This KOA is in decline. We've stayed here a number of times and it's getting worse. The park looks tired. Overdue maintenance everywhere. We stayed on deluxe #2 and reported no water. I found it was turned off in the ground access. Maint said they were going to replace it and that didn't happen. The gazebo is gone. Bridge across creek closed. Litter behind cabins by creek. Prolly our last stay.

Our second stay and we’re coming back in March. It’s close to everything we need. The staff was very accommodating. We love this spot!

I liked that it had security gates. And was in the middle of everything.

We arrived on a Friday evening after the front office had already closed, but they had already communicated through text the gate codes and all the info I needed and continued to communicate throughout check in and out. The resort was quiet and peaceful, but right near restaurants, and many things to do. Would definitely come back in the future!

The staff at the park are amazing. They do a great job keeping the park clean and running as it should be. We certainly hope the owners appreciate how hard their staff works for them. The only reason we would consider coming back is because of the staff without them this park would be a 1 star.

Campground itself is quite nice but it wasn't easy getting my 34' rig and toad to the camp due to going around the block because of the divided road it's on. It was pretty noisy from street and neighborhood noises, but it did quiet down some after midnight. Until then there were sirens and noises that I sure hope we're cars backfiring and not gunshots.

It was just for overnight as we travel so we arrived late and left early. RSVP was organized and all necessary info was available without any personal contact. Entrance was difficult as we were following navigation. Those California u-turns don’t work with our motor home. Not a fan of Texas roads or rude Texas drivers.

Park is behind small bldg on the main road so don’t look for a big park until you get behind the bldg. And biggest thing is enter on the LEFT of bldg. it could be kind of tight if many arriving at once. Once there and behind the bldg it’s AWESOME! Temporarily construction in the field next door but not bad. LOVE the location!!Clean! This is the TOP of our go to list for DFW.

Needs to invest in coin change machine for laundry. Crossing Cooper st at night to go to shady convience store for change is risky.

I got in late so my review is pretty limited. But, communication was clear and effective. Campground, including showers, were spotless. Location is easy on/off I-20.

We stayed in one of the cabins while visiting Grandkids who were staying at the park long term. It was a fantastic place to spend time catching up! The cabin was so comfortable and homey!!

The stay itself was fine. The issue was that we had a reservation and when we got there we were then informed that the price of our stay had doubled and that we would have to stay in a different (cheaper) site for our reserved price. We already had a reservation for the site we wanted but the price we reserved it at was not being honored. We stayed a week and then found a different location.

We stayed in a cabin. It was very nice. The only thing we didn’t like was that it wasn’t set up for our 5 night stay. We had to keep asking for coffee, cups, toilet paper, etc. Our requests were always responded to promptly but it would have been nice not to have to keep asking.

Sites are clean and spacious. Due to the growing area in Arlington water pressure is low but sufficient. Staff is knowledgeable, polite and helpful. Rates are going up which could limit future stays which is very sad. We have been coming here for 4 years and love it.

Convenient location. Bathrooms are clean. Glad it is gated. Site 212 was narrow. Neighbors sewer hoses were close to our patio.

Two years ago the roads were good, now they are in bad need of repair. Since propane fill was broken would have been nice if they could of suggested where to get.

Loved our site. Loved the security gate. Hated the driveway in and out, hard on big rigs. Security gate was nice but no fence between businesses north of campground is an issue. The drainage ditch is passable with no problems. Great staff and good store. Also close to Crispy Crème, very dangerously close!

It was a short stay, just overnight, but they made sure we had everything we’d asked for and we’re informed on how to get in and settle after hours.

Two minor issues about the property. Not all sewer hookups are created equal. Your sewer adaptor may need a collar to work. Previous spots we stayed in our adaptor screwed into the sewer. Not this time. Second, the entry driveway is not very wide and Cooper Street is always busy so swinging wide can sometimes be an issue. Be prepared.

This KOA was fantastic! I was worried about being right in the middle of the city but once you go into the gate, you are transported! People cooking out, kids on bikes, families playing cornhole....I still sit outside around a campfire in my PJ's just as if I was at the lake! It was perfect for us because we still wanted to go to Six Flags etc. but still have the camping experience!

Great campground. As all the KOAs, it's well maintained (and thus more expensive than smaller campgrounds). We only stayed one night but found the hookups to be functional with good water pressure.
