It was a great stay, and definitely a step up from tent camping. Two things we would like to see better: 1) more consistent and reliable wifi - I know we are out in nature, but still, wifi was one of the amenities so it should have been useable, and 2) I hear the women's bathroom was good the first day but not so nice on the second day. Overall the cabin was great alternate to tent stay.

Very accomadating stay at your KOA. I look forward to staying with you again. Really liked not seeing any mosquitos, unlike where I live.

We had a small family reunion. We stayed in a couple of cabins and one camper spot. As requested we were positioned close to each other. This is the forth or fifth time we've stayed and met here. We love KOA Arlington. We've never had any issues and everyone is always so nice. We will be back!

I messaged them that I would be arriving late. They messaged me back with the information I’d need to access the grounds and my cabin. Cabin was nice and clean. I brought my own linens as recommended. Bathrooms and showers were nice and clean. Easy check-out. Nice and chill stay!

We rented a 4 person cabin. Very clean and space was adequate for 4 adults. Queen bed was very comfy. Small hairdryer mounted in the bathroom and shampoo / soap dispensers mounted in the shower. Make sure to check the hot water is "turned on". Keurig machine with kcups but no mugs or dishes in our cabin. A/C was great. Door code didn't work, staff was quick to fix! Short stay and will stay again!

You all have a very nice and clean park, also some amazing staff. We very much enjoyed our stay. My only complaint is that there was a lot of vehicles going way too fast in the park in the mornings and the evenings. Very dangerous for kids and people walking through the park.

This campground is so clean and inviting. The cabins are gorgeous and immaculately clean. The customer service at this KOA is ABOVE and BEYOND! I have stayed at this KOA many times, and I would recommend staying here again and again! Always wonderful. Close driving distance to everything fun in Arlington, Fort Worth, and Dallas.

I have always loved this KOA because it's right in Arlington, close to the Texas Rangers. For years, we have brought our four dogs down to enjoy a few days away from Lubbock. This time when we went, there was a $32 charge for our dogs and there was a printed message on the campground map that only 3 dogs are allowed. We don't travel without our dogs and we would never leave one of them behind.

I love to stay at this KOA, it’s always clean and the staff are always incredibly friendly and accommodating. We typically stay in a cabin and I know what to expect! I appreciate that our cabin is close to the restrooms!!

AC was broken in one of the rooms and made the room extremely hot. When we told the site in the morning they blamed us for not telling them about the broken unit the next day and said there was nothing we could do about it.

magnifica, muy limpio , organizado, buena attention, maravilloso lugar para descanzar lo unico que considero es que deberian al menos dar al menos 24 horas de estancia yo ocupe mi cabana casi 2 de la tarde y tuve que hacer el check out a las 12: 00 pm del dia siguiente considero que fue muy poco tiempo de disfrutarlo

We really enjoyed our 8 sleeper cabin. The A/C worked great downstairs; it gets a little warm in the loft. It was clean, comfortable, and plenty of amenities. The pool, bathrooms, laundry room were all clean. The little playground and rec areas were nice. There are a lot of shade trees. Our big group enjoyed a cookout under the covered patio by the pool. The staff were all super friendly.

We had a Deluxe cabin, the cabin was clean and very comfortable. The staff is stellar, always willing to help and always smiling.The grounds are amazingly clean, we did not use the pool but looked very inviting. The store is well stocked with incidentals, ice ect. I had a couple of visitors from the local area and were so impressed that they vowed to schedule a stay at one of the cabins.

Had a great stay, felt safe and everything was mostly good. A few small complaints would just be that there is hardly any shelf/storage space in the cabin. We had to keep suitcase on the ground so it just felt like all of our clothes got dirty. We didn't mind much, but seems like an easy fix! Also wish there would be a way to get air flow into the room w/no a/c. we bought a fan. Thanks 4 pancakes!

Only thing i would complain about is that there is no lake, or boats, or fishing. But we were able to find all of that outside of camp & close.Great customer service. People there were friendly. You can tell some people live there on a day to day basis & are very nice. Cabin was clean. Also had all the things you would need as far as a hotel goes. Pool was clean. Game area was fun for kids.

Clean cabin, plenty of room for family of 4. Rooms stayed very cool, the AC worked great in the summer Dallas heat! The pool was fantastic, lots of play area for the kids and family games. The grounds were super clean too!

What a super clean and cozy campground! Very impressed. We would stay here again and again! Cabin was very cozy and exactly what we needed for a great weekend away. So nice we could bring our dog too. Loved the pancake breakfast on Sunday!

What a great experience! We rented a 2 bedroom cabin and fell in love! The staff is super friendly and the facilities were the cleanest and nicest I've seen! On top of all that, the location is top shelf. All for around the cost of a decent hotel. It was a great experience and my wife and I cannot wait to come back and stay there again. Thank you KOA for everything.

We had a great two night stay in one of cabins. It was so clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The campground wasn’t huge but it offered a lot of fun amenities for the whole family. We have season passes to six flags so it was a lot of fun to be so close to the amusement park. We will absolutely stay at this koa again!

We very much enjoyed our stay! The deluxe cabin was clean, had what we needed and the campgrounds were well taken care of! The staff was friendly and helpful. We were very pleased overall. It would be an added bonus if we didn't have to buy fire wood to use the chimneas or pits, that would be a nice "bonus" to add on for stays.

This KOA is beautiful. Trees that are full grown and shade. Patios, great pool, 2 dog parks, games, Smores, pancakes, and knew the area for things to do. The city built up around the site but it's off the street and Very quiet. Did not bring trailer for trip cuz was only concert, but a basic cabin was perfect since we have 2 pups. Saved tons staying there vs hotel with pets. Highly Recomend!

Great campground. As all the KOAs, it's well maintained (and thus more expensive than smaller campgrounds). We only stayed one night but found the hookups to be functional with good water pressure.
