able to get us set up. . . Add friendly!

It was our first trip with our RV and the stay was very nice, the staff is also very attentive. The only thing that really put me off was the rental of a fire pit. I thought this to be rather strange. Otherwise, the facilities were also nice. Thank you!

This campground was very clean and inviting. We liked the laundry area being by the pool and appreciated every entry being coded. We loved the fire pit, grill and swing by our sites patio! We highly recommend this campground!

Great stay. Nice place with lots of shade, clean shower and clean bathrooms. The pool was nice and bigger than what the photos suggested.

Only thing i would complain about is that there is no lake, or boats, or fishing. But we were able to find all of that outside of camp & close.Great customer service. People there were friendly. You can tell some people live there on a day to day basis & are very nice. Cabin was clean. Also had all the things you would need as far as a hotel goes. Pool was clean. Game area was fun for kids.

The RV park is pretty, clean, well shaded and safe. The pool is great. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Very friendly staff and great spots. The only minus would be the constantly overflowing trash bins at the front of the property. It looks like additional bins are needed.

We had some problems with the WiFi and cable at first but we quickly figured it all out. It’s a new RV so this was our first outing. The staff was wonderful and helpful.

We stayed in DP3 and loved it. Because it was a short day we didn’t get the opportunity to use everything in the park but what we saw was good. Look forward to our next visit in November.

Great campground. As all the KOAs, it's well maintained (and thus more expensive than smaller campgrounds). We only stayed one night but found the hookups to be functional with good water pressure.
