We didn’t get to enjoy the park since we were at a softball tournament the whole time there but we had no issues with the park nor issues with neighbors so it served it purpose for us. Thank you.

We stayed in Kabin 2. They have installed a keypad on the door which is supposed to be programmed with your phone number. However, our keypad was programmed to a phone number that I haven't had for at least 8 years and which I'm relatively certain is not on my profile. We tried calling the emergency number several times because nobody answered. Finally we got a call back and a lady came.

Very friendly and professional. Not happy about their liability policy as it pertains to having staff help when needed. I need a Motorcoach Park that lets you tip their personnel for phusical help when needed.

The campground itself was nice. However I did not like the location located right in the city. Just my preference of not camping in the city.

Very nice park with very nice people. site was gravel level side to side and drained to the front. sites were a little close together but not bad. had to run the dryer twice when we washed our clothes. used a second dryer and the clothes came out hot and dry. We stayed three nights one of them was under a tornado watch. The park was very good about informing people what was going on and what to do

Nice place. Only issue was a leaky water faucet. I reported it to the manager only minutes after we set up our camper on Thursday. She said there was no one there at the time to fix it, but would take care of it on Friday. Water was running from the faucet on to the street and muddy around the utility hookups on my camper. We were not there during the day. I reported again on Sunday.

Sorry for the misunderstanding. When the gentleman of the party reported it staff was at lunch and he said you were only there a few days and it was only a drip that it could wait till departure. The drip was fixed upon departure, I assumed it was not that bad. Thank you or reporting it.

Neat and clean park. Much bigger than it looks from the street . Always nice to be greeted by pleasant and personable front desk staff and the women who checked us in was just that. Only stayed 1 night and didn’t need any of the facilities so can’t speak to those, however the next morning there was staff cleaning all the tables , seating and grills. Nice place but a little hard to get to.

Terrible night check in system. Says they are booked daily but at least 10-12 sites empty for a whole day.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

If you don't have reservations we leave white envelopes in the overnight box for sites that were either a late night departure, early arrival OR closed for a maintenance reason. That is why we leave available sites for overnight non - reservation guests.

Cclean facility and very friendly families on site. My kids had a good time. We spent a night there during spring break. I was hoping for some some water activities (fishing, kayak,etc) but that was my fault fault for not reviewing the website thoroughly. But still overall satisfied with our stay.

Greeted poorly. The lady that took us to site was like a bull in china shop. Barked orders at us on information at lightening speed. Parked us in a site that did not have room to open slides all the way on one side. Our steps had to be cramped up on the picnic table since our site was so tight. Trees overhanging on the RV. Internet worthless. Grounds very very unkept. Poorly managed for sure

We stayed for 5 months while selling/buying our forever home. The KOA staff made us feel like this was our home and went above and beyond for us while we were there. Definitely would recommend this KOA to anyone whether long term, short term or even passing through.

Clean, friendly park. Has playground, two dog parks(separate one for small dogs), pool(although it wasn't open on our stay....too cold!) and the sites were decently spaced. Convenient location if visiting Ft Worth and Dallas. Trash pick up at site daily. Nice Laundry Room. Getting into the park is a bit of a challenge as it comes up quick and there's a bit of a dip to pull in....just be ready!

Driveway entrance into the campgrounds needs to be larger. Poor service by staff when we arrived to park our rig.

Excellent facilities. Friendly staff. Easy in and out. A word of caution that if you leave with your rig going south on Matlock take it easy on the gas. The road has some dips that are going to bounce you around.

It served the purpose for us, in and out for a wedding. I wouldn't want to stay here longer. Staff was friendly and helpful and I appreciated being able to get a spot the same day when other plans fell through. I stepped in dog Pooh twice at our campsite!:(

Campground attendants did a great job but the property is just really worn around the edges and needing some TLC. It's kind of sad and we were glad to end our stay and move on. Spaces were needing a gravel refresh or ideally a concrete pad. It got really muddy.

As I’m sure you know, it is hard to get in to your front area off of the street, and difficult to get out and turn around to go to I-20. But, your email providing directions to I-20 was very helpful.

The Deluxe cabin was very nice. The accessories, silverware, dishes, etc were plentiful. The maintenance help was quick and friendly when I had a question about the heater and the outside grill. I asked the customer service person if there was a fire ring , she said yes. There was a chimnea instead and I did not get to see my charges when checking out. Overall the campground was a good experience.

It was great other than our site had trash around sewer dump. Picnic table and cement was filthy. Had to sweep and clean area. Big dog park needs grass or fake grass out in.

I have a overlander,not exactly an RV.Stayed here 3x before&usually pro-rated due to my rigs low impact.Charged full RV rate.NewAsst mang kinda rude&unknowledgeable.Almost didn’t book until manager intervened&corrected her.Last visit was somewhat a trial.Some things outta ur control.Awakened by close gunfire during the night,also early mornings by construction next door. Didn’t sleep well over

We were impressed with the campground itself and text communications before, during and at the end of our stay. This campground is right in the heart of a business district but felt like it was in the wilderness. We heard birds chirping and smelled the scent of a skunk. Enjoyable stay.

I DID NOT stay, but KOA billed me anyway ABOVE the $25 booking fee. Very dissatisfied with this. I won't recommend your location. I need someone to reverse the full charge and only charge the $25 booking fee. You billed me for the full $90 AND I NEVER CHECKED IN OR ARRIVED. That is NOT very professional.

Cancellation policies are clearly outlined on your confirmation email and discussed at the time of cancelling. Cancellations must be made 48 hour prior to arrival to receive any refund.

Called ahead for reservations, got there at closing time, we were given a very tight back in, site was muddy. Since it was a one night stop we could have had any one of the more than dozen pull through spots we observed as we were leaving at 6:45 in the morning. Fifty-eight dollars for a crappy spot to only use electricity was a rip-off, not a happy camper.

Pull throughs are a higher price point. You chose a back in upon booking based on the price point you chose to pay. If you're ever unhappy at a KOA after hours please call the after hours phone number and we can rectify any situation right away . We want our guests to be happy.

Great campground. As all the KOAs, it's well maintained (and thus more expensive than smaller campgrounds). We only stayed one night but found the hookups to be functional with good water pressure.
